    this company treats its legacy customers like garbage.. apparently they think its good practice to lure you in for a low rate, and then double your fees w/o sending you any notice other then via their subpar website. they charged me 400$ this month, and im hardly ever home... all thanks to their "variable rate plan".

    I have the lowest electricity bill I have ever had. When I called I was greeted by ********* not a phone bot! She listened to my needs and custom build a rate around the amount of power I consume. Right now i am saving 30% over last year and that feels fantastic. Thanks Ironhorse and ********* for the 5 star customer service. ***** ****

    I have been a long-time customer at ********************** and would have to say that I am a very satisfied customer. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful; ********* in particular has been outstanding and she is always very attentive to our needs and provides excellent customer service all around. I am very impressed with this company and plan on continuing to use their service for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!

    I have been with Ironhorse Power Services for years and have not had a one bad moment with their company, services or employees! Especially ********* who help set up my account, friends accounts and my parents account. She was able to walk us through the process seamlessly and with great clarity. I recommend everyone work with ********* for all of their utility needs!

    I was a customer of ********************** in ******, ***** for approximately six months. Unfortunately, I faced ongoing billing issues month after month, which eventually led to my utilities being shut off without any prior notice or phone call. Despite my continuous complaints about slow payment processing on their end, the company failed to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, they disconnected my power on a weekday afternoon, even though I had overpaid and had a credit balance on my account. While they acknowledged that my account was current, they struggled to arrange for the power to be restored due to their poor relationship and interaction with Oncore, the power supplier they resell from.The customer service provided by ********************** was extremely disappointing. Their contact information was practically useless, with phone numbers leading to unattended voicemail boxes and call loops that went nowhere. I have also heard similar complaints from other customers since I signed up. I advise potential customers not to be swayed by their gimmicky marketing tactics that promise a friends and family discount, as their rates are actually quite high. Additionally, their billing statements are ****** complicated and difficult to understand. It's worth noting that they enforce contracts and termination fees, which can leave you feeling trapped if you decide to terminate their service due to these issues.Overall, my experience with Ironhorse Power Services was highly unsatisfactory. I recommend exploring other options for power services to avoid similar frustrations and inconveniences.

    I have called the *******-**** left two messages last week, today 8-28-23 still no response.A call was made 10:15 a.m. yet still no response...starting to think is this really a company with employees?
