            On June 4th 2024 an employee from Hotworx named ****** messaged me once again after I told them multiple times to stop contacting me. I told them that I want to be added to DNC list to which she proceeded to tell me my membership is canceled and that they're not charging me anything since June of last year. However, I have proof of bank statements for over a year that they have been charging me every month for $85.52 on the 1st.

            Like others have said, they will enforce a 60 day cancellation notice and require payment for those two months in advance but will remove your access before the termination date. I cancelled on 2-17-24, paid 2 months in advance and the remaining amount after due I used my rewards for one month. My termination notice was scheduled for 6-01-24. Its 5-10-24 and my account credentials for the Hotworx app and Brivo are no longer valid. I was going to renew at a different location but I wont support this robbery.
