      My son placed an order for delivery from Wingstop. Wingstop accepted his order, debited his account, and then notified my son that the store was closed. My son did not receive his order. The following day, he went to Wingstop to retrieve his order or get a refund, and the employee he talked to refused both.

      This incident occurred on 12/31/2025. This is in regards to a Wingstop location at *******************************. My order number was #**********. The order total was $24.95. I placed an order for this location at 7:07pm. The app notified my that the order will be ready between 7:50-7:55. I arrived at 7:55pm to retrieve my order. When I arrived, I noticed that there was a line of 30+ customers in the restaurant. I attempted to get an employee for assistance but they ignored me and other customers. I began asking around and other customers complained that they had been waiting hours for their order and that the employees are not getting orders out. I stood in the restaurant for two hours without getting my food, nor even the common courtesy to tell us any estimated wait time. Not only that, but there was a young curly haired employee that was taking bribes from multiple customers to push their orders ahead. The only way they even got his attention was nearly grabbing him out of the kitchen area. One of the ladies said her pickup time was 8:30 and somehow magically after giving him $20 that he slid in his back pocket her order came out immediately. When we called the young man out on this he said "I don't know what ya'll are talking about." and then proceeded to hide back in the kitchen once more. I eventually left as it was clear I was not getting food. I was not given the option of a refund nor any updates on my order and whether or not it would be fulfilled. I was completely and utterly scammed. This business needs to be terminated, at the very least that employee. This is unacceptable.

      I placed a online order for pickup on Christmas eve. They made the incorrect order and they wouldn't fix it. They said they would charge me to fix it. I want my money back. I want a full refund

      Spoke with a manager (********) at ****************************************************************, regarding an order of fries with my order. I was charged ***** bucks for an order that did not include fries. When I spoke to the cashier that took my order, I told her that I wanted fries, and she stated she did not hear me. I will be filing a complaint with the ****, regarding this matter. It's not about the fries, it's about the inconvenience, and orders not being taken correctly.

      01/01/2025 ,$37.17. Subject: Complaint Regarding Cold Food and Delayed Order Dear Wingstop Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your [location name] on [date]. My order, which was scheduled to be ready at 7:01 PM, was not ready until 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar.The center of the Cajun corn was cold, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator, and the fries were also cold, indicating they might not have been cooked all the way through. The Lemon Pepper Wings was not fried well and it was not a good quality of dry rub. This was extremely disappointing, as I expected a much higher standard of quality and service. Even my 16 yr old daughter stated that the WingStop in ********** Va quality was better. She talked about trying this new location but it was a complete let down. I hope you can address this issue, as it was not the experience I expect from Wingstop.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       On July 31, 2024, I placed an online order for pick up at the ***************************************** location. I placed the order at approximately 7:50pm and was given a time frame of ***** minutes for pick up. I arrived at approximately 8:10pm and was told the order was not ready. I waited 25 more minutes and was told the order hadn't even been started and would be another hour before being ready, almost 2 hours in total from the time the order was placed. I requested a cancellation of the order and refund. The employee told me the refund would have to be issued by the district manager, as they had no way to refund online orders.I waited about a week and still had no refund. On August 10th or 11th, I visited the location and spoke with the ** of the store. He stated he would have to send the information again. I again waited for the refund, which I didn't receive as of August 22nd. I have made numerous phone calls regarding this and attempted to reach out directly to the district manager via another location and not one time have I received any response. I am told by the phone customer service representatives that they send messages out for contact to be made, but it seems that is not happening or my inquiries are being ignored.       I did an online order on December 16 at 3:00pm. I walked in the store to pick up my order at 3:20pm. I had to be at work at 4:00. These workers just watched me stand there after asking me my name for my online order and didnt attempt to make my order until 3:40. I walked out that store at 3:50 causing me to be late for work. I would NOT HAVE WAITED IF I HAD ANOTHER CHOICE FOR LUNCH AT WORK since I was now constricted to time. The only thing I was offered was a free drink. How insulting. I watched people walk in and place orders and walk out before me. The reason I came to the BBB is because I have requested a full refund since I was LATE FOR WORK and this business has ignored me on 4 occasions! How are you accepting online orders and promising a time ***** mins when I waited an hour!!! How unacceptable! This order should have been free with no request!!!

      I called Wingstop to ask about a promotion for 5 free wings and ******* answered when I asked she laughed and said Wingstop dont give give free anything and she been there a year. She started talking very rude aggressive and unprofessional then hung up the phone. When I walked i to Wingstop I told her I needed to speak to her manager because she is rude and unprofessional plus she hung up the phone after I asked to speak to her manager. ****** said he is the general manager and he did not answer any of my concerns did not apologize or even acknowledge that her behavior is unacceptable he just wanted me to leave. While I was in there getting my drinks ******* was yelling being very passive aggressive and happy that was unsatisfied with how I was treated and her manager allows her to treat their customers how I was treated today. I would like to speak with corporate about what happened today. I dont have to spend my money at Wingstop I choose to and the way I was treated today my family and I will spend our money else where.

      When ordering online , Wingstop will say your payment method is declined in error message , but it charges your card . I called the store and they said they never received my order and people call everyday with the same complaint . So now they charged me 27$ but didnt get my order and since it is pending they said it will take at least ************************************************************* order to get my food I had to call and place an order over the phone and have to pay again .

      On 11/16/2024 at 7:10pm, I placed An online order for $28.08 at the Wingstop located in ************, **. Once the order was placed I was given an estimated wait time of ***** minutes. At approximately 8:10pm I went Into the location and was told my food was in line, so I sat down with the other 15 people waiting. I waited For 30 minutes before asking the employee how much longer my food would be, and I was Told another 30 minutes. Which would be 2 hours after I ordered The food and an hour longer than the estimated time. I was told they did not have a manager in the store at that time so they would not be able to do a refund at the time and to call back. My husband and I have Reached out many times for a refund and have continuously been told they did not have anyone there to process or approve a refund. I would really like to have the money returned since I did Not receive my order.
