I signed up to participate in a research project but I received the product in the mail weeks later, after sending several emails and unreturned phone calls to let them know that I still had not received the product but no one ever contacted me. Now that the study is over, someone by the name ******* finally contacted me stating that I would not be compensated for it but i sent her several emails and phone calls during the duration of the study.Business Response

I didn't complete the study because I didn't received the products until weeks after the study started but no one would return my calls or emails. I made many attempts, I also tried to contact them through the study link but that was only for technical assistance.

I was contacted by Murray Hill National to complete two research surveys (which I have conducted before). I usually get paid ($75 for each survey) within 4-6 weeks of completing surveys. I completed the survey and sent the staff who contacted me proof of my completion (see attached). Applied for a focus group project online. Entailed testing an chopper harness for a client of company complaint filed against. Do not have actual client's name. Believe based out of ****************. Both on-site facilitators of this project lived in ****************. Their names are ****** and *****. Perhaps client is Pegasus? I have a text from a. *********************** from Exponent stating is a Pegasus Study. Maybe client name is Exponent? Confusing. Compensation was $150 per session. I signed up for both sessions. Held on Saturday September 10th and Sunday September 11th 2022, at the Zelionople PA Airport (small airport). Involved sitting inside of a helicopter cockpit within a hanger. Saturday involved cutting a linked item with 2 different knives. Sunday involved using each hand to test the extension on the steering device for this copter. Was not a live copter. Fuselage. No props not tail. Would be paid same day via Venmo or PayPal. I submitted my PayPal info to MHN for payment before this project. I also signed online disclosures both before this project (for MHN), and on-site for client. Completed both sessions (1 PM on ****, and 10 AM on ****). Took about 35 minutes per session. I have not been paid. Emailed my recruiter or contact at MHN about this yesterday (************************* is the pro manager with Murray Hill or MHN who'd recruited me; ******************************************************* ************). **** told me he is waiting on an update from the client. Reason I did not get paid?? When it was clearly stated same day pay upon completion for each project ($150 per project or $300 total). I fear I will not be compensated in violation of the legally binding agreement I'd signed. Again I was eligible for a second study, so I legally should be paid $300 ($150x2). I feel I will not be paid. MHN now is awaiting feedback from client, when it was clearly stated in the online posting for this project would be paid same day as project. I had a Market Research zoom Survey Aug. 10,2022. After many attempts to get answer about payment of $115.00, I received an email asking how I would like payment, PayPal or USPS. I said PayPal. I gave them my PayPal address which is *****@hotmail.com. A few days later PayPal sent me an email to my personal Comcast address and said Murray Hill sent Payment to my ex-husband of 7 years, ******* ********. Unbeknownst to me, my Ex husband used my personal email , *****@comcast.net many years ago as his Paypal. My Ex and I called Paypal on a three way telephone exchange and Paypal would not change funds to my hotmail account. . Ex husband could not get funds out either of Comcast account. PayPal Said Murray Hill would need to cancel the Comcast PayPal payment that was not correct and send my stipend of 115.00 payment due to my own hotmail Paypal account. I sent this information multiple times. After 6 emails to the PRESIDENT of the company, Susan O*** said it was my job to fix the error Murray Hill made. I said please send payment to my home address if that would be easier. Did a 30 minute RA survey for $****** on June 23,2022. My option for an incentive was Check, which would take a little longer 6-8 weeks and as of yet no payment. Have spoken with Project Manager, *****,****,***** and ******** and they all state even today- **************** P.M. Will be sending emails concerning payment. C Space wasn't transparent that you had to join their community ( but I was a member already.) Since June I have been on the payment list and my payment was forthcoming. Murray Hill explicitly stated that they were commissioned by a third party to qualify patients who suffer from RA. It was conducted as a 30 minute web link that will be sent to me if I qualify.
I was sent emails that I qualified from Modest Pilgrim Project Manager. And the survey was completed on 7/6/22. I'm still awaiting for my $115 incentive.

I did a 4 week study (mhncso) with Murray Hill National market research company. When I completed the study I was to be paid 175 dollars. I received an email from ********************* with a link to choose payment by check or Paypal. I choose a check. This was on July 30th. The next email I received on August 5th said that I would be paid by ****** on the 7th and I could reply to the email if I wanted to change to a check. I replied that I wanted to get a check because I did not have a Paypal account. The next day, on August 6, I received in the mail a 200 dollar check made out to *********************** at my address. I received an email on August 7 from Paypal saying they received a 175 dollar payment for me from Murray Hill. I made numerous attempts between August 7 and August 22 to reach *********************. The work number on her email was disconnected, Her mobile number's voice mailbox was alwas full. I called the toll free number and left message that were not returned. On August 22 I received an invitation for another study by Murray Hill from *********************************. I called ********'s number and got my first response. She copied me on an email she sent to ********************* and *************************. As of August 30, I have heard nothing. Murray National Hill has been harassing me with emails for years. For over a year now I have been emailing them at ************************************************************** to unsubscribe from their daily emails. The email says it will take 30 days to remove from their database. It's been over a year and I still keep getting emails from them. My son was recruited July 9th for a group and 2 weeks went by he emailed asking about his payment and they told him we was picked for the second part which would be additional incentive to him. He does the complete part and the zoom group and should be expecting $275 or $300 if I'm correct. August 3, 2022 and he emails them and doesn't get a response until August 10 2022 asking for my PayPal information then nothing until Friday August 19th when I'm told payments will be sent out August 24th and now we're on August 24th and still no payment. I was told payments would be sent out but not in the matter in which we requested. Someone also texted my son saying that the client who did the group wasn't paying the people who are supposed to pay my son. Which shouldn't be a minors problem he doesn't understand what that is or what's going on!Business Response

I took part in a study from Murray Hill National, LLP involving Ipsos research on 7/19/22, spanning across multiple sessions due to the study body requesting more input from myself. I was informed I would be paid on 8/10/22 at the latest, and it is 8/18/2022 and I haven't received a single dime. ********************* is claiming to be "unaware that I'm missing an incentive" and that Murray Hill is on record as "not owing me anything on balance".
Going through copies of the paper trail I've already submitted to the BBB you can see ***************************** sent an email stating that the checks were to be sent out on May 27th, 2022- I never received mine...and that in an email I had with ********************* on June 30th, ***** stated my check was "in the mail"- it wasn't- A LIE!...check Murray Hill's history file and you will see that I'm just one individual in a long line of people whom they have fleeced or attempted to have fleeced over the years. Seriously, a class action suit should be taken up against them and they should be reported to the FTC.

I received the check through certified mail on Saturday morning and given the horrible experience I had with Murray Hill and their CEO *********************, you were instrumental in the outcome. Without your help working as an intermediary, this result would have never materialized. I'm sure my case will go down as a "case study" for the BBB review and for good reason. PLEASE keep a watchful eye out for Murray Hill as they have victimized many research participants over the years and I have no doubt they will continue their fraudulent practices unless they are regularly monitored and held accountable for their very "questionable business practices".
