*** is company has continuously harassed me over a debt they claim I owe. I paid everything off with ***** I have disputed this multiple time and they continue to insist that the debt belongs to me. ******* a company that was stealing money from me for years and years until I was tired and paid everything off and transferred over the account to the other person reasonable for the other lines. The balance for MY lines and responsibility was closed out and I was advised everything was closed and the transfer was complete therefore, I was free to go. My account online was also closed, therefore, I no longer had access to see any final bill. I was advised it was CLOSED and no final bill would be received because the account was transferred and responsibility was now taken over by the other person. This company keeps harassing me with phone calls and doesnt listen to what I continuously have said and only repeat their side of the story on why I owed this balance. They have tarnished my credit report and continue to place stress onto me over a balance of $141 that I do not owe. I will elevate this to the courts if needed. I will not allow a company to continue to scam me. **** is a horrible company and I had made another complaint through the BBB years before closing my account t. It was the same issue where they were refusing to issue a refund and ignored my complaints until a BBB complaint was filed they reached out to discuss the matter and issued the refund. They scam people. I am requesting this account be closed out and reported and $0.00 to the credit bureaus. I have an exceptional credit history and this has caused damage.Customer Answer

The last bill was paid for $231.71. The bill clearly states last bill. They sent me a separate bill for $142.25, which I never received. The bill for $142.25 does not explain why there is a balance and on there it also shows last bill for $231.71. I do not owe the $142.25Business Response

Dear BBB,
It is clear that the invoice provided by Credence Resource Management LLC is an advertisement and fraudulent invoice with my name listed to an unknown address. How can a company be part of BBB and fraudulently request money from someone without proper documentation and authorization? This appears to be another attempt to provide my personal information to the fraudulent company in which I will not. Attached is the invoice from Credence Resource Management LLC and the alert I received on my credit report. This is very disturbing that BBB does not see these companies as fraudulent as there are several complaints made against this company. I will be file a police report with this invoice provided by Credence Resource Management LLC.
