      Honestly don't know which platform banned me but ik that I haven't done anything wrong I barely used the apps which was tinder or blk , I later find out about hinge which was kind of cool but now I can't use none for no absolute reason , the ban thing is ridiculous honestly, I feel like anybody can get banned for absolutely no reason , somebody you may know around ur area can make false claim or whatever the case is , honestly I don't even know why I got banned I still haven't gotten an explanation until today which is ridiculous, they could just decided to banned and they probably give the same generic answer to everybody which is you violated the rules, which rule?       Business committed to provide the service of both ***** and ****** services for use in good faith. After using and paying these services for years, I was permanently banned from one (******) for using a ************ which banned me from all Match services per the **** terms. I have in no way violated the terms of service, user policies, or any other published guidelines of either ****** or ***** services in accessing the services from a virtual private network, and have not been able to resolve the termination of service through the automated internal appeal process.Per the terms of service, I am simply requesting a manual review and issuance of express permission to create a new account so as to remain in compliance with the terms of service going forward. I do not request any information about the previous termination, again to comply with Match policy.

      Downloaded hinge around August of 2024, and used to in compliance with Hinges terms of service. A month or so later, also downloaded tinder and used both apps in my area. I treated everyone kindly and with respect and acted fully knowing that i was seeking a meaningful relationship from the apps, which is what theyre designed for. I recently (a week ago,) was banned without explicit explanation as to why, which confuses me because ive been careful to follow the terms of service and be respectful. Match group doesnt owe me an unban, i know that, but also ive been a positive member of hinges community, not ghosting people, making friends and going on dates through the app. Im a good person and would never break the rules, and would be super grateful for any opportunity at an unban and another chance. Im honestly devastated and confused Ive always tried to be respectful, kind, and genuine on the app, and I truly dont understand what I did to deserve this.Hinge was one of the few places where I felt hopeful about meeting someone meaningful, and now I feel like thats been taken away from me for no reason. This whole experience has been really discouraging, and its hard not to take it personally when I dont even know what happened.Please, Im asking you to take a second look at my account.       I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding two account bans Ive experienced on Hinge, both of which I believe may have been in error or due to a misunderstanding.The first ban occurred in 2023 on an account associated with **************************** I submitted an appeal at the time, but it was denied without a detailed explanation of the violation or a meaningful opportunity to respond.More concerning, however, is that my second and current account associated with ************************* was banned today (April 17, 2025). I am a paid subscriber on this account and have consistently made an effort to follow **************** guidelines.I reached out to Hinge support, but was met with the same outcome: a declined appeal and no transparency regarding the specific reason for the ban. I believe its only fair as a paying user to receive more clarity, and Im respectfully requesting either:A thorough review of this most recent account ban,Or a clear explanation of what led to it, so I can understand and respond accordingly.I genuinely value the Hinge platform and am committed to using it respectfully.       I am rejecting this response because: While I understand that there are terms of service My case was not actually reviewed by a human. I submitted an appeal and it was rejected within *********************************** that response email, they say it was carefully reviewed however, I was given no context or information as to why I feel like Im stuck inside of a system that doesnt allow for fair or meaningful review of situations. As Ive said Ive used this app to make meaningful connections and even have a relationship. Being shut out from the community is very isolating and and I truly would just ask for someone to review my case in person or at least give me a call or explanation of what happened as I am truly at a loss. This entire experience is felt very cold and robotic and well, I understand this is a private company. This company holds access to an entire community of marginalized people who have trouble finding each other in the real world. Im begging for thoughtful reconsideration and not another automatic response.

      I am rejecting this response because: again the appeal was an automated response without any clarity as to why and zero human review of the situation. As youve noticed there are two account bans. The second was due to an account that was created separately the first account ban I have zero clarity on why in my original appeal was denied. I explained that when I had made the account initially my date of birth was off by one year I had filed for a change, but it was never contacted on that and my hunch is if anything the account was banned due to a misrepresentation of identity if thats the case, I would ask that it be reviewed carefully and you check for my correspondence a year prior requesting the age change to the correct date of birth. If the account was banned off of a report from someone on the application, I would really like to gain context on that because my hunch would be it was a false claim meant purely to attack me as a result of me rejecting someone or an ex creating false claims after a breakup. Im just asking for the account to be reinstated and a thorough investigation on the rationale for the ban. If there is a different route, I can go down to get the account reinstated. Please inform me Im happy to go down any avenue. Ive reached out as well to a few executives in trust and safety at hinge via email. Not sure if thats a valid path or not but would really appreciate anything else you all can do as I still feel every response Im getting is automated and without human review.

      I paid for premium membership on the Match platform called Hinge in August 2023. I used the app for maybe a week before getting removed/banned from the platform. I did not do anything that went against the app's terms of service and was respectful to everyone. I did not get any explanation as to why I was removed and I lost all of my subscription payment which totaled over $90. I was then banned from every other platform on the Match group. Their automatic banning and appeal process needs to be changed. I am only asking Match and Hinge to restore my ability to make accounts on all ******************** platforms. Or at the very least explain why I was banned and what exactly I did to prompt this removal.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Your continued denial of my appeal lacks any explanation whatsoever of how I have violated your Terms of Service.  ************ will eventually be ridden with revenge reporting resulting in banned users across the board.  If you do not fix your appeal and ban process every single member will eventually be banned and there won't be enough members to replace your rejected customers and users.  I highly suspect that I was revenge reported because of a post written about me on one of these AWDTSG ******** groups and many of your members have also been victims of mass reporting from these toxic members.  This movement is tearing your entire user base apart and if you don't do something about it the only thing left on your apps will be fake profiles and bots.

      Hello, I was banned from hinge and tinder around the time of May 2022. Im assuming I was banned from all match group sites;however I just had never used the others. I was banned for no reason and neither sites gave me an explanation as to why my account was removed. I am an attorney who has reviewed their community terms many times, and I have never broken one rule on there. As a Black woman, I have received countless of racist and predatory messages. Additionally, i have received countless of solicitations and unsolicited inappropriate pictures and the men who sent me those Im sure still have their accounts. I have done absolutely wrong and I should not have been blackballed from finding love in 2025 due to an app error. And if a resentful person did report me, i should have been given an opportunity to know what the issue was and had a formal appeal from getting banned from the app without any explanation or due process. I am requesting that the Match group look over my profile, see that I had done absolutely nothing wrong, and reinstate my accounts on tinder and hinge. My hinge email was ******************* and my tinder email was ***********************

      I was randomly banned for violating Tinders terms and conditions today even though I didnt do anything. Their message shows that theres multiple accounts under my name but Ive only ever had one account. An account Ive used on and off for a decade without any problems or complaints. I only have one account attached to my phone number and Apple ID so please look into and remove my ban Thank you!
