Management is awful. An urgent request plced for our building over a month ago and nothing has been done. There is a health hazard emergency in our building(s) that they do not consider as such. It would be an emergency if they were affected. I advise to avoid this management group if your want excellent community support.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

We are totally totally disappointed in ***********. They provided us with a Property Manager 3 days a week. The initial changeover took months on the financial side. The first manager left after 9 months because of a bad relationship with his supervisor; who we never did meet. The second manager they provided comes in and leaves when he wants. He also takes many days off. When he is here, he is working on other properties. I blame the management for this. We have talked to the President and get promises that never happen. We also had to extend our AGM last year because the financials we not ready for the audit. Our monthly financials are late and need correction. We have given Maple Ridge notice. I have not even heard from the President. You would think he would want to talk to me about what went wrong. We have gotten 30% of service from *********** and paid 100%.I feel we should be entitled to compensation, but I doubt they would agree.**************Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

How you have given this company an A+ is a joke. This company is completely lacking in customer service to the owners of my community. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to help. Their values are based on personalities rather than principles. I have lived in this community 20 years and they are by far the worse. I am a single senior citizen, I am not asking for anything complicated and they can't handle the simplelist of tasks. I have been trying to get a fab from them for our clubhouse--they sent me an empty envelope.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

This management company took over our HOA group nearly 3 months ago and now we arent even able to get a resale demand statement for the sale of our home. The customer service is awful. We have been promised return calls and emails with no resolution or response. Our legal firm has requested this information from them for months. Apparently, our community wasnt ever registered in the community archives. Awful just plain neglect.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

************************** is the worst *** company to deal with, especially with their management team. I have lived in my condo since 2007 and paying a monthly condo fee of $290.00 with no late payments. In that 16 years I never asked anything from **************************. Except one time in a lifetime I requested a main water shut-off due to my water heater replacement. The *** manager, ******************** was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She had no understanding and courteous towards my situation. I am in a hope that I don't have to contact her again for any of my *** needs. I contacted her manager, ************************* by email and addressed my concerns. No response back from **** either. He ignored my email and did not bother to get back to my email. Therefore I had no other choice but to address my concerns here through BBB review. Because I want to be sure I don't get that type of treatment and behavior again from the *** manager, ***** in the future when I needed a service from the ***. These type of disrespect and conflicts from her and her other associates should be avoided. No one deserves to be treated poorly and unfairly. If my plumber needs a 3 hours main water shut-off for anytypes of maintenance work in my unit, it should be accommodated within the request with respect. There's absolutely no need for the *** manager, ***** to be rude and mean. No one deserves to be disrespected and treated unfairly. If that types of behavior continues in the future than I'll take a serious actions.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

Horrible!!!!!!!This is the worst property management company we've ever had!! With all of the rain we've had this spring and summer, we wanted to let the *** know that the sprinklers in our association were still running twice a week. It was a nicely worded email requesting the sprinklers be put on pause or that the rain sensors be fixed because of the waste of water and overwatering. Two email responses from ***************************** at Cities Management were rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I have never dealt with such outright passive-aggressive behavior in my life. The lack of professionalism from this company, especially *******, is unheard of! He "considered the case closed" unless we attached video proof of the sprinklers running. We provided video proof of the sprinklers running. Guess what? No response.We have received an email/letter indicating that, due to 'costs,' they are making us mow the berm (previously outsourced and the responsibility of the ***) and capping the sprinklers on the homeowner's side of the berm. Way to be professional and deal with homeowners directly by responding to the email that contained video proof, as a business should. Instead, it is a way to be passive-aggressive and 'stick it' to the homeowners. I am now telling everyone I know NOT to deal with this company!Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

My community recently contracted with Associa Mid-Atlantic to manage our HOA....Through the many years that I have lived in the community we have had several management companies, some better, some worse. Associa is by far the worst management company we have ever had...The community manager never returns calls and when you finally do get to speak with her, she has no idea what is going on in the community and is unable to answer any questions or offer any information...Associa, at least in my community, is a total disaster as they are non-functioning and have very poor personnel who are simply incompetent and lack qualifications for the job..... In my opinion, Associa is a complete failure as a management resource.Review from Jennifer M

To Whom It May ********* am writing to bring attention to the services provided by Associates of *******, the master HOA for my community. I have been attempting to address concerns regarding trees and branches encroaching on my property, as advised by the sub HOA association to contact Associates of Florida for assistance. Despite my continuous efforts over the past two months, I have not received any response from the company. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, showcasing a concerning lack of professionalism and customer service.It is disheartening to experience such disregard for community members' needs and concerns. As someone who takes pride in their home and surroundings, I believe it is crucial for HOA management to be responsive and proactive in addressing issues that impact residents' well-being.I urge those who are associated with this company to reconsider their choice of HOA management if they value efficient and reliable services.
