      I am receiving calls daily from a keto diet company claiming I owe them money back from 2020 which I do not. They have not sent a bill to me and are asking for payment via phone. I assume this is a scam but I cannot validate this and want them to stop this fraudulent practice. 2 phone numbers they have used to call me are: **************************** They are aggressive and threatening.

      7/8/2022 Placed an order using the $39.00 box. for F! **************************** Passed over the "Add Detox" Total charged to my credit card is $199.88 plus $59. which was NEVER SHOWN until email. TRYING TO CANCEL THE ORDER immediately. Unable to get through to Customer Service. I have told my bank to NOT pay the Credit Card, though it already shows as charged to my credit card.

      I ordered the Keto F1, 5 bottles. Buy 3 get 2 free. The total came to $200. It was supposed to be a ONE TIME CHARGE. So right off the Bat I was deceived. And charged immediately. I was put on an auto ship which I DID NOT sign up for and charged AGAIN $200. When I called the number, they said they wouldn't refund me until I get it shipped back to them. The company on my card was called "***** BRANDS". But that's not what I ordered through originally. The number**************. I would like my money back ASAP! PLEASE, Thank You!

      I was ordering Keto pills, gave them my credit card but they never show me amount that was charged, so I did not proceed and never authorized this transaction. Next day $198.00 was charged to my account. I called, they did not even listen to me and said that can't return money because it is already processed but will give me a half back. It took 3 weeks to receive pills and it was not what I ordered (it supposed to be pills that you take before night time), so I called again but they said that it works anyway. I talked to supervisor and she said that I need to return 4 bottles from 5 (because I opened 1) and she can return only $30. She admitted that they "maybe" sent me wrong pills but nothing she can do about it. I am really upset because they use shark tank and some famous people for advertising their pills and maybe famous people got pills that let them to lose all this weight, but for regular person as me they "maybe" sent not these pills but something else. I think that they should return me a full amount and with your help to stop them from doing this in the future. Sincerely, ***** **********

      I need help in getting a refund on a product please, On 1/27/2022 I ordered 5 bottles of Life Style Keto for $198.78. I was also charged $49.68 for 2 bottles of Detox which I did NOT order. I called to correct the error immediately and was told that the order had already gone thru and the best they could do was credit me $20. I received the credit to my bank card on 1/30/2022. On 2/15/2022 I requested to return 4 unused bottles of Lifestyle Keto as well as 2 bottles of Detox as per their guarantee. The return was authorized and I was instructed to return the product with the RMA # written on the outside of the package. RMA # XXXXXXXXXXXXX On 2/16/2022 I mailed the package with a tracking number and received confirmation that they had gotten it. Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I have called customer service at least 7 times to inquire about my refund, Each time I am told that an electronic deposit was made to my account on 3/20/2022. My bank even double checked for me. I NEVER GOT IT ! My e-mails go unanswered, I would like a refund by check. The total I am due back is $193.46 I feel like this is a scam and they just hope people will give up. Thank you for your help.

      I just wanted 1 bottle from this company and they charged me 6.95 and than a few days later they charged me 96.95. I never authorized for the 2nd or 3rd purchase. I would like my money back. The product didn't even work just gave me a stomach ache.

      On December 15, 2021 I was charged $250 for an order that was supposed to cost $39. Upon receiving the product which claims to work immediately, I decided to try. But after 3 weeks of use as well as a slightly modified diet, I appear to be gaining weight NOT losing. Next (which should have been first) I went on BBB to discover that this product is a scam. I want a full refund to the credit card I used. I tried to email the company but it was not found. I tried calling them and just was on hold forever, with no solution. Please help! Thank you.

      I ordered the Keto Diet Pills hoping that it would help me loose weigh and paid for 5 bottles of capsules $198.98. It took them more than a week to mail them to me. I ordered on 07/22/21 Order # *******. On 8/23/21 I noticed that a second $198.98 was deducted from my Account. I called them and talked to Karen & advised I did not want the 2nd order and told them to cancel the order & they said they would but that the order had already been shipped. On 8/23/21 I talked to Martina & she advised me it was canceled and in order to receive my refund gave me the RMA #********* & return address to send to Keto and that it would take about 3 weeks for them to credit my $198.98 once they received the return pills which I shipped on 09/01/21 priority mail & per my USPS tracking they received on 09/03/21 at 10:31 am. I feel that this plenty of time to return to my to account the $198.98 which is what I want.
