I contracted Covid on the job 7/21 and had on-going symptoms. Due to the pandemic, the physicians I contacted were not seeing patients in person for medical issues. I exhausted all searches until I found Questcare in ************ 10/21. . Before going to this medical center, I advised the front desk my issues were due to on-going Covid issues and if that would that be an issue. I was advised it wasn't but they were doing limited number of patients in person and masks were require. When I contacted BCBS beforehand, I was advised it was no co-pay due to Covid. When I arrived there, I was charged a copay on 2 separate visits. The 2nd visit, Nov 2021 I was referred to Questcare Pulmonary in Grapevine. I went Jan 22 -June, up to 2023. Before visiting that clinic same scenario, advised the visits were due to on-going Covid issues. Questcare Fllower Mound had already sent the referral indicating my visits were due to on-going Covid. My visits with Questcare Pulmonary Grapevine continued to charge me a co-pay although those visits were to be covered due to Covid. Which I verified numerous times with BCBS. Unfortunately, I needed immediate medical attention so I paid the copay. Even though it should have been covered under C-19. I contacted BCBS on my behalf 21, 22, 23 to assist with getting my copays back from this provider. Then Jan 2023, I was sent a letter from Envision Healthcare/Physicians Billing stating I owed them $6.00. I immediately contacted them and was advised this would be removed since my visits were Covid related. I then requested a refund again of all copays made with Questcare ************ and Questcare Pulmonary Grapevine. I was advised this was being worked on. I then have been calling since then to now about my refunds. They are promising it will be mailed, but it doesn't happen. I talked to various Supervisors and employees to no avail. This has been since 2021 to Present day. I just want my co-pay fully refunded. This has been a nightmare.
