BBB has recently identified a pattern in consumer complaints regarding the marketplace behavior of the company Creatunity LLC, DBA Airmoto. Specifically, BBB has received complaints alleging that Airmoto:
~ Charged consumers for purchases they never received;
~ When delivered, received defective items out of the packaging;
~ Received invalid DHL tracking numbers for shipments;
~ Charged for items consumers did not want/ordered;
~ Poor/No Customer Service response to consumer inquiries;
~ And moreover, ignored requests for refunds.
BBB also requested confirmation of operational headquarters and operations within the United States.
On March 19, 2024, BBB sent postal and email correspondence to Airmoto to address this pattern of complaints.
As of April 9, 2024, Airmoto has not responded to BBB correspondence in any medium.
