**** promised us outdoor sign, inside sign and monument sign. He only delivered the sign for outside my dental practice but 100% failed to deliver inside and outside monument sign. He is a corn artist and please avoid dealing with himReview from Randy B

Tried to get a quote from **** for portions of a larger project. Asked THREE times for a quote on the portions only, and he only responded that he wanted the whole project. Never responded to follow-up emails. Not professional at all. Red flags are red flags.Review from PM

If I could give the business ZERO stars, that would say it all. Our experience has been terrible to say the least. ******************* says he's the owner. Terrible service, continues delays and excuses. Neither he or his people in the office follow thru on anything. ***** is just as bad as ***** They both send emails with specific dates their person will come out to fix the sign they installed and no one ever shows up. We call to ask what is the delay and it takes at least 4-5 calls before they will return or answer the call. I should have read the complaints below before doing business with Signs Express. As some customers have said, they lack honesty, professionalism, **** will call and hound you everyday until he get's the business. Once that is done, forget about getting him to call you in a timely and professional manner. Our installs were delayed by several weeks, one was delayed by several months after his quote for the jobs and installs was 5-6 weeks. We still cannot get them to fix one of the signs they installed. This place lack of honesty and professionalism . **** , the manager , was after me so bad to hook me up in the deal , and once I signed , he was so negligent to my calls or messages . He offered me to do the sign without city permit to save himself money but I refused . He insisted to pay him in full before installation and he forced me to do it , because he knew time was very critical for me since he delayed me .on day of installation, he made me wait for few hours in front of the building purposely just to prove his point that he is in control . He refused to talk to me and so rude to hang up on me when tried to reach him from another phone since he's recognising my phone and he's not answering it .I can't explain enough how rude this person **** , it's unbelievable that someone like him do business with people. Forgot to mention that the price he started with was $7200 , and within an hour it went down to $3800.... Yes I liked the lower price but I didn't know that I will get the worst service, the dishonesty , the no commitment. Also , he is so cheap when it comes to money , he will fly to you from no where To get his money , once money in his pocket , he doesn't care about what work he does for you . Add to that, he will tell that city permit takes 2 weeks , I believed him then I called the city and they told me it's only 3-5 days. I'm just that unlucky person to fall in his trap . Signs Express (Alex N****) was hired to build and install a sign at my new office. It was a terrible experience, and I hope people reconsider if they are looking at this company for any kind of work. Alex continually lies and evades contact regarding his work. He delayed our sign install by 6+ months, sometimes citing city delays on the permit (until I called him out on that, saying I can see the permit was approved a long time ago), then other excuses week after week about why he could not install the sign. That was followed by promises the sign would be the next week, many times. I asked him to at least send me a picture to show the sign was built. That never happened.
The sign was finally installed about 9 months after a deposit was paid for the sign. Unfortunately, the sign installation was very unprofessional, with many exposed metal brackets and a sloppy attempt at hiding them. The office building owner also deemed the installation was sloppy and unacceptable. Alex tried to say that leaving exposed brackets is an "industry standard" yet when pressed for previous installation pictures with the same type of installation, he could not send any examples. We contacted Alex several times with a request for him to fix the installation of the sign, but he refused further contact. We had to hire another sign company to remove the sign and re-install it properly using the correct type of hardware/brackets. Do not trust Alex N**** or Signs Express for any type of sign work!

My wife and I own a beauty supply store in Grand Prairie, TX. I contracted Signs Express to make my business sign in January. We personally met with someone by the name of Alex, and we put a $3000 deposit down for the company to make the sign. It was agreed that after the sign was installed and everything looked great we would pay the remaining balance. It was also explained to him about a deadline we had for my grand opening, so if we choose his company we need it done by Valentines Weekend. Once we paid the deposit Alex personality changed. He gave excuses saying we have a shortage in workers, and the worker maybe can't do it in time. Our coming soon sign he sent through an Uber instead of having someone install it until our actual sign was finished, and he didn't want to come. We literally had to make many phone calls to finally get Alex to send someone to install the sign. The day of the install Feb. 7th, he sent a confirmation text telling us the worker will be at our store by 1 PM. He then sends another text stating our balance. I called him to see what the reason was for him sending the balance via text message. He said he needed the money before the worker gets started. We already discussed in the office that after it is installed, then he would get paid. He literally sat in the parking lot like we was not going to pay him. I asked him does he do this to all of his clients, and he stated, "No." Soon as he received the money, he drove off and instructed the worker to start. I have never been so offended in my life like this. After he installed, I had to call back for someone to change the lights in the sign, because my sign light would come on one day then next day would not come on. Had to call him back again, because the sign stop coming on again. He sent another worker to fix it. Had to call him back again because it wasn't working again. My sign still isn't working, remind you that it was installed Feb. 7th, and it is now Mar. 29th as of today.

We are not satisfied at all. My business has been open with a sign that has not been working. This has been a hassle contacting the representative and working with this company. He was very discriminatory, and I have never in my life experienced this behavior doing business with anyone. I feel highly offended and disappointed.
