      They keep calling me, waking me up from different phone numbers which I keep blocking every time. I have told them numerous times I was not interested in any home visit as I have my own doctors who take good care of me. *** asked that they remove my number from their calling list and I was told they could not do that. Due to all the complaints I see, I guess Im not the only one having issues with this company.

      Had an appointment for a Health check through my health plan Aetna the 1st of July with Signify Health. They gave me a time window of between 12 and 3 of when the person would arrive. Had an email the day before to verify this appointment. No one came so called Signify Health to find out what happened. Talked to several people that day and could not get an answer of why the person never showed. Poorly run company!!

      I hate their attitude when they try to have interview with customers. How can it be allowed this annoying and aggressive sales methods?

      Signify Health keeps calling. After several no show appointments by Signify Health my wife and I decided to cancel any further requests by Signify Health for any appointments.Phone calls, however, do not stop. I have told Signify Health during these calls to stop calling but they just dont get the hint or message that WE DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!Finally called United Healthcare since they provided my information to Signify Health to start calling me in the first place, and Signify Health is their agent. I was told to contact a number to stop the calls. Dialed and call answers immediately says it may be recorded and just goes silent.Signify Health nor United Healthcare has an opt out to stop the calls.Preparing a TCPA complaint regarding Signify Health Zero stars if I could

      Beware. I received a call from Signify asking to speak with my daughter. They stated they were calling on behalf of ********** Blue Shield to schedule an in-home visit to check vitals and address any health concerns she may have, free of charge. When I questioned why she should need this visit, they said she could receive a $25 Amazon gift card and I could be present. She continued, saying she wanted to schedule it for (future date), if she could just verify the address. I hung up. This sounds 100% like a scam and I am also going to notify BCBS.

      This company employs harassment and deception to get you to agree to a healthcare visit. They call and mail incessantly to the point that a person says yes to get them to leave you alone. There is no need for a person with a competent primary care provider to sign up for this, and as of this evening, I cancelled my and my husbands virtual appointments that we had reluctantly set up weeks ago. The company refused to switch mine for my husband's even though we were scheduled with two different providers an hour apart and would be on the same laptop. There is something terribly wrong with an organization that uses annoying tactics to get you to agree to a service you do not need. I have reached out to my insurance company and filed a complaint and asked Signify Cares to NEVER contact me again for any reason. I am a physician myself and for a long time thought this was a scam. It is, but not in the traditional sense of the word.

      My husband has been called numerous times from this company which comes up as ******************* which is our insurance company. 1st Red flag!! Next, we call back the number and the guy that answers each time is the same person but is using a different tone and accent. 2nd Red Flag!! Very RUDE, talks back to me, tells me I need to listen to him, and tells me that obviously I'm rude. 3rd Red Flag!! I tell him that we are not interest and to please quit calling and he becomes even more rude to me. 4th Red Flag!! Finally, he hangs up on me after I ask him to stop calling. This is uncalled for and obviously a scam of some sort. I am reporting this to the insurance company today so that they can be informed of what some company is doing with their name associated with. My personal opinion one star is too much for this so-called company!

      I have made three different appointments to be seen by a clinical virtually. The first was rescheduled because I never received a link to join. The second time the same and apparently the third time wasn't a charm either. Aetna needs to rethink their choice in companies they use.

      For three years in a row, I was stood up for my scheduled home visit. NOBODY called, texted or emailed me to let me know the health provider was canceling the appointment. They have the technology to text reminders of the appointment, why don't they use this when they cancel? For three hours (nine if you count each year), I waited at home for someone to show up. On the 3rd no-show, I rescheduled for the next day, and this time, I was contacted by them halfway through the 3 hour window to say they were canceling. So the entire weekend was ruined waiting for them. A three-hour window is kind of ridiculous anyway. Lastly, you are promised a $100 gift card but the instructed website doesn't allow you to register, so there is no way to collect it. Read the other reviews about this. Seems like a bait-and-switch scam!
