    They never return message's. Cant give you a straight answer about anything. We just had massive weather related event (3 weeks ago) and clean up is at stand still. Pray they have a decent insurance policy for clean up of their area and dont try to push the cost off to the homeowners.

    Essex Association Management is the *** management company for my investment property. Last year around Oct/Nov 2023, they hand over the *** management to another *** company. But they did not notify me as home owner on this change at all. I did not know this 4 month later until ******************* try to reach out to them and find out this has happened! Really unhappy with their service!

    Doesn't lie!! I've been dealing with them for 7 yrs. Our pool is usually shut down due to ppl (who don't live here) deficating in it!! The neighborhood voted AGAINST "cameras" (really license plate reader) ESSEX STILL did it and CHARGED EVERY HOUSE $79.xx!!! They send out fines for you "having a big metal box next to your house" HELLO IT'S AN A/C UNIT!! Just today someone else posted in our group page they got fined for her yard. HELLO the picture showed a new tree planted and lines in her grass where it had been mowed. But it's a wreck?! Give me a break! Most of our phases are becoming sec 8. So with that comes crime! So as a neighborhood we've had to hire off duty police to work for us!! This HOA DOESN'T GIVE TWO ***** ABOUT US OR WHAT WE NEED OR WANT!!!!!

    Giving the Essex Association Management, LP a one-star rating is infuriating within itself. This company deserves 0 stars. When I say they have the rudest and nonchalant staff I have ever witnessed, it is an understatement. Holly B***** has no business in customer service. I had been speaking to her for over a year about my HOA payments. I have never missed a payment but was told that I have late fees in collection fees. It is automatically drafted out of my account. I tried to explain that I didn't know that I had to set up a payment plan every year. Holly told me that "I should have known that I have to set up a payment plan every year." I told Holly that I didn't know that if it wasn't told to me. She raised her voice at me and told me "I'm not about to argue with you". I wasn't even arguing with her. I am being charged $335 in late fees on my closing cost and I have NEVER missed a payment! I've been in customer service for 20 years. That is not how you get business done. I have tried to get Essex Association Management to remove my fees but nothing has been about it. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive to my request. I would advise anyone to never do business with this company.

    If I could give zero stars I would. We have been requesting a pool key since we moved in over a year ago. They do not respond to inquiries, and when you call they don't answer. They just redirect you to the online forms...which they don't respond to. Why do I pay hoa fees for a pool I can't use? No customer service at all. It's ridiculous. Totally disgusting.

    Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you have had difficulty contacting someone in person. We have attempted to streamline processes since the pandemic to make it easier for homeowners, due to the loss of a large number of staff, and being an essential business, we've had to accomplish the same amount of work with fewer people. We aren't perfect, but we are trying....

    I've researched your HOA account and I see you submitted a web submission on your HOA website last year regarding an unrelated matter, right after your purchased your home, but I don't see a request on the website for a pool key. On the same form you used, there is a box for a pool key, which would have been the quickest way for the request to reach the proper department. I am very sorry for the confusion, I understand that it is always easier to ask a person, rather than use an online form, especially when you are new to something.

    Please accept my apologies for the frustration this has caused you. Our homeowners are important to us.
