    If you are wanting to throw your money to the wind, this is the place to spend. We bought a chair, paid extra for it to be set up for us. They sent a guy that had never seen one before to set it up, and believe it or not, it was not put together correctly. After months of trying, we finally got a tech sent out, who found other issues, such as the foot rest not working, due to an off the shelf mechanical failure. These things happen, and we just want it fixed. We have been in contact with TitanChair in ********** ***** since December 19th 2023 and still have not resolved any of the known issues. Next step is the ****** area news channels and my lawyer. I am not hard up and can afford to pay whatever is needed for a lawyer in order to get the issues resolved. 100%, do not buy from this business, they do not care about you or if you get what you pay for. How embarrassing for a company to have the rating that they have of 1.17 our of 5 stars. I think my grandson could easily run the business better.I would not recommend buying anything from them, ever. Again, they have made it clear, they do not care about their customers.

    I wish I had read some of these reviews before I purchased massage chair. I am having same problem as many others. They will not repair chair, even though I have had it for only 2 months and purchased it from an authorized dealer, Sleep Galleria. This chair is below par for the price, I cannot get help. I think Sleep Galleria is just as responsible as Titan Chair LLC. They are in this together, to scam people, into buying low quality merchandise and then not standing behind their product or warranty. After reading so many bad reviews, why doesn't BBB do something?

    WE ARE WANTING TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER GET THEIR CHAIR REPAIRED IF UNDER WARRANTY. ALL WE ASK IS PROOF OF PURCHASE SO WE CAN LOOK UP THEIR WARRANTY REGISTRATION. IF THEIR HAS PAST THE WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD WE ARE STILL WILLING TO SELL THEM THE PARTS AND CHARGE FOR THE LABOR BUT WE MUST HAVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE.
    i BELIEVE THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE AND VERY ETHICAL FOR US AS THE DISTRIBUTOR TO REQUEST THIS AS THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT AUTHORIZE ANY WORK WITHOUT IT.

    I did send a copy of the invoice. Titan wants me to contact Sleep Galleria, the place that I purchased the chair from. I did that, they say it is not their problem. Sleep Galleria says I need to work with Titan.

    A copy of the invoice was emailed to them on Oct 21, 2022. I have a copy of that email. Every time I talk to them on the phone and give them my invoice number, they look it up and can see all the purchase details, this just seems to be an evasive measure on their part. Then they say I should deal with Sleep Galleria. So which is it? Are they going to honor warranty that they requested to be sent to them or am I supposed to deal with Sleep Galleria? They go back and forth on what I am supposed to do. They have invoice in hand, why do they want copy of invoice, which as I said above, it was emailed to them on Oct 21. Today, November 4, 2022, I spoke to customer service at Sleep Galleria. She told me that she would get in touch with Titan and get back to me. I have not heard back from her yet. According to other customer reviews, this is what has happened to others, promises, promises promises and no action. Titan says they will sell me needed parts. I was told that the warranty covered in home repairs. They are desperately trying to avoid any repairs at all. Do we need to do a class action law suit. It should not be such a struggle to get the service we were promised. Why are they still in business? They should be run out of town!

While we are able to provide warranty service for all Titan Chairs manufactured by us, please note that the authorized dealer ***** ******** is responsible for the sale. I see that ***** ******** did get in contact with us, and we will be sending parts as well as a technician. Thank you so much for your patience and sorry for the delays. We were waiting on the authorization from your place of purchase.

    I purchased the Osaki 4D Encore chair through Osaki Roadshow by Titan Chair at Costco. When I received the chair, it came in the wrong color. When I contacted the person in charge (Mohamed **********), he said they will send me the correct chair and arrange the pickup on the first one. That was back on June 8th, 2022, and until this day, I haven't received my chair. I've been contacting via email for the documentation, and after 2 replies from the seller, he hasn't replied to resolve the mistakes.

    I still haven't heard anything from you guys. I received a call from one of your agent with a promise to send me the correct chair and its tracking number but still haven't received anything. That was back in July 26.

    I bought one of Titan's chairs from a liquidation center. The remote was broken. I was told I'd have no problem getting a replacement remote from the manufacturer. I love the chair but without the remote, most of its functionality cannot be accessed. Titan refused to sell me a remote because I didn't buy the chair from an approved vendor! I wasn't asking for a warranty although the chair is brand new. It was a Home Depot return. The plastic and tape were still on it. So no warranty is one issue but now I can't find a remote anywhere and Titan unreasonably refuses to sell me one.

    Liquidation centers are not considered authorized dealers as we do not sell our chairs to these companies.
    According to our policy, we are only able to sell parts to authorized dealers and/or direct customers as these are made to order.

    I fail to see what liability a remote control would cause you. As expensive as your chairs are your basically telling people that bothered to buy one they are out of luck if something breaks. What about customers that lsot their receipt after only a year? Oh well you've spent $6000 but the manufacturer doesn't give a crap you'll just have to buy another chair. This is a reidiculous and certainly not customer friendly policy. I've returned the chair and will be buying a new one but not a Titan.

    We should be able to locate all orders from past customers in our system who have purchased directly from us. In the case that you purchase from an authorized dealer, they should be able to provide us with a PO number to locate your order. However,
    Liquidation centers are not considered authorized dealers. Due to the current situation with delays in parts from semiconductors/factories we have decided to save all our parts to be able to prioritize and service customers who have purchased from us directly or through an authorized dealer. In the case that parts are discontinued for a chair and the chair is in warranty, we replace the chair with a different upgraded model. We will take care of our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience but our hands are tied when they are not purchased from an authorized dealer.
