Purchased a five-year waranty powered by guardian through American freight after dealing with management and following the process i was never emailed or contacted by guardian. I was denied my warranty. I was told that my warranty was denied in 2022 but i never received the information i reported damages on the purchase within 30 days. So, if the warranty claims do not show that it was because it was submitted by an employee of American freight not me. I would like my warranty to be fulfilled for the amount that was purchased since they no longer have the items available furthermore i was working with NLR JFK to get the replacement in May of 2024 when they suddenly closed my inquiry was send to Sherwood who called guardian, and all together resulted in me not getting anywhere and still being told by warranty is not valid. Again, i filed the claim before 06/04/2024 and i reported damages within 30 days and asked for assistance from the in-store personnel. I would like someone to reach out to the store manager in on ****** **** in Sherwood Arkansas and have her to fulfill my warranty. This is the second warranty that was not fulfilled by American Freight. Alot of bad business practices that negatively affect customers who by warranties with their purchases.

I bought a sofa and loveseat from American freight furniture in page in overland mo in May 2023 one side of the sofa collapsed and I contacted them. After they fought about who's responsible the store or the warranty company. The store sent a person to come and nail the wood the had collapsed. In March the same year, all the filling in the sofa and the loveseat shifted to the front of the couch. I contacted the store they did the same thing fighting about who responsible for it. Since it was less than a year the store was still responsible. They sent another guy out to look at the furniture. I never heard back in 3 weeks so I called and found out that they had determined that it was normal ware and tear. I wouldn't except that so they told me to wait until the year date passes so I could let the warranty company fix the problem. I have never heard back from the store nor the warranty company. I just donated money to this company. I can't even sit on the furniture it is so bad. Please don't purchase from this company, they will speak good to you and promise to take care but never do. I guess they win cause I'm exhausted trying to get this bad furniture out my house. I'm going to put in to the trash.

Not happy!!!! Bought a mattress "cash" within 2 month it broke down. Was advised by manager in store to file claim. Called and filed. They took over an month for a man to come to my house and take a picture of it!!! Didn't hear anything for 2 months. Called customer service said it was closed and they didn't even contact me. Now I have a junk mattress!! If buying a mattress don't buy here!

Purchased 2 chairs which they stored. Purchased lots of furniture and appliances the next week, Paid extra for delivery to brown county. Confirmed would deliver the chairs also. They didn’t. Called. Told OOPS. Never did anything to arrange delivery of the chairs and then sold them to someone else. We discovered this when we drove up there to get them. Sonny offers to replace the chairs with our choice. Made that choice and then told by the manager will give you a discount. Pay us another $75. Excuse me? They should have eaten the cost to make the second delivery all the way to brown county which would have cost much more than $75!
