    My car got hit on september 7,2022 at 1:45pm By another truck . I asked the owner who was driving truck to get her insurance info She saw my vehicle already damaged on back side. I asked her to take pictures. I called her insurance to fix the damage On her insurance paper infind out her name Linda w************************** AARP Claims phone ********** I called them almost 100 times they told me to go to collition center on 8th september and they assiged frank collition bay area blvd. According to their instruction i went there and they took all info and pictures of my vehicle and they send the estimate to the assigned ckaim holder Lindsey E*** and her phone number ********** She just call one time and put the voice mail to call her back . I tried tonreach her on phne almost 15 times but no response even i send her email no respose. I tried to communicate her every day and she picked the phone on september 9 . She asked about the accident and said she will call me back a out status but today is september 18 I didnot get any call or mail or text from her I dont know what else i can do. They are not helping me at all Its difficult and dangerous to drive my damaged car to drive on road. I dont have other option so i have to drive damaged car on high way
