Purchased over $50.00 in takeout from the ****** ******** Store location a few days ago. Returned home only to find several items missing. 20pc chicken, fries and dips. The food that was in the bag could barely be consumed. The fries were drenched in oil, chicken was so dry it was not edible and also had a slight chemical taste. The soda lacked carbonation and syrup flavor. I sent several emails and contacted them through their website twice. I was completely ignored with the exception of one message that I received that basically said that we are sorry that you were not satisfied. We will try to do better in the future and we will share your complaint with the store manager. That's unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the abysmal service I experienced at your Wingstop location on 3/5/2024. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of incompetence displayed by your staff.During my recent visit, I encountered numerous issues that severely impacted my dining experience. Firstly, despite placing an order, there was an item missing from my delivery. This is not the first time such an oversight has occurred, and it is utterly unacceptable. Additionally, the individual responsible for delivering my order seemed to lack basic communication skills, as they were unable to navigate simple directions to my apartment.Furthermore, upon attempting to contact the restaurant to address these issues, my calls went unanswered, indicating a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service.As a result of these failures, my daughter was left without dinner, causing undue inconvenience and frustration. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and attention to detail exhibited by your staff.I demand a full refund for my order and urge you to take immediate corrective action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I had a terrible experience with Wingstop on ***********, ***********, ** *****. They sent me a complete wrong order which belonged to someone else. No matter how many times I called, they would not pick up the phone. I drove all the way and returned the food. I asked for a refund and its been 15 days, but they never put it back on my card.I ordered the food on 02/14/2024 from their website and paid $20.79 with my credit card. The name on the order is ******************* (my girlfriend) and I paid it using my best buy credit card ending in 6480.Only a few days ago, they had messed up another order which was actually an in-person order. Theres tons of negative reviews piled up on their website. The store is filled with trash, they laugh behind your back, vape behind the counter, and dont take any responsibility at all. When I posted about my issue on a ******** page called *********** Chat, I got over 200 comments. All of these people have had an unpleasant experience at this location. Its one thing to accidentally mess up an order but they repeatedly do it. Theres grease stains and water on the floor. They open/close whenever they want. They turn off their online ordering a lot so you can only go walk in and sit and wait for hours. Youll see people working with no uniforms on, wearing pajamas/slippers. And vaping while cooking food. Today March 3rd, at 3:02pm I went to wingstop #**** and as soon we walked into the door the manager was mistreating the employees (is not my problem how the employees let the manager mistreated them, however is not comfortable to watch how a manager mistreat his employees while you placing an order or dining in. I placed my order at 3:02pm around 3:30pm the manager asked our names so he can take care of the order, at 3:55pm i asked for my refund because the manager kept messing every orders, manager name ******************* called his manager to get my refund and told me it will take up to 15 days to get my refunds back. I did not enjoyed watching him telling the girls to be quiet and hushed. Very unprofessional from a manager to his employees because they dont speak English he was abusing them.Initial Complaint

I ordered on the wing stop website they used door dash to deliver my food. The driver placed my food on my porch. Literally next to My trash. With ants and all kinds of nasty creatures crawling around. I called wing stop asst man. **** (not sure of spelling told me oh well not wing stops problem I need to take it up with door dash. Called door dash. They apologized and told me they were calling wing stop to get my refund. They patch me through to store ONCE AGAIN **** said well Im not giving you your money back they put the order in front of your door. I said yes NEXT to the trash. Didnt ring my bell or knock. We dont even know how long it was out there. He said oh well Im not giving you your money back. I explained we didnt eat the food. Who would???? He said its not his problem. This is insane. Disgusting. Would he eat the food had this happened to him. Would he want to be treated this way if this happened to his childrens food???Initial Complaint

ordered 100 wings 02/24/2024 for delivery at 5pm, wings came on time. When we tried the wings they were undercooked and flavorless. I called within 48hours just to express my concerns about my experience. Spoke with manager @ main street location in ****** **** store #**** order #*****************. Manager passed me to the Assistant General Manager. Whom When I expressed my concerns about my experience SHE OFFERED either money back or replacement. I chose my money back. She then stated it **** be 3-5 business days for refund to come through and apologized told me to have a good day. 4 hours later a man name **** called saying he was the District Manager and He will NOT give me a refund then interrogated me with " why did you wait to call?", "Do you have pictures?" And continued to say he will not give me a refund, I explained the wings weren't cooked fully nor seasoned properly. He told me he would call me back before 5pm it has now been20.5 hours later the next day and no return call. I called corporates this am to express concerns, they offered a $15 gift card. I told them I wanted to speak with some one in regards to my experience I did not accept the gift card, I also explained I was disputing charges now after my experience. The manager and Assist GM were very courteous and considerate of me as a customer, but my experience with the District Manager **** was the worse part of this whole experience.Initial Complaint

We ordered and were charged for $88 worth of wings for 2/11. We arrived at the time our order was supposed to be ready, it wasnt. It was Super Bowl so we gave it an hour and called to see if the order was ready, they hadnt started so we asked for a refund and were told it would process in 5-7 business days. On the 7th day we called in and they said they didnt see anything and it had to be approved by a district manager. We said okay. We never heard from the district manager. I also emailed the corporate office for a resolution on their website and heard nothing. I want my refund.Initial Complaint

Hi, Im an extremely dissatisfied with Wing Stop in ******** ***** 820 **********************.My order was wrong I called so they could make things right and I was told it was Doordashs fault. It wasnt it was Wingstop, because I ordered bone in wings and received boneless. DoorDash has nothing to do with that.Then I was told I had to speak to a manager. I waited for 20 minutes and they never picked up. This is a Monday afternoon. Not a weekend. I had to wait 20 minutes the food got cold and it was a horrible experience. I am 100% sure they kept me on hold on propose. Imagine how other customers are being treated if this is normal.After over 20 minutes on hold I hung up. I originally wanted a refund for just the boneless ****** pepper wings. But at this point a full refund is in order because of the poor customer service I plan on also leaving a bad Google/ Yelp review. I get that people scam the business, but to treat everyone like a scammer and. It even have the courtesy to pick up the phone is gross insubordination by the manager.Initial Complaint

Wing stop customer service was horrible, my God was suppose to be ready at 2:05 pm and I didnt get the food until 3:55 pm. On top of that I didnt get all my food nor was the food good. I was sold a bag of grease.
