We have been scammed! We purchased Xbox game pass codes through woot.com. When we tried to activate them we received an error that they are region locked. When looking online at the item there is no indication that these are region specific. We are trying to get our back but we are past the 30 refund. We highly advise not to order from woot and we are skeptical that we will not receive a refund. Woot.com is a scam.Woot.com

If I could give it negative stars I would. Sold digital Xbox codes were not as advertised 1 worked the rest do not work in *****************. Since its after the 90 day window they will not return. In fact I had the same problem below and was told they are not interested in fixing it. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you regarding your ******** is never our intention to cause inconvenience to our valued customers.Unfortunately, since this order is older than 90 days, it puts the item out of the replacement or returnable window.I wish I could help, but unfortunately, due to restrictions and limitations, we can't refund or accept return of this item.Woot Limited Warranty is valid for 90 days.?I'm very sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations this time around.Should there be any further concerns, please get back to us and we will be happy to helpWoot.com

Woot sold me a NEW Apple 7 watch that wouldnt charge out of the box. Contacted ***** support only to learn the watch was either used or refurbished based on its serial number. Next, contacted ********************** to issue me a full refund. They sent a return label with ***. The watch was received back in ***** a week ago and still no refund. Total scam. Contacting ********** next to handle matters. Saved all my receipts and correspondences. First and last time Ill ever order from this companyzero stars.Woot.com

Ordered an Renewed Apple Watch Ultra. Nothing was renewed about it, the speaker was not working at all out of the box. So it was not even tested before sold. I returned it but it's been over 10 days now since return was delivered, still awaiting for a refund. It will be my first and last order. Do not trust just because it is an *************** Order ********Woot.com

Ordered Game Pass codes in Sep/Oct and figured I'd just use them as I wanted since Game Pass codes don't expire. I try to use the codes in January after I completed programs and had free time only to find out that Woot sold me codes there were region locked and unusable in *****************. I contacted customer service and they told me basically too bad, it was outside the return window. So Woot is in the business of selling goods that can't be used in the areas they're selling in. It's such a shady practice. All I asked for were new codes to make good on the sales and they don't respond. I can't in good conscience recommend a company that does business in this way. Woot's position is to sell something they shouldn't have and if the customer doesn't find out until after a return/exchange window (that isn't even shown anywhere), then s**** the customer it's their problem and ********************** denies all responsibility. I'd love to hear from their leadership if that's the way they want to do business. It's flat out just not ethical.Woot.com

Woot has good products with great prices. I ordered an item, waited, delivery date past, emailed twice with no response, two disconnected calls. I contacted ****** Pay who let me know it had been "lost". My tracking number with Woot was inoperable so ****** had to track it. Woot never let me know that I would not receive my order. I just called a third time with the number provided on BBB and was disconnected yet again. A company not to be trusted or affiliated with.Woot.com

Your two initial emails were received by us on 1/17; we responded on 1/18 stating that we had created a replacement for the lost item. The replacement is currently out for delivery today, 1/21. If I could give a zero rating I would! My experience w/ woot has been the worst customer experience I have had w/ any business. My order #******** which was advertised as (NEW) Beats Studio3 Wireless ANC Over-Ear Headphones w/ *****'s one year manufacture warranty were actually falsely advertised because woot is NOT an authorized reseller of ***** products. After contacting woot on multiple occasions and even beginning a legal dispute w/ the company they continued to refuse to honor their falsely advertised warranty despite *****'s verification that the warranty period began 6 months prior to my purchase when woot originally acquired the headphones. I highly encourage all consumers who are debating on weather to purchase any product from woot NOT to. You will be satisfied that you saved your time, money, and emotional well being from the aggravation that is sure to follow your purchase. Woot is years removed from being a reputable online retailer and seeks only to coerce unsuspecting customers into purchasing "affordably discounted" products w/ features that are being intentionally misrepresented to earn a profit.Woot.com
