      I stayed for 4 months at this horrible hotel. They made me play 150 dollar deposit for the room although its only supposed to be 100. When I moved out of the room they failed to give me my deposit back because the room was not clean . I have pictures to prove otherwise. Housekeeping only can to clean the room 2 times during my long stay there. I had to clean my own room and buy my own garbage bags. The people who stay there more than a day or two only get their room cleaned once a week. In my case never. There was no damage to the room so there is no reason they should have kept my 150 cash deposit.

      This stay was horrible from the 1st night we checked in. The shower was holding water and not draining and when we went to the office the lady was sleep with her head down at the window. So we explain the situation and she states she has to come look at it so I say are you going to fix it or you can give us another room. She comes to the room and looks and then proceeds to say whats wrong with the water on your feet. Everyone knows when you shower the water needs to drain out otherwise thats dirty water on your feet. I asked her numerous times for a refund because on top of that there was no WiFi or complimentary breakfast that they advertise. She states she couldnt do anything without calling management so I say call them cause I want a refund. She came back and gave us another room and says this is it if something is wrong I cant move you all again. I paid for something and it wasnt up to par and they had falsely advertised. She leaves and then we went to ask her for towels and coffee for the coffee pot and she looked blank faced and was come in the morning there locked in storage (really what hotel doesnt have access to linen and towels). I call the third party that the booking was made through and told them and they called and spoke with ***** who stated she moved our room but she would need to talk to management and the site would need to email them and would have an answer in 24 hrs. Well its been 48hrs and the booking site contacted me and stated they never responded. The next night in one of the beds was a bug which I took pictures and it was suppose to be a no smoking room but found something under the bed which let me know they didnt clean good. The sockets was loose in the wall where they pulled out. Mind you all I have pictures. This could had been avoided if the girl (*****) at the front desk would had refunded me and let us leave. All we want is our money back because this was a disaster and they might stay in places like that but we dont.

      When I made the reservation, Oyo sent me an empty email (attached) with no confirmation number. They could not locate my reservation with my phone number either. I had to pay extra to stay at ******* across the street from them. Now they are saying that I was no show after locking me out of the hotel. They refused to provide any refund after a list of mistakes. The front desk was not available over the phone either.

      I booked a room online and prepaid 100%. At arrival the hotel demanded extra $17 dollars claiming the rate online was wrong or they would not let me check in nor refund my prepayment.Location: oyo *******/ *********** On 6/28/24 Reservation # *********

      When I arrive at the hotel front desk told me their system was down. I waited an hour and a half to come up was very rude and talking on two different phones while ** asking questions trying to check in. When When we get to the hotel room the bed does not have a fitted sheet, missing pillowcases, dirty pillows. I am very disappointed with this day. I tried to transfer to a different Oyo location, but the app would not allow and I called customer service three times and they hung up on me. Can I please get a refund ? partial refund?******************************************************************************************************************

      I was looking to stay at a hotel at the *** in downtown *********** as I am relocating. I planned to stay here for five nights and arrived at 9:30 and went to sleep. Below is following experience:Bathroom door looks like it got mauled by a bear in the river and does not close or lock. NO hot water. Checking in was locked and a bell had to be rang for a jail type slit to open to speak to the attendant. No insulations so everything outside can be heard. **** is also not operational. Doors looked like they have been broken into. Booked on ****** and even with safety concerns no one was able to change my booking dates after one night nor provide a refund. This place is a safety concern for everyone. I will also not be booking with ****** again after waiting on hold for attempted help with no resolution except sorry and an email was sent to the executives at the hotel with an answer in ***** hours and that I MUST call back to find out. The city or OSHA needs to look into this hotel, due to the rooms and sanitary conditions the place should be fined.

      I have been attempting since 5/5/2024 to get my money refunded ...they have promised it would be done and still not handled I have contacted them multiple times and still no refund see attached email from Oyo from 5/5 and 5/14

      I still haven't received my refund they claim they are having technical issues refunding 6/25 they claim they have reissued again ...this is the worst company almost two months and still haven't received my money all I get from them is sorry please be patient

      On May 31st after a cancelled flight I called Oyo for a reservation. The only option is through a central call center. They required payment in advance which was done for $68. On arrival at the hotel we were told by the clerk that there were no rooms available, no ability to receive a refund on site, and no ability for him to locate another room at the nearby alternate locations. Two other people came in after us, also already having paid, and were told again that there were no rooms and no refunds. I then called the central customer service line for a refund. I have now received a $3 refund and a $65 cancellation fine. This seems illegal and I would like the full money back (as well as $30 in wasted Uber money if it were up to me).

      I arrived and was told a room was unavailable at OYO Hotel in *************, Tx but my money would be refunded. $125.00. I had to book a room with another hotel and pay another $257.00. I keep getting emails after speaking with customer service stating they will send it to someone to look at. The first customer service agent already said the money would be refunded but they keep sending me through the complaint steps without any resolution.
