      In a world of awful property managers this company takes the cake. Unresponsive to maintenance issues just for starters. I have learned that the only people that rent homes from them are those that do so in desperation. Try not to let your life get to a point where you have to work with these people. They will make your life worse I promise.

      I was in negotiations to lease a property only for them to say we need more documentation etc so gladly I sent it only for them to say we need you to resend that document again all the while I felt something was fishy . So I went back in to see if that house was available and the picture was gone and it was just a plot of land LOL.... you can't make this stuff up....turns out they stalled me out the whole time.... knowing I had limited time at my current home and I would need one asap .... after I tell them hey I have the correct documents I spoke with the *** those are compliant ...the Leasing coordinator informs me that the house had been leased ....SMH and offered me one of their other homes . THEY ARE SCAMMERS ...TAKING YOUR *** MONEY AND WASTING YOUR TIME ALL THE WHILE FULLY KNOWING THEY HAD IT LEASED . PLEASE BEWARE . THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ***LICATION TO GET THE *** FEES ALL THE WHILE KNOWING THE PROPERTY IS UNAVAILABLE . BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

      Stay away from this company!First out power got turned off for 2 days due to Streetlanes not paying out power bill which we pay them for. They were over $1000 late. My son was 6 months old at the time so you can imagine how terrible it was given the circumstance. I could not get ahold of anyone at Streetlanes to fix the issue and when I called the power company myself, they explained to me they were close to ***** dollars late paying our power bill and that we would not be able to pay that balance because we had no account number. They did not refund us for any food that went bad or time spent off. Our plumbing went out. We called and emailed Streetlane homes about this issue. We could not use any sources of water in our house due to overflow from sinks, showers, toilets and our washing machine. The stool from the toilet when flushed, would go to our shower floor. When trying to communicated, we got little to no responses. The time frame from when we messaged them about the maintenance request to when it was fixed, was 4 months. We continued to explain how unsanitary this was in that we have a six month old child that needs running water. They showed no sympathy and helping us get this fixed in a timely manner before the issue was fixed, at least 10 plumbers came out to my house. All of them knew the issue, but continue to say that they couldnt get in touch with Streetlane Homes To give them the estimate. When they came back, they would tell us that when they did get in touch with Streetlane Homes that they said that it was too much money and that They did not want to move forward. The first plumber that came out told me and my fianc that the water pump was bad. He said he attempted to snake it, but there was nothing clogging it, the water pump was just bad.The man that Eventually came to fix it came to my house at 10 PM, unannounced, I was home alone with my son.Three months later I get a charge for $750 because they said that the water lines were clogged.

      With a 2 year old in my home we had our water shut off that we had paid for. I contacted the water company and they couldnt tell me anything since our name wasnt on the bill, streetlane was. Eventually after days without water I pleaded with the water company and they allowed me to pay. It was $400 I had already paid and streetlane emailed us saying they would refund us. A month later our rental was taken over by another property management.

      Streetlane homes has a fradulent ad for **************************************** on all the rental websites right now. By checking ****** Maps I discovered no such home exists at that address.When I called Streetlane Homes they tried to direct me to *****************, which I can see from ****** Maps is actually the home pictured in the ads. After I reported their ad was incorrect, they never apologized for any mistake or blamed it on a third part scammer. Instead, they just started spamming me about my "interest" in **************This is a bait and switch scam to attract people with a fake address in low crime Worthington for what is actually a house in high crime Central Hilltop, thereby deceiving desperate homeseekers into paying application fees and purchasing self-guided tour subscriptions through Streetlane, ****** and their other affiliates under false pretenses.This exact same ad is listed on Zillow, ******, Apartments List, Hot Pads, Redfin, Rent.com, etc. -- and in all cases directs people to the correct contact info for Streetlane Homes. That, coupled with their response on the phone, tells me it's Streetlane's own scam, not a 3rd party's.

      Absolutely subpar leasing agency. Nonexistent communication, criminal method of handling billing and rent from month to month. Inaccurate statements including extra spurious charges, rude and extremely unhelpful maintenance team. When will these companies lose the power they have to take advantage over those of us trying to get by. F*** this company.

      PLEASE TURN THE OTHER WAY! They have stopped contacting me about my security deposit and now ignoring my emails! we were talking about what they were deducting from my deposit and then they just stopped responding and ignoring me. I am getting ready to **** Since in AZ they have 14 business day to return the deposit or they owe double.

      I just moved into a house in *********, ** and we arrived to no water, the back door lock being broken and unable to secure it, f**** in the toilet, weather stripping hanging off the door, and the unit was filthy. We sent an email in writing to *********** before moving in as we noticed these issues on our tour and were assured in writing theyd be corrected. We have called the emergency line and they told us they dont have us in the system so we have to call Street lane. We called *********** and they said theres no reason the emergency line shouldnt have us listed. Now we are stranded and no one can help us. We need to know what number to call and they need the address listed so they can help us. We want a call back immediately and expect a response to our many emails. We have emailed every department to try to get help without any resolution. This is unacceptable.
