      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings The issue that I have experienced was: First I was here a week before someone came to fix my tv The remote that was in here only worked for the volume Went to the front desk and called DAILY until they told me to bring the remote to the front desk Did that It finally worked after a week I've been here 3 weeks and even though they advertise internet, they have NONE! I ask the guy about it and he tells me they are switching to fiber Mind you I'm right in the middle I see everything coming and going Not once has any internet providers been here I have a work at home job Meaning I can use my laptop anywhere there is wifi There is none My gf was taken from here in an ambulance for health issues and the emt used the sheets to cover her and they grabbed the towels on accident They WILL NOT AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ME ANY SHEETS SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE THESE 3 weeks Everytime I ask they tell me they need the other sheets back even though I told them the ambulance took them by accident I told them when I checked in I would be here at least a month or two Never offered an extended stay option I didn't realize that was even an option until I looked on your site myself I pay $322 for 4 DAYS throughout the week And weekend since I have my SERVICE animal who has his identification card I pay an extra $25 for him Service animals aren't supposed to have a charge The weekend rate is higher I pay $120 thurs thru Sunday Ice machine has no ice even though they have ice buckets and bags in the rooms Housekeeping cleans rooms with a grocery cart, a mop with a removable head that they don't rinse, they just take a spray bottle, spray the floors and mop No cleaning illiquid outside of a bottle of pink spray When I checked in I put my food in the fridge The next morning I go to fix my baby a bottle everything has melted and is warm (Ran out of space)

      Data transaction was May 31st, I booked a room online and then had to cancel it because I didn't have enough money to cover a deposit fee that I had no idea I had to have when I got there I had to cancel the booking because of them. After I canceled the room 20 minutes after I booked it they still charged me and took more money off my card that's not right and I want something done about this

      I have been trying to cancel a reservation I accidentally made for the wrong day at the oyó hotel located on i-10 and hwy 6. What I thought was going to be an easy process turned into a nightmare! I went through the chat to try and cancel and again and again kept receiving an error message when I put in the OTP code. I tried time and time again with no success. I have spent forever on the phone trying to speak to someone more than once. The man that "helped" me stated I could not get a refund according to policy. Yet my email clearly stated I could because I still hadn't made it to the day of the reservation. Even after I told him this he said he couldn't help and gave me an email. I was finally given the escalation team email just for them to AGAIN redirect me to the chat which I was specific to mention WAS NOT WORKING for me! This is so frustrating they are trying to steal my money! Be careful this hotel is a scam!

      Oyo Hotel ************************************************** Check in May 13 Check out May 15 Total amount charged on credit card. $216.85 Manager stated I would get a full refund. False advertising. I did not feel safe staying there with my daughter and 2 grandkids. The place was shady,, the room smelled like urine, the kitchenette was filthy and nonoperable. Someone left a marijuana bong in the room. This is a place is a haven for hookers and crackheads. False advertising, false photos. False everything. I want my money back. The manager acted like she was submitting a refund but did not give a confirmation number. I can see why this chain of OYO motels have an F rating. Thank you for your assistance

      I paid $179.04 for a room at Oyo Hotel and not even an hour into the stay I was bitten by bed bugs. They were hidden in the sheets and I complain to the front desk and they did not believe me nor did they want to check. They made it severally difficult to contact customer service via phone to get a refund. And I have yet to receive it!

      This business is charging people for two rooms everytime they book one. I booked one room. The person at the counter told me I would have to leave in the morning confirming that I had purchased a one night stay. The following day my card was charged an additional fee of 108$ As a no show fee of a room I never booked. They business is claiming they never got the money. They are scammers this is illegal . I never gave my card information to anybody but this lady at the front desk so for her to use my card for another room I didn't ask for js debit card fraud.

