Phone calls from staff with people in the background and noisy environments. I had a wellness checkup, a doctor's annual physical, and then this nonsense call. it was not helpful and the follow up call on how the call went was insulting. I ask for the information to be sent to me privately and somehow that was not a possibility. This service is not useful nor professional.Signify Health LLC

They messed up 2 appointments and wasted 1 hr of my time! The ** didn't even know how to send a link for a telehealth meeting! I have never had so much trouble with an online company.Signify Health LLC

2 starsSignify health made an appointment through ******, the used Everise to send a nurse for my screening at my home. Appointment was 2/25/2025 between 3 and 4 pm. Well the nurse never showed, nor did I ever get a call. So I waited until 7 still no show and no call. Take my advise, run like he'll they all are not on the same page.....Review fromMary O

Wish I had read these reviews before I did the interview (second scheduled as the first was canceled without notifying me and I waited 15 minutes before calling to find it was a waste of my time). Have been waiting 5 months for my gift card and have wasted hours with phone calls. I hope this can save others a waste of their time. Dont bother with this pathetic scam!Signify Health LLC

Every time I have dealt with signify Health in-home visit they have either not shown up at all and no phone call to advise that they weren't coming. This has happened to me several times over the last few years. My pet peeve is when people do not show up when they're supposed to or they call and say they're running late and I can reschedule if I want to after I have wasted half my day waiting for them. It happened to me again just now. She text me and told me she was going to be running 30 to 45 minutes late and I could reschedule if I wanted to. I replied to her that I was disappointed that she was running late and that I did not want to reschedule and I would reschedule my own appointments to accommodate her. I completed my home health assessment on 11/22/2024. I was promised a $100 gift card for the assessment. I have yet to receive the gift card. I have call several times and each time i was told something different each time. It is obvious Signify had no intention of issuing the gift card.Signify Health LLC

A woman called me the evening before my scheduled appointment this week. Originally, a week earlier, I had been told that the call was from Aetna and so I agreed to book an appointment. However, this phone call came in with the phone ID ************************** Aetna. For that reason, I asked the woman who she was and if this was required by Aetna. She became agitated and hung up on me, then called back almost immediately. She told me to call Aetna and that she would send me her ID card if I gave her my phone number. I said I wasnt comfortable giving out my phone number since I didnt know if this was a legitimate call. Again, she hung up on me and called back another time, a few minutes later. By now I was feeling uncomfortable since I had no idea who she was. Normally I would have seen this as a scam, but in this case I was still concerned about fulfilling any requirements from *****, if indeed it was legit. I had the feeling the woman was just trying to do her job, and I remained calm and firm in my questions. She told me I was being weird and making her nervous. She said people like these appointments. I said Im healthy and had just had a check up, and would rather my regular doctor sent a report to Aetna. She said Even though you are healthy at 74 you wont be at 84 and this way we can track you. I said again I do not wish to be tracked by a stranger and Id rather deal with my own doctor. She hung up again. A half hour later she called to tell me to cancel the appointment and that she couldnt do it because it would affect her job. I offered to do it, and then she hung up again and called back and said that she would cancel it herself. This behavior was unprofessional. I looked up the business and saw it was legitimate, however, there are many negative reviews. I could find no direct customer service contact data for the company to express my discomfort with this employee so I am writing a review here. I remain unsettled by her erratic behavior.Signify Health LLC

I received a phone call from someone who said I was being booked for an at-home health visit. I initially understood this to be a requirement from ***** so I had agreed. However, tonight I had a call at 8:30 PM from the Signify doctor to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. It sounded fishy so I asked a couple questions, such as who she worked for and was I required to have this visit. I said I wanted to check with ***** directly. I asked her to please explain this service and said I didnt understand why I was being contacted when I had not asked for. a home visit. She became evasive and agitated and hung up several times and then called back right away.I said Im very healthy and had just had a check up with my own doctor this week and asked if I could just have his evaluation sent to Aetna. She did not like these questions, though I was being polite and even felt some concern for her as she sounded so distressed. She said I was being weird, which was a weird thing for her to say. She also said even if youre healthy now you wont be in ten years so you should be happy to have this visit and be in our system. This was a completely unprofessional exchange. Normally I would have hung up at the first hint of a scam. But this woman sounded distressed and thats not the way scammers sound. Mostly I tried to get information from her, to evaluate the situation. And I was frankly a little worried about my insurance being affected so I needed to understand if this was legit and required by *****. She said I did not have to have this home visit and it would be cancelled, however, she called back a 4th time to say I had to call her office to cancel. She said she couldnt call because it could affect her job. I said ok, Ill call. Then she got agitated again and said she would call and hung up on me. This is a questionable business if it keeps someone like this on staff. It was disturbing and harassing.Signify Health LLC

I hope nobody else gets a stalker like I got. Bothered me all day long while I was busy caring for my sick dogs. I was at the vet and got texts asking me to meet now! The appointment was for the afternoon, but she had a cancellation and wanted to meet immediately. I'm thinking they have a lot of cancelations because of their attitude. Unprofessional. Uncaring. They contact you at their convenience. No thought for your convenience. I rarely write reviews, but I seldom deal with such trash.Signify Health LLC
