My aunt has ******. Signify contacted her stating that they needed to do a home visit. She lives with us and all doctor visits and appointments are set up by us being that shes living with dementia. This Home visit was made without our knowledge despite that we did make sure that someone was home during the timeframe that they stated which was a three hour window..The questions I have are why do they need to do a home visit when she sees her primary doctor regularly and how did they get her information to make contact?I asked both of these questions and the response to the first question was their contracted through her health insurance to provide referrals services.The response of the second question was they received her information from her insurance company.The alarming part of this was, I was able to call them from the one 800 number they provided her and gave basic information for her and they provided information back about the visit. There was no true verification to see if I was an approved person to share her health information with. This felt like a HIPAA violation despite that I did want to know what they were doing and what the next steps were. It seems there are no next steps and the stranger that came into our home to evaluate her stated that her blood pressure was high , checked on her medication and then exited. It was also stated that this person was a nurse practitioner . I dont know the last time I saw or heard of a nurse practitioner making a home visit.Signify Health LLC

1 starSersly WTH. Will NOT Leave me alone after numerous times I have told them opt me out and blocked their number. TODAY the caller had the nerve to call me RUDE. She is coming into my house by phone, uninvited, after numerous requests of NO, NO one is coming to my house, and NO I am not going to stand on the porch either to meet your person. The supervisor, who I suspect was likely not such, was useless. HOPE THEY RECORDED THAT CALL!Review fromJo H

1 starAppointment scheduled 1:00 - 3:00 pm. No Show! No communication! When I called Signify Health and spoke with the scheduler and supervisor, I was told they would reach out to the provider (***** ******) and call me back. No call back was received.When I called again after 3:00 p.m, the first CSR put me on hold for a supervisor and no one ever came back on the line. So I called back and got a different CSR. He apologized for the no show and asked if I wanted to wait 30 more minutes or cancel. I opted to cancel and also asked that my name and number be removed from their call list. I certainly hope this was not a scam to bill ***** for services that are not received.Review fromBernie J

HARASSMENT. They continue calling despite me not being interested in their offer I do not want them to come visit me. First of all they forcefully reached out to me with a time and date for a visit to my home. Secondly, they did not tell me why they will state to check my vitals etc., but why? Who sent you? No answer other than ***** my ******** advantage provider sent them. I'm sorry but Aetna did not reach out to me at all about you. After calling and refusing the visit I hung up. Only to get called immediately back! I again respectfully told them to take me off of their call list and their database. The response, you will still get calls despite opting out and asking to get off the call list. Ok so you are harassing me now. I don't know who this company thinks they are and what they are doing with the data they collect from in-home visits but this screams UNETHICAL to me and quite frankly PREDATORY. This place needs to get investigated by the *** for unethical behavior, predatory practics, and potential ******** fraud.Signify Health LLC

Well, I get a call from this company, with a caller-ID as BCBS TX! What a trick! With such caller-ID, I foolishly believe that this call is from BCBS TX and make an in-home visit on 6/19/2025! After reading the review in BBB, I discover that this company is scamming insurance companies. I am trying my best to cancel this appointment and if this appointment cannot be cancelled, I am not going to let this in-home visit becoming successful.Signify Health LLC

Signify health is a joke. I was scheduled for an appointment with them in my home today between nine and noon, after them texting and calling numerous times prior to the appointment. I waited for three hours for them to show up and when the gentleman did show up, he did not introduce himself. I have absolutely no idea what his name was. He was here maybe 15 minutes check my blood pressure asked me a couple of questions and left. That is the biggest waist of my insurances money I have ever seen. I will never schedule with them again And dont know why theyre being used by my insurance. I see my primary care physician on a regular basis and keep in touch with him if theres any problems or concerns. I dont need a third-party.Signify Health LLC

Signify Health is a JOKE! It's a scam to bill my insurance company or ********. Nothing is "free."Early this year, Signify nagged me into setting an in-home appointment, at a time I knew wouldn't work, knowing I would cancel the appointment. I TRIED to explain how Jan-Apr are impossible for me since I'm a tax professional. I doubt the *** even understood "tax ************* heavy accent didn't help. Recently I scheduled a 3pm appt to occur yesterday. I received FIVE reminder texts, TWO reminder phone calls and ONE email. I was told in the email that there was an appt window for between 3-6. At 7:34pm the "certified traveling doctor from ********" called. (She stated this THREE TIMES, as if that made any difference for the fact that she didn't show up.) Calling over 1.5 hours after the latest part of the appointment window was rude and inappropriate. She talked over me & claimed that she was unable to reach me regarding the appointment. This was a blatant lie. When I called today to speak with a supervisor, the *** refused. She claimed she could take care of the issue. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. NO! She asked if I wanted a phone visit. NO!This service MIGHT be helpful if someone is home-bound. But I am 67, see my doctor twice a year and don't have medical issues. They are unprofessional, rude and incompetent!Signify Health LLC

The in home visit was set up for April 24th, at 1:45 for both my husband and me. At 2:10, I called and said "no one showed. No call". The lady told me "or sorry but you have been re-scheduled for May 16th!!" I asked her why no one called US and that May 16th or May 19th, would not work for us. And why weren't WE asked about a reschedule day? These can incompetent people. ***** should find another provider....... ****Signify Health LLC
