While on maternity leave I saw an ad on Instagram about how you can start a lucrative Amazon business and make your money back within 6 months of starting the program. My husband and I spent $9,000 to enroll into this program. We have four products launched on Amazon and have not made a single dollar. Then we find out they have filed for bankruptcy and we no longer have coaches or this program that we paid for. How is this right? How can they get away with this without refunding members their money?

I saw an ad of Instagram for a "course" teaching individuals how to sell products on Amazon. It was advertised as a 6-month program where you will eventually scale an Amazon business making $5,000-$10,000 per month. I scheduled a call with a recruiter and they went over the details. I was told there was a high success rate, and minimal costs. The person mentioned an FBA cost. There wasn't any mention of putting forth thousands of dollars buying products. I agreed to pay the $9,000 for the course because financing had 0% interest for 18 months, and the monthly payments were reasonably priced. Well, here I am, I have not finished my course, and I'm in over $11,000 in the negative. I did not receive the support I was promised - 8 coaching calls and lifetime access after I completed the 6 months. I had 4-5 coaching calls, and now the business went under. There are hundreds of other students that have had half of what I had. This is a scam.

I signed on with PLM Mastery on 6/28/23. I had an intro call w/ woman who was pushy w/ the sign up pitch. The only reason I ended up signing up is because they offered a finance option for the $10k that allowed you to not put any money down & then you could make a monthly payment of the minimum amount. And then as long as you pay off the entire amount within 1 year, you would not incur any interest. If not, you would be subject to the APR *****% making the total $18.5k. The only reason I felt comfortable making this committment is because the woman told me I would make that money ($10k+) back within the first 6 months easily, so I would just pay it off at that point. The agreeement was for 6 months of live 1:1 (up to 50 sessions or ******* ******* coaching as well as "lifetime" access to the course. I had a total of 5 coaching calls in 3 months and was handed to another coach after the first 2 sessions with no reasoning. The coaches availability was very limited and I had to contact the support email to even be able to get a link to schedule a session. The coach I did my last 3 sessions with recommended AGAINST most of the advice, partnerships, templates, steps covered within the course because he didn't agree with them or thought that ************* (a key strategic relationship that PLM established & uses ALOT in their marketing) was WAY more expensive then other sourcers. Flash forward to 9/15, when all the PLM coaches are fired and then 9/18 when *************************** the ************* announced that PLM is closing it's doors and access to the courses that I am supposed to have "lifetime" access to will be revoked as of 10/31. So I'm not getting what I signed up for AND still have to pay off the $10k. It is then that I hear from other students that there had been an ongoing ************************** investigation that started back in June that PLM was aware of and STILL was marketing to bring on more students and sign up for services they would not be able to provide.

Me and my son invested $9000 into this business in 2022 with the promise that we could be coached to making $3000 of passive income per month. This did not happen. We also were told we would have lifetime learning access and now we are finding out the company is declaring bankruptcy so we no longer have access to anything. And with the company in bankruptcy, there is no hope of monetary resolution to this. I don't even want to know how much *************************** profited from this business, but I wanted to make sure her name is seen on here so no one gets mislead by her again. Stay away from any business associated with this woman.

In April I saw a post for PLM where they promised that I could make ****** dollars each month doing Amazon FBA. I researched and saw nothing but rave reviews. I filled out the questionnaire where they asked how much money I had in my account. I didnt want to answer that question, but they wouldnt respond to me until they knew that I had a few thousand dollars in my account. After finding out I had money, they reached out to schedule a call with me. The recruiter said I had amazing potential, felt connected with me, and wanted to work closely with me. I was pressured into agreeing to sign a contract where I would pay *****+ interest for the knowledge on how to create this business. This included coaching calls for six months. The recruiter never once reached out as promised.I was told that if I did not sign up during the call, that I would not get another chance to work with this amazing company. I felt pressured, and because of that fact, made a huge mistake. The first few calls were helpful and then the calls after that were not. I wasnt given the help I was told I would. The instruction given was not very clear. There were posts and emails trying to get us to purchase tickets to retreats and coaching sessions that would elevate our careers. I am thankful I did not have the money to purchase these tickets.I was not told upfront I would have to pay 100 each month for access to software, in addition to the 200 dollar payment for the loan. I am a single mom who works a minimum wage job, with no incoming child support, and this experience has turned into a financial nightmare.

