1 starI have had drug dealers move in next door to a streetlane home. No cars, lights off, secretive, same car comes by at night once a week for 10 minutes. 3 25ish males . Much more to this but you get the point. They refuse to come to the door even when the *** came by to investigate. I tried to contact this company to let them know ( in case they did not already know who they rented their home to). Absolutely no response. Now there is a very old tree that obviously is near crashing down on cars next door and the homes as the homes are side by side. The trunk is rotted on this old oak. It has rotted out to the point of being half eroded and it has eroded through in one part right through to the other side. If people think they will have any communication with this company, good luck. Good luck fixing anything even if it is potentially a huge huge potential to cause harm or death to someone. Your leaky roofs, broken appliances, water leaks etc will likely go ignored. I will have no problem getting compensation for damage to my car as there are no other trees. I guess they can afford paying for the type of damage that this will cause to two homes since this tree is in the middle of both. I'm guessing they want to act like they have no knowledge of drug manufacturing when they are caught. This tells you volumes of what you are dealing with .... I imagine they will leave a response to contact them at ****** as if they intend to respond. I'll let the police/ *** get their response soon. These renters are manufacturing day and night. They think neighbors don't know. The *** has alerted the neighborhood. My email and cell number can be seen by Streetlane. Find it and contact me.Review fromBrandie D

1 starI am a formal tenant of ********************************** before it was moved to Invitation Homes and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite numerous requests for maintenance, particularly regarding persistent mold issues and a non-working bathroom, the company has taken no meaningful action. They frequently send contractors to "check" on the problems, but this often leads to getting quotes rather than actual repairs. This ongoing cycle has caused me to miss work, resulting in significant financial loss. The situation became so dire that I was almost evicted because I could not pay my rent for two months due to not having a functioning bathroom. The presence of mold poses serious health risks and deteriorates my home's overall living conditions. I have contacted management several times, yet my concerns have consistently been ignored. The only time Its incredibly frustrating to feel unheard and neglected, especially regarding the health and safety of myself and my three children.I cannot recommend Streetlane Homes based on my experience. If you are considering renting from them, be prepared to face similar issues with unresponsive maintenance and a lack of care for your living environment.Review fromAaron F

1 starFor more than a year this awful company has rented a home in my neighborhood to a Scottsdale Bar chain for use as a storage unit and logistics center. Imagine having neighbors that did nothing but move in and out every day if the week with moving trucks, because thats what its been like. There is always 5 random cars and numerous people going in and out everyday. Were in a residential family neighborhood and Streetlane homes could care less about who its neighbors are. This company is unethical and has no interest in doing the right thing in a family neighborhood. Its disgusting and abhorrent.Review fromAmy M

1 starI've been reaching out to them for weeks now and know one will return my call. I recently vacated one of their homes. First they were the reason I had to move then they charged me for things that I know I'm not responsible for paying. One of the things they charge me for was a smart deadbolt lock. I never had a smart lock the whole two years I was there and they charged me I guess so they can have it put on for the next tenant. I was never contacted about doing the move out walk around. Although I had been reaching out to them on a weekly and sometimes daily bases since June 15. This is so frustrating. They appeared to be good but that was all an illusion. Be mindful of this company. Communication goes a long way and they refuse.Review fromChristopher F

1 starIn a world of awful property managers this company takes the cake. Unresponsive to maintenance issues just for starters. I have learned that the only people that rent homes from them are those that do so in desperation. Try not to let your life get to a point where you have to work with these people. They will make your life worse I promise.Review fromAnna K

Stay away from this company!First out power got turned off for 2 days due to Streetlanes not paying out power bill which we pay them for. They were over $1000 late. My son was 6 months old at the time so you can imagine how terrible it was given the circumstance. I could not get ahold of anyone at Streetlanes to fix the issue and when I called the power company myself, they explained to me they were close to ***** dollars late paying our power bill and that we would not be able to pay that balance because we had no account number. They did not refund us for any food that went bad or time spent off. Our plumbing went out. We called and emailed Streetlane homes about this issue. We could not use any sources of water in our house due to overflow from sinks, showers, toilets and our washing machine. The stool from the toilet when flushed, would go to our shower floor. When trying to communicated, we got little to no responses. The time frame from when we messaged them about the maintenance request to when it was fixed, was 4 months. We continued to explain how unsanitary this was in that we have a six month old child that needs running water. They showed no sympathy and helping us get this fixed in a timely manner before the issue was fixed, at least 10 plumbers came out to my house. All of them knew the issue, but continue to say that they couldnt get in touch with Streetlane Homes To give them the estimate. When they came back, they would tell us that when they did get in touch with Streetlane Homes that they said that it was too much money and that They did not want to move forward. The first plumber that came out told me and my fianc that the water pump was bad. He said he attempted to snake it, but there was nothing clogging it, the water pump was just bad.The man that Eventually came to fix it came to my house at 10 PM, unannounced, I was home alone with my son.Three months later I get a charge for $750 because they said that the water lines were clogged.Streetlane Homes

1 starWith a 2 year old in my home we had our water shut off that we had paid for. I contacted the water company and they couldnt tell me anything since our name wasnt on the bill, streetlane was. Eventually after days without water I pleaded with the water company and they allowed me to pay. It was $400 I had already paid and streetlane emailed us saying they would refund us. A month later our rental was taken over by another property management.