      On April 1, 2022 my wife and I reserved 2 nights at the OYO Hotel in Newport Or. for April 11 and 12. (booking ID#4wiid5143) The TOTAL quote was $202.24 that included CAT fees, taxes etc. in TOTAL. When making the reservation with Thea, I TWICE confirmed that the total included a CAT fee of $10 for each night. I wanted to make sure that our cat was allowed since some hotels do not allow cats. I definitely wanted to be certain before driving just under 100 miles (ONE way from Eugene to Newport Oregon. Thea reasurred me each time I asked and the reservation was then confirmed. However, when we arrived much looking forward to a couple of days on the coast we were told that cats are NOT allowed and there was no negotiating. As you can imagine we were terribly disappointed and angry and wound up driving back home to Eugene. The round trip in hours was 9 with little more than a few bathroom and drink stops not to mention gas and wear and tear on an older car. We couldn't believe what had just happened. The next day - April 12, I called the OYO reservation number 541-265-4661 asking for Thea and told her what happened. I also confirmed with her that she in fact told me that cats WERE permitted and of course she acknowledged it. She apologized and sent a text to her manager Kendall Youngblood who NEVER got back to me. I waited a few more days then called Thea again telling her I've heard from no one. I then asked her once again about her telling me our cat was ok and she AGAIN (for the 4th time) confirmed YES.(Thea later sent a message to her area managerl Charlene Hughes - again no response from anyone. After that I again called the reservation #(the only number I had) and spoke to Charlene. She was absolutely inflexable not to mention cold as ice telling me that Thea was now standing in front of her claiming that she NEVER told me cats were allowed. For the hassle, we are simply asking OYO to comp us for two nights at one of their 5 hotels - NOT Newport.

      I had a hotel room reserved in Texas, I live in Missouri, my rental car that was previously reserved was crashed by the previous renter and in shop. The person I was renting the car through attempted to put me in another vehicle but my card got locked due to attempts on the companies end and a lack of information, so I have to wait to contact my bank in the morning to try and get the lock lifted off my card , I called the hotel to attempt to either modify my reservation or get refunded but they said they couldn't do either even though the situation was out of my control.

      I reserved a room at this hotel on Thursday at 5:10 PM (Reference ID: ********* OYO Hotel Wichita Falls I-44 Sheppard Airforce. When I arrived at the hotel, I was late checking in, the lady that was working was asleep on the couch. When I woke her up to check in, she got very upset with me. She told me that she had a cash deposit policy and I had to give her $10 cash. After telling her that I don't carry cash, she had me fill out some card with my information and gave me a key for a room for a king size bed, (room 225) when I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I returned to the office to have to wake her again to fix the room issue. After getting the room key fixed, I entered the room (room 228) to find a bathroom with missing tiles, bathtub was completely disgusting, beds bigger than the box frames they sat on, and not clean, holes in the wall and just a general mess everywhere. I immediately left the room and returned the key. I then contacted OYO via chat approximately 1 hr later (after finding another hotel) and cancelled and requested a refund for the reservation. Since then I have had to chat in a total of 3 times, each time re-explaining and being told that at no time was my concern escalated as it should have been and that no one was reviewing my issue. I was also told that a team had to "validate my concern". When a customer raises a concern, the first employee they contact should validate it. Another team may be needed to "investigate" my concern but it should be validated instantly. But that aside. I was promised that my issue would be address in 24-48 hours, I waited 48 hours and chatted back in and was told that no one was working on my issue.       I'm a traveling health care worker and I booked a room for 10 days via oyo in Oskalooska, Iowa. First night I didn't not sleep at all. The room had an over all dirty feel about it which are me uneasy. The 2nd night I took a sleeping pill andanaged to sleep through it. The 3rd day I was there I dropped the remote behind the bed and found bed bugs on the box springs when I grabbed it. I immediately tried to call the hotel to.check out. Noone answered the phone. I called Oyo customer service and was assured that my check 9ut date would be for that night. I left the key in the appropriate place and went to another hotel. I should have been refunded for 6 days of my stay. I was only refunded for 3. My refund was over $200 short. When trying to call the hotel itself the owner would not pick up my calls. Oyo has not responded to any of my messages and has disconnected me every time I have called. I blocked my number and called the hotel again only to have the owner scold me for not calling the oyo customer service team instead. The issue remains unresolved.