I am also a student of PLM I was looking to make some extra income for me and my family ,so I saw the PLM ad on *** about joining the program so I called. I spoke to a recruiter for this program to tell me that the program was great and that it was only a six-month course and that I would be making 5 to 10 thousand dollars easily in just a couple of months, and that they would be there to guide me throughout the process. I was told to register for an Amazon seller account that is $39 per month as well as a *** account that is $89 per month to establish my business for research purposes. Then came the price, when I asked how much to start they said it was $9 thousand, and I told her I don't have that kind of money, they say for me not to worry that I could get a loan out, and they would help... so many red flags but I ignored them all. They started reminding me how I was quickly going to be making the money back, and that I would have my loan paid off in no time; I finally gave in and went through the process with them to get the loan; took a few different companies to get the $9 thousand dollar loan then have the money to be sent to my account and you just pay it back. And then came time to sign the agreement well I signed it, I could no longer see the document I had signed when I click on the button it says page no longer exists. I dont understand, if its a legal document both parties should have access. So I start the program on around 3/23. There is truly no one on one coaching or guidance just PowerPoints. 2 Months in I struggled with researching products and reached out via text and email for help. No one responded. I was told to complete a spreadsheet and order test products. There is no more money that I can give to this any more and they will tell you anything not to give you your money back, it's all about the money. The only thing I got out of this is DEBT no business, and no refund but at this point I'd just be happy not having DEBT from this scam!

I joined PLM in June. They gave us the wholes story about independence and earning money on Amazon if we took the course. They made it sound solid and reliable. We got a loan with them for 9K and less then 3 month they file for Bankruptcy. I was ready to leave my job and dedicate 100% on my time. I almost lost my job due to this situation, which I have to add never saw coming. They didn't even send out a letter explaining anything and just left us hanging and now I'm 9K in debt. This is a very unfortunate situation and the owner seems to have no remorse what so ever...very bad profesional practice. Their initial story sounds so legit and it was just a FRAUD!!!! Very disappointed with this whole situation. As you can see in the attachment with the financing charge I'm in debt for $ 18,491....It's just not fair!!! Hope something can be done

I signed up for for the program back in January 2023. I came across a video advertising this program and guaranteeing that you could make 10k + dollars every month after completing their program. In the initial call they have with you to learn about the program they show you a timeline of the program and in just 8 weeks they promised they would help you have a selling product on Amazon. Which was a complete lie. They promised to be there every step of the way, as well as life long access to the program and an online community support. I was hopeful and believed in their promises to help me build my online business. They even used their A rating on BBB.org to try to convince you that they were a reliable business. At first I was very hesitant but they found a way to convince me and I joined their online course. I did my part by going through all the course work exactly how they suggested, but just this week on September 18 they declared bankruptcy and left all their members in the dark. I took a loan out for $9000 that I am still responsible for paying back and they are offering no solution and no refund for the lifelong access course we paid for. We were completely left in the dark. This has caused a huge financial burden on many of us including myself because I have yet to make any money. What the *** did was a complete fraud. I hope justice is made.

This company doesnt deliver anything the promise. After being told I would get a list of products to sell from the initial call and they took my $9000 for the course, I got access to training materials. They dont do anything to get you started. I lost $9k for absolute nothing. I want my money back. This company is a scam and only sell you lies. You will get nothing in return. Any of their training materials could be found simply by googling how to start a private label and use Amazon FBA. I can provide all necessary document to prove what I paid and I want my money back!!
