      Hello Airmoto,This email is in reference to order number ***** The order was received on 1/14/25 and paid in full via **************** credit card.I am trying to be nice and civil. The purpose of this email is to address the pending charge on my credit card for $33.53 from Airmoto store.I do not know what this charge is for. I have reviewed my receipt and I was charged for: Airmoto pump (4 pack)-$255.96, shipping guarantee-$1.95, power kit-$148.00, and VIP customer benefits free. I did not sign up for any reoccurring charges, I do not wish for any reoccurring services, and I am not interested in any VIP customer benefits.Please, remove this charge. I will be disputing it with **************** and will not be paying for it. Thank you for your time and attention to this ********* far as the product itself. I was extremely unhappy. Overpriced. The pumps battery died before getting my car to a PSI over 20 (32 being recommended). However, as stated above The most frustrating part is the reoccurring charges that you Did not authorize and you have to waste your time and fight.

      My husband mistakenly order 2 airmotos with cases in December. They gave me a run around and finally said I could return the one item. I sent it back by *** and now they can't seem to find it. There is no one to call. They don't seem to have a CEO. If anyone has the name and number, please send it to me. I think this is a big SCAM.

      I placed an order early December 2024, for the airmoto digital tire inflator and case. I received immediate confirmation and funds were removed from my account. I received an email on December 10 that said a shipping label had been created and at that time the tracking number reported it was "awaiting ****" pick up. I sent a status request via email on Dec 23, because the item never moved... and never received an answer as to an ****** of today, January 23, 2025, I have yet to receive my items and the tracking number still reports that the items have not moved from the label creation, meaning they were never picked up bu USPS.I would like the items I ordered OR a full refund. I wish I had read the reviews on BBB before purchasing this item.

      I paid for priority ordering/shipping just before Xmas on 12/17/24. They confirmed I would receive product by 12/23. I did not. Couldn't reach them by phone or by email. When you call in and choose check on order...or frankly anything, a very nice message says "we are helping other customers, please leave a message and we will get back to you shortly". No one ever calls back. It's been more than 10 days since my first message was left.When their was no indication after Xmas that the order was even shipped, I ended up buying a different Xmas gift and decided to just cancel the order. Magically a day or so after I cancelled the order (still never heard a response email or call from my emails and messages I left). I received an email notification that the order had ********** now I'm in a fight with them to try and get my money back, even after I refused delivery from the ****, which is documented.I get that they were probably slammed during the holidays and overwhelmed with emails and calls and orders. I understand, buyt I wanted a gift to give at Xmas....not weeks later.Additionally, I found out the product takes at least ***** minutes to even inflate a large car or truck tire. Not what I was expecting.I just wished I would have looked here originally and could see all the order and shipping issues they are known for. I just want my money back so that I don't have to spend hours asking AmEx to claw back the ******** far this has just been a really bad experience. I would avoid this company. I wouldn't put it past them to bribe the so called reviewers of these products that got them into the "top 5" in the first place.

      My Airmoto tire arrived 3 weeks after paid for it But did Not include air hose. So cant use Ive called. Left messages and emailed many times. Almost every day for last 3 weeks I just need the air hose. No response ever

      Ordered 5 of these on Dec 8 and still have not received my items. I have sent several emails and left messages as you cannot get a customer service agent in the phone. I have not received any response. Order is still showing as unfulfilled. They were pick to take the payment but did not deliver the items!

      I purchased two of these units for a Christmas gifts. As soon as I saw that there were two pending pre-authorizations on my account, I emailed them and called. They told me I could rest assured that one of those would drop off which did not happen. Two more were shipped to me for a total of four which I had to return two after return was authorized. The return was authorized. I returned two units by ***** on December 4th. They assured me they would be received on December 6th. After numerous attempts for a response from the emails I sent and leaving messages to the phone number, still no refund or response. I regret this purchase!

      Good customer service until the product was delivered. Mine was defective and they have to evaluate the complaint. At first I wanted a replacement, but now I just want a refund. And even if I dont get the refund, *** had it with this company. I thought they were reputable but now I find out that theyre not even accredited. Ill eat the money that I spent. Ill just go somewhere else.

      I ordered 3 Airmotos for Christmas on Dec 11. Waited for shipping info, so when I didn't receive it, I emailed them. I was told due to DHL strike, their shipments were running behind. On Christmas Eve, I checked the status of the order online & it stated it had not been fulfilled yet. I proceeded to cancel the order & bought something else to replace the Airmoto gifts. Six days later, I received an email that my order shipped. According to their website, they answer you within 24 hours. Since my email to them was to cancel the order, they never got back to me & just shipped the items I canceled. I immediately contacted them telling them I had already canceled it, so they told me to contact them for return instructions when the order was received. I followed all the instructions they sent me & returned the items. They were mailed back on Dec 11, & received by them on Dec 13. They STILL have not credited my account, 11 days later! All they are doing is giving me the run around. This company is a scam!

      Waited a month to receive it.Used it for the first time today.Tire only needed 2PSI and it barely had enough power to do that.This company should be ashamed of themselves!!Buyer be very aware!
