      **************** is terrible **************** is terrible. They do not reply to emails. When you finally get to speak with someone, they say they never got your emails. When you finally get an email and it says to reply to the email, they again say they didn't get your email. There are other companies that offer the same product I would not purchase from them again. Buy somewhere else!

      Was at the beach yesterday and my pop in go playpen completely collapsed all by itself! My baby is three months old and I got this playpen as a gift last year for my son but never used it until this year. The sunshade blew off the 1st time i used it and they wouldnt replace it. Now its collapsed and I will never feel safe using it again!! Thank god my baby was with me on a walk down the beach when it happened. Im so disappointed because my mom spent over $200 on the playpen and the mat to only get used a couple of times.

      Not sure if this is a recent change but I ordered a mattress pad when it was in stock and a employee said that it would ship in a few days but then upon checking a week later someone told me it was out of stock and that my 2 options were for a refund or to be put on a wait list to be notified when it would be back in stock again in which I would have to call and have them manually send me a mattress pad which they kept calling a replacement for my original order. Although I never received an order in the 1st place. However they had no trouble charging my card. I worry that had I not contacted them my order would have been forgotten and my card charged but I would have never received the product. I do have the pop up tent which I feel is great! But I'm disappointed with this experience.

      I purchased the tent for my baby, which had been working really well the few times I used it, easy to pop up and take down. Unfortunately, after a few uses, a s**** fell out that I was unable to access to replace. I contacted the company and after a little back and forth, they were able to send me a replacement tent. April from the customer happiness team was very responsive and worked hard to be able to issue the replacement.

      I ordered the pop up tent and mattress with a mattress cover. I received the tent and mattress cover but never got the mattress. I ordered this in March ********************************* April and figured there was another delay and would get the mattress at a later time. I put the items I received up. I had complications with my pregnancy and forgot about the mattress. I went to use my pop tent today my baby is a month old. I emailed the company asking about the mattress. I was told that it was delivered on April and I needed to contact **** I use the shop app and went to check the status on there. I have them realized that there are two different order numbers and one states partial delivery. I feel like the customer service department didnt empathize with the issue I was having and was quick to place blame on *** and didnt want to help me with my issue. I feel like because I ordered 6 months ago my complaint didnt matter because they already got their money. I got two deliveries one of the pop up tent and one of the mattress cover when I looked online after the second delivery the mattress was still on back order. I would like to get the mattress I paid for and never received. I tore the house apart making sure I didnt misplace it since its been 6 months since I placed the order.
