    I have been late for paying my loan. They emailed my and I responded requesting their help. they never helped me. I had been out of work for a month and was unable to pay anything so i asked for help. They sent me so many messages and never once did they say you vehicle is in repossession list. Again I received an email from them informing me that they can still help me before vehicle goes into repossession. I am so upset with this company. majority of companies will work it out as long as your willing to pay and get back on track but this company just does what they want. Then their late fees are ridiculous. late fees are 100 dollars or more. True scammers. Something truly needs to be done to this company. I see they get so many complaints someone needs to look into it.

    I am rejecting this response because:   
    it is all a lie and I have proof of how much late fees were and I also have my proof of my email responses and you responding to email I sent back. I was asking for help a way to come to an agreement. Every company in the world tells you you are now in repo list you still sent me emails saying you can help me before it is repossessed and you had already taken it.

    Attached are the two most recent account statements. On page 3 of each statement, you will see that only a $20.00 late fee has been assessed to the account.
    Additionally, weve attached communications related to the account:

    -Email dated 11/9/2024: This message indicates that a payment was required to avoid repossession.
    -Email dated 11/10/2024: This message states that making a payment that day could stop the repossession process.
    -SMS dated 11/11/2024: This message notified that the vehicle was at risk of repossession.

    These communications served as notices to prevent repossession. However, as no payment was received, the repossession occurred on 11/12/2024.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I did reach out for help to work out something and your company is saying i did not! also you dont have anywhere in your policy does it say after 72 days or 60 days or 90 days of no payment will we repo your car. so your policy needs to state time line. All the attached is just backing up that you did not hear from me lies. I will look for previous bills i printed with different fees. you guys are going to be put on blast so you can stop taking advantage of people.

    I took out a loan with Yendo and was approved for $2540, sent my title and they released the initial credit limit of $1020. The title was received in their office on 10/24/24. I was told by a staff member that it normally only takes 24 hours for the full credit to be released. Yendo has my title as required and they have not completed what they said they would. I have reached out to them 3 times and two of those got no response. This is unfair and should be corrected.

    I am rejecting this response because:   Until I see the full credit limit as stated in the app I cannot accept the response. I am willing to see if what they said is true and everything can be accomplished within a week from 11/4/2024 which would put the credit limit on my card by 11/11/2024. I am not saying I am not satisfied by the effort as I don't really know what the true effort is. I apreciate any effort made on my behalf, but still need that full credit limit.

    Yendo card is backed by vehicle equity Ive had the card almost 3 months my vehicle secured the loan of ***** my car is worth way more than what they offered for one I have a 2018 ******** that can sell for atleast 10k on blue book value. I accepted the offer not knowing once you use the credit line there is a 40 annual fee, plus interest that is unacceptable theyre asking for full amount to be paid or minimum payments but if I make a minimum payment the interest is eating it away almost $200 in just interest alone. This company is a scam offering low prices on cars then high interest knowing well have 0 chance of paying it off in the 60 month term they created its a gimmick Ill pay the the beginning of the year but they need to be stopped! This is serious scam. They run hard credit checks my credit score dropped a 100 points because if this card. Ive been charged for things I havent purchased as well

    I have a company trying to repossess my vehicle even though they have a pending ach payment located on their website. Which they are able to access.

    Was told to send my title via ****** has been sitting in **********, ** since 9/3. Have reached out to reset and Yendo with no assistance. Have spoken to agents on messenger three times, two of which getting the same lady, who would leave in the middle of the conversation never addressing the issue or providing next steps. The process of mailing the title through ***** was Yendos ordering and therefore now that theyve lost the title, need to be responsible for assisting me in replacing it or advising how to correct the issue. Someone needs to be giving me an explanation as to what happens next with the situation at hand!Ive also placed a BBB complaint on ***** as well; theres no customer service on either behalf or accountability, but they have an agreement together of doing business I had no choice in how to send my title and feel both parties are equally responsible for an explanation and/or rememdy to the problem.

Did his meeting and work hours, we will be speaking at some point today and I will update accordingly, as I wish Yendo wouldve updated their response as well instead of making it appear like theres been no communication on my behalf in response to them!?

    I made the mistake of getting an account with ********************. Unfortunately I lost my job and had to surrender my 2012 *** X5, red, low mileage, luxury tires and rims. Yendo has had my *** since July 3, 2024. They are suppose to sell it, and send me a check for the difference. I only owed Yendo around 4-5 thousand dollars. My car can easily sell for $20,000 plus. Each time i contact Yendo by email, they keep telling me that the vehicle will be auctioned off. How long do I have to wait for my check? I need this money. I feel they are taking advantage of me because Im a senior citizen.

    I went onto my *********** auto loan account today to notice that yendo paid off my auto loan on September 3rd but it just posted to my account today. First of all, I have tried contacting you people several times in regards to not being able to log into my account after my purse was stolen with my wallet and phone as well and nobody has tried to even get in contact with me about this account. So I called customer service to try and update my phone number as well as dispute a bunch of charges and was told that I wont be able to log into my account until its activated. This is totally ridiculous like how am I supposed to make any payment or look at the **** account? Someone needs to contact me asap!

    I am rejecting this response because:   First of all this has been an ongoing issue with Yendo ever since I got the account-I havent been able to log into my account at all for months at this point and during this time, there has been fraudulent activity on my account. A lot of it actually and I wasnt able to even catch it until I finally was able to get someone who actually wanted to try and help me on the phone with their customer service. It was because of that person that I as even able to find out all the unauthorized transactions and was able to finally dispute them. I would greatly appreciate it if someone not only sent me a new card because I wasnt even told a new one was being sent, but also that someone would contact me asap about being able to log into my account and about my dispute for the unauthorized transactions

    I got a title loan from Yendo. I got behind as thanks to inflation everything costs so much more. My car was repossessed. I understand that is part of the process. However my issue is that I called to let them know I would be paying it off and asked for help updating my phone number to get into the account. The agent that got me the link never told me I needed to have my drivers license available to update the phone number. My license in in my car at the repo lot. Now I called first thing this morning because I wanted this taken care of asap and they are not letting me get my Car back. I have totally paid this off and they say I cannot get my car before Monday because I had no way to go anywhere to pay cash. This feels like a punishment for having to use my debit card. The transaction is going to post. I have no way to cancel it and now I cannot have my car all weekend. What am I supposed to do if theres an emergency? I have health issues and no way to get myself to the hospital if needed.

    After admitedly being late on payment, Yendo had my vehicle reposessed. I contacted them to see how much it would be to get my car back and they responded that they did not know what tow fee and reinstatement fee would be yet to call back the next day. The next day i made payments to get current on account and then contacted them to get the amount of reinstatement and tow fees in order to retrieve my auto as my job requires my vehicle. I was then told that the only way I could get my car was that I would have to pay off the entire amount owed (over $5k) - which is impossible - even though they have now charged my account with a reinstatement fee. Without transport I will lose my job and my late payment was only over 60 days. I willing to pay the tow fee and reinstatement fee as long as I get my vehicle back.

    I recently applied for a Yendo credit card and in exchange they needed my car title. I was approved for $5800. They only gave me 4300 and continue to hang up on me while I try to get an answer for this.
