I was in an accident with one of their insured drivers and it has been three days since the claim was placed and I still have not heard back from the adjuster *************************** or her manager ***********************. I have called their 1800 number several times a day in the past three days. They always tell me ******* is finishing up a recorded statement and will call me back after but she never has. I have left her and her manager several voicemails and still no response. I would strongly advise drivers from trusting and hiring this company to ensure them. They are unprofessional and absent when you need them to perform the duties you are paying them for every month.
