      My order number is ********. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with Woot.com and Amazon, my package remains missing and I have not received satisfactory support.I seek to locate my package or receive a prompt replacement or refund to avoid further inconvenience and ensure I receive the product I paid for.Summary of Facts:My package was reportedly delivered on June 15th at 9:11 PM to, according to Amazon Logistics.The Whole Foods store at this address closes at 9:00 PM, making the reported delivery time questionable.A Shiftie at Whole Foods, confirmed that he could not locate my package.Efforts to resolve this through Amazon Logistics, Customer Support, **********************, and the Whole Foods store have been unsuccessful.Purpose of My Complaint:I am seeking a resolution for a missing package that I paid for but have not received. This situation requires immediate attention to avoid further inconvenience and ensure it doesn't happen to future customers.Desired Outcome:I want to either locate my package or receive a replacement or refund.       Ordered two t-shirts (order #********). I studied the size chart very closely for measurements prior to ordering. They arrived pretty quickly. I removed them from packaging and laughed but measured anyway. They are ridiculously small and about 6 wider and 6 shorter than stated in size chart. Didnt bother trying them on. Emailed Woot and it says theyll reply in ***** hours. 72 hours later and 2 emailsno reply. So while I spent not much, its more than Im willing to just give to scammers. I contest it to my credit card company and was immediately refunded for this scam company. They need to be shut down and Amazon needs to cut ties. Dont post a size chart that is a lie and dont say youll reply to emails when you wont. Im sooo sick of lies from businesses and I refuse to allow you to steal my hard-earned money! You deserve all the evil in the world to be heaped upon you.

      Placed an order for 2 cases of 12 drinks each (24 total). When my package arrived I only received 2 bottles. No customer service number. No way to get in contact regarding a refund or to get the items replaced. Will not order from this company again. Waste of time and money. Very frustrating.

      As indicated on the Woot website, it shows {3 Pack} PGA Tour Mens Surprise Polos ** It also states as follows:Step to the tee box in sleek style with a 3 pack of polo from PGA Tour.100% POLYESTER Assorted colors and styles (including those not shown in picture)Styles and colors chosen randomly (No Duplicates in one order)Imported I ordered and arrived but in the package it had only one polo instead of 3 pack as advertised in the headed (3 pack, polos and etc).Here is my order info: Woot order #******** When I went back and check, I found there are quite a bit of people having the same issue. Some have contaced the Woot company. Haven't seen any response.It seems to me the Woot website is tricking(or cheating) customers to buy. I am very disappointed at Woot.com. As a big website backed by Amazon, it is doing something so low, so wrong, which just blows my mind.Woot, please fulfill your job and send customers other 2 shirts. Don't message me something like"Hello, unfortunately we are unable to locate your order based on the information that has been provided. Please respond with your order number and we will be able to assist you further."Don't ask me to return it since you are wasting my time. I know you won't pay me my time.Thanks.

      Stay away for Windows license keys on **********************. I bought a Windows 11 home key, they sent me a windows 10 key. I requested a refund but am waiting for that to process.

      Buyer beware. This company is a huge scam. Items never ship and it takes months to hear back from customer service regarding your order. Please do yourself a favor and DONT order from here no matter how many ads apparently support this on ******** etc. its NOT REAL and people earn commission to promote it.

      I purchased an Apple Watch, sold as new. Received it November 25 2023, the watch will not turn on, I have contacted support more than 5 times. I can not get anyone to respond. I feel as I was scammed. Its connected through Amazon, used Amazon pay and shipping. No one will help.

      My order (#********) was placed on 11/27/2023 (cyber Monday deal) with a delivery estimate of 12/4/2023. The order was for 3 piece luggage set that I needed for traveling to ***** on 12/13/2023. After not receiving my order or an update on 12/4/2023, I emailed Woot's customer service to find out what the status of my order was. Afterwards I received an email stating that they could not fulfill my order and was issuing a refund. I find this this unacceptable that I had to initiate the process to find out that I would not be receiving my product and to get my refund. Now I also have to find and purchase a new luggage set on short notice and without the black Friday/cyber Monday discount. I'm very disappointed with their service.

      Woot is a scam. Don't order from them. I ordered Beats Ear Buds Pro+. The sent me a defective product that didn't work. I went to their site, found my order & clicked onbit & followed through, just like on the Amazon site, to return the product. They sent me the exact same sham message that they are putting on this site. It's **************** and they're not about to refund your money. This is the message they sent me: "Hello, unfortunately we are unable to locate your order based on the information that has been provided. Please respond with your order number and we will be able to assist you further."Let's see what message they post in response sent to my complaint.
