      My dad experience pain from using the royal vibe machine. Dad stopped using the machine very soon after it arrived. I have asked the company to get in touch with me so I can return the machine. No response. They scared me with emailing me a cancelation form, showing that will cost me cancelation fee...etc. before reaching the 12 months of using the royal vibe. The form also says if i dont return the machine it will cost me $ 15 000. The machine took 3 months to arrive by the way, and i had to pay for this 3 X $800.00 We have used it only a month or so. They are in ************, every call, every appointment is delayed and no customer service what's o ever. I have had enough from them. Please do not give them any money. They have a lawyer to scare you that they will do something to you if you do not pay. Forget about this stuff....we are paying close to 10 000, we haven't even seen a doctor or got helped.....All i want is to return the machine and they are not communicating because they need money badly.

We have sent several emails to the client over the past few days to resolve the client's query. An appointment was set for a call, and the call was made, but the client did not answer. We followed up with emails and further calls which were also not answered. We only receive emails stating that we are not reaching out, but clearly, the client is not reading her emails. We are trying to resolve this with the client, and still await a time for the next call to be made. Thank you and kind regards.

      I was told not to give these people any money based on the reviews on ****** and the BBB web sites. I've had nothing but problems and delays from the beginners first it was a missing analyzer missing in the package. I didn't started an "treatment" until 3 weeks after the first payment, in December due to poor quality in the cable it broke another 3 weeks NO TREATMENT, and now the transmitter don't work and they want me to pay for shipping the equipment back and wait another 3 weeks and take advantage of another payment. I tile them I want a refund ASAP I should of listened to the BBB and ****** reviews. These people take advantage of very sick people with cancer enough is enough they need to be shut dow now!!!!! Sincerely, a very sick disveteran. DONT FALL FOR IT I'm getting in contact with my congressman and **** of the VA patient advocate ****.

      To Whom It May Concern, With regard to the review.
      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. You indicated on January 6, 2023, that you got a mechanic to remove the broken piece stuck in the transmitter. Later on, inserted the replacement cable, and could not get the transmitter to work. You sent an email and then requested a replacement to be sent with overnight shipping. We requested that you complete a fault report form, which was not done, after follow-ups, but did escalate the replacement to be sent. The replacement was delivered to you on January 13, 2023. We want to place on record that there were multiple calls and correspondence from the support staff and you have had multiple conversations with Dr. R******.
      We will continue to assist you as needed.

      Nothing but problems I payed for 3 months and they would stone wall me while my tumor grew now I need to go to UCSD with a real medical doctor who actually knows how to treat cancer. I was told the cancer would start shrinking in the first month that was a big lie nothing but delays on weeks on parts these people are manipulating the system and you guys are following for it people have died on googlr reviews and now me my tumor grew from 8cm to 11cm in the time with these scam artist. I requested a full refund and they contacted me via text prior a months ago you have to submit tickets and several times have asked for my money back so it's about the combination of numerous delay delay until you die I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN I WILL RETURN THEIR SCAM MACHINE!!

      They are lying about the multiple calls I got one treatment in 3 months because of stonewalling tactics people have died on their watch they continue to work off shore avoiding the authorities now they have the BBB Bamboozled in 3 months my tumor grew 3cm now I'm really sick. I've requested my money back using their ticking submission system well over a month ago my bank has stopped all monies going out to this scam I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

      My parents came across Royal Vibe while looking to save my moms life. Royal Vibe gave them hope of a future that was not meant to be. My mom died while believing this device would save her life after watching the testimonies and after talking to the team at Royal Vibe. She died with this machine running beside her with the program made specifically for her by the team of 'medical professionals' at Royal vibe. After my moms death my dad decided to continue with the Royal vibe ultra sound to improve his health in hopes of a long life. He died 5 months after my mom. This ultra sound does not save lives, what it does is provide false hope of a healthy future and long life. I recommend seeing your family doctor and following the advice/treatment they suggest instead of going the Royal Vibe route. I do not recommend.

      I WANT MY MONEY BACK TUMOR HAS GROWN 3cm using this fake doctors system because it don't work even when staring fro the beginning this is just a scam people have died I WANT MY A FULL REFUND AS REQUEST OVER A MONTH AGO I SEND THEN SEVERAL REQUEST.

      They work off shore in South Africa I've been to their address it's a empty building straw front.

      Sincerely, ***** ******** scammed consumer.

      Last year I had 2 tumors ( over 1 inch ) on my prostate ( MRI & doctors said was cancer ) & this year my MRI shows I have no tumors. Thank you Dr ******* for your knowledge & all that you do.
      I love that the only side effects to your treatment is better health in every area of my body & that it treats so many different diseases, not just cancer.
      1 million people every year die of Heart Disease & cancer.
      What percent of those families sue the doctors or complain the BBB.
      There are no guarantees in life but I guarantee that Dr ******* & his team will do the best they can to help us fight sickness.

      I use the Royal Vibe protocols for achieving better health, and it works! An excellent company with an effective product and protocols! The customer service is also terrific! As a retired private investigator, I have vetted this technology and protocols, and I choose the Royal Vibe protocols as the "go to" for better health.

      At the very beginning, it seemed very pricey. I kept an open mind and began to use it. After I watched the videos, I realized the enormous amount of quality research that was built into the analysis and recommended treatments. I use my Royal Vibe pretty much every day and have been doing so for over 15 months. It is very helpful to determine what nutrition my husband and I need based on our own individual needs, it has helped charge our water and has helped me personally to reduce my stress and tackle the toxins I have accumulated over the years. There are plenty of explanatory videos and someone to help answer any questions we have. However, customer service is not immediate - but it is available, and may need prodding, If there are two areas for improvement - I would recommend the following: 1. Having monthly interactive webinars on special topics of general interest. 2. Having a plan to respond to every customer question within 24 to 48 hours.

      I love Royal Vibe because they have offered me hope for cancer. They have a very holistic approach to healing and helped me to avoid pills, chemo and radiation. I am one year cancer free and can thank Royal Vibe for being cutting edge and providing me with an alternative to Western medicine. I would highly recommend anyone with a life-alternating disease or anyone wanting a great wellness alternative to seek out Royal Vibe. This has saved me from the side effects of chemo and radiation.
