      Fraudulent company with poor practices. Parts were missing from the vehicle I purchased amounting to around $1000. Disputed the fact with *****************, manager. They give no guarantees to what you see and bid on in the auction will be there when you receive delivery of the vehicle. Frankly he and the customer representatives i spoke with did not care at all that they sold a misrepressented vehicle. They callously didn't care that morally they were stealing money from me. Truly, from the top to the bottom, they did not care. Please consider buying elsewhere.

Vehicle Information provided by Copart and its vehicle sellers is for convenience only. Members shall not rely on Vehicle Information in deciding whether or how much to bid on a vehicle offered for sale through Copart. Vehicle Information includes but is not limited to: year, make, model, condition, ACV, damage amount, damage type, drivability, accessories, equipment, mileage, odometer disclosures, vehicle identification number (e.g. "VIN," "HIN," and serial number), title, repair cost, repair history, title history, and total loss history...       The company is making it impossible to view the cars. they only allow one person at a time with an ****** to view the car and the wait is up to two hour so far and Ive been turned away from viewing. the company damages cars in the yard loading and unloading. Ive witnessed this several times I have inspected car before buying them and several time the cars were damaged after I viewed the car

      I bought a car, they specified that the car was running and driver, but it turns out that it did not turn on. I call them and they say there is nothing they can do. I will definitely not buy another car here.

      We just were at this place of business to clean out our car. AirPods and gift cards were stolen. The employees basically said go talk to your insurance and pay a $500 deductible and you'll get your stuff back. The car that was being cleaned out next to mine. Also had item stolen from it. If you read the reviews on yelp and ******* they all stayed the same thing.

      The last thing I would do is give your company any access to my personal information. Your business is a known crooked company. This cannot be a surprise! Look at your reviews, I'm not the only victim. I will continue to spread the word on social media, word of mouth about your business. Like I said early, it's bad enough my son who was in a crash, then he was burglarized by your company. You should make it right!

      Please!! Please!! Don't buy cars with this thieves!! It's an scam of industrial proportions. They sell cars with no titles saying thay got titles when they don't! They bump up the car prices with bots that make automatic bids just to make the car to be sold for more! Their fees are out of this world!! Run from this piece of garbage company!!! Run!!!

      My mother paid the membership fee. We called ahead of time to make sure that we would be able to look at the vehicle we were interested in before we made the 8 hour trip (spending over $100 in gas and getting a hotel room) just to be turned away at the lot without seeing any of the vehicles that were still being auctioned. The website still even says that they ENCOURAGE customers to inspect the vehicles before bidding. But yet they are not allowing customers to inspect what they are bidding on.

      Negative starts for both Copart and my insurance company Nationwide. My insurance company will not issue me payment until it has been verified to have been picked up. Of course they are using Copar. I am not made of money so need the payment from my insurance to get another vehicle. I was given a time window of 1pm to 5pm for the vehicle to be towed. As it is in an apartment complex lot, I cannot simply leave it with no tags on it or the apartment complex will tow it. They are quite uncooperative about that and disregard notes left in the vehicle that it is to be picked up by a tow company. Been there before. Copar's party for towing *never* showed up and when I called to ask what the status was they asked if a pickup in 3 or 4 days would be acceptable. "No it is not. I need it towed..." and I outlined why (apartment complex, need for funds to replace vehicle, chose vehicle can only be held until next week at CarMax)... Copart ***************** "Ok we will arrange some for tomorrow morning and call you back when that has been done verify the time for tomrrow." No call back from them and it is past their closing time. Horrible customer service! Avoid them and Nationwide if at all possible!!

      I wait for 20 minutes, customer service hang up, and I call again, and they put me on hold for another 10 minutes, and then I called 1 more time since I really needed the information and the lady who picked up could not confirm if my car title was already in the Mercedes Facility.

      I was just looking to confirm if the title from a car that I bought in Copart Dallas was already shipped to Copart at Mercedes Texas facility.

      The customer service in Copart at the Mercedes Texas Facility is always unprofessional, and they treat you, like your business is not important for them, the contrast is huge, the personnel in Copart Dallas Texas is amazing, and they were very helpful when I call them and the personnel from Copart Mercedes Texas is awful.

      General Manager, Timothy S****, and Regional Manager, David L*****, please fix this problem, I am not the only one that has had this problem with customer service before, but I am looking for a resolution in your customer service department.

      They have some scheme on their website where the car you're bidding on will get bid all the way up to market value of the vehicle (basically kelley blue book prices). Nobody knows where all these bids come from and sometimes the same car will even be listed the next week, even though you were bidding on it and it was 'sold' to someone the week before. Very shady stuff going on here I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

      Copart auto auction Buyer beware. I bought a pickup there the fees were about $1000 dollars on a $3200 pickup. No one there knows anything they transfer you around the country to talk to people that transfer you back. Oh and by the way the engine was bad on the truck. Use caution with this terrible company
