scam I had home visit, she was very good! but now I wonder if they just used that to get medical information. I never received my $100.00 gift card which they said would be in about 3 weeks. Well the visit was 11/22/2024 and still waiting. Now they say they have no record for me and not a valid phone number. SCAM!!Review from Lori B

I had my in home visit November 20th and still haven't received my gift card I am beginning to think I won't get it and tired of calling about it also they keep telling me that they are doing a system update and can't see anything regarding the gift card I will never use them again I also don't understand why they don't just send me a virtual gift card it would be so much easier.Review from Patrick C

Health wellness assessment for ****** gift card upon completion is false advertisement and I will not participate again. Assessment was done October 2024. I reached out to them and was informed to contact my health insurance company, what a scam!Signify Health LLC Response

They won't stop calling me. They pretended to be affiliated with my insurance company and tricked me into giving them personal information by asking to "verify my address and DOB" then told me they had no appointments available and hung up. It's a ********* time they call you, tell them to take you off of their list and not to call you again, and keep repeating it until they comply. Their script obligates them to ignore your request and try to talk you out of it, so be persistent.Signify Health LLC Response

I regret allowing them to do a hone visit which was by the way pointless/ just me going over my health history. Also waited over a month for the $50 gift card and now that its come I cant even register it to use..wow just wow. This company is a big fraud and scam. This is amiben I attended phone interview two and half months ago by arena.signify and I have been told you are qualified for $100 gift card and they never sent I called so many times but they are saying its not on file so they are cheating people and westing time be aware of this pleaseSignify Health LLC Response
