    Did an online consultation on 08/19/2024. Said my prescription was sent in, called the store and they said there was no attending physicians signature on the prescription and something else. Called and emailed multiple times, they claimed they called pharmacy to fix issue but instead my prescription was cancelled so Id like a refund. How do you send in a prescription with no signatures? Then wont fix the issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The patient was frustrated because we were unable to prescribe the requested medication. We explained that, as a general policy, we do not prescribe or refill injectable medications, except for insulin for diabetics and certain weight loss medications. As telemedicine providers, our services have limitations, and some medications require close monitoring. We also want to inform you that the refund request has already been processed.

    Additionally, we want to emphasize that our company is committed to providing an inclusive and equitable environment for all patients.     I started a telehealth consultation on 8/12/24 and I cancelled the consultation before being completed and expected a full refund. Ive sent multiple messages asking for an update on my refund. They say ***** hrs. Today is 8/15/24 and I have not gotten my refund of $34.99.

    I am trying to cancel the call on doc subscription and I contacted them multiple times with no success !!! I am going to have to file an attorney general complaint if they don't answer !

    Absolutely the most difficult process to get blood pressure medicine on the planet. This was for a refill this time. They made me answer the same questions from my first visit again for them. 10 minutes of questions. Most of the questions are literally the same question worded differently over and over. I get they have a job to do but there is a more efficient way. I also would expect for a refill perhaps asking me to review my answers from 90 days earlier and simply asking Has anything changed since your last visit. That would be too intelligent for this poorly run, circus of a company.At the end of my visit for the refill they sent me a message refusing me another ****************************************************************************** 30 days worth and demanded I had a test. I responded back give me my ******************************************************* 3 minutes. They sent the prescription to my pharmacy for the ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ the 90 day supply. Certainly not a company with a well thought out streamlined process. Certainly not a great Doctor that allowed me to bully them into giving me what was in there email a risk. I hope they are out of business soon! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

    I am rejecting this response because:  You wasted my time and put my life in danger buy not insisting on the URGENT blood test you spoke of 3 minutes before sending my order.  Thats called trying to bate me to one of your testing facility partners which compensate you with a kickback or was this all malpractice?  Refund me

    I did not realize this was a reoccurring subscription and was not using the service, the day after the charge showed on my account, I contacted the business for a refund (after NEVER using the service after my initial consult) and they refused to refund. This company is making money off of subscriptions without giving full information of what is going to be charged or making it clearly identified for the consumer. Then when people make mistakes, they are unwilling to offer customers a refund. I would recommend everyone boycott his company for their dishonesty and unwillingness to support their clients.

    I requested a refill on blood pressure medicine. Callondoc required a lab report which I provided. While waiting for the report they charged me for a full refill of the medicines, but only provided a prescription for half. After receiving the lab report, Callondoc messaged me claiming that my K+ levels were elevated and that they would need more labs and records from local doc. In actuality, the report CLEARLY showed K+ levels were perfectly normal. They charged me for a full prescription, provided half of it, then lied or were totally incompetent about the lab results, then ghosted me so they wouldn't have to provide the rest of the prescription (which had already been paid for in full).

    Had an appointment with a provider. The pharmacy has not received the prescription. There is no opportunity to contact the company to learn and expedite the prescription status.

    On Wednesday July 17th 2024, I downloaded the app call on doc. I was having flue like symptoms so I requested and paid for a tele-health consultation. I even paid the extra rush fee as I was really. It feeling well and wanted to get care as soon as possible. After the initial visit, I was prescribed 2 different medication which I was told would be sent to the pharmacy within 30 minutes. Its now been over 5 hours and the pharmacy still has not received the prescription from this company. This is unacceptable. I will now need to go through a different teledoc provider and wont have my medication until tomorrow because call on doc could not provide the service that I paid for in a timely manner. I will also file a charge back with my bank since this company did not deliver on the service I paid for. I have used many different teledoc companies in the past and this is the worst one by far. No way to contact support, they dont answer emails and tell you to send a message on their portals. I sent 4 messages and not a single answer. Do yourself a favor and skip this company completely

    Thank you for reaching out. Upon careful review, the requested medication was sent to the pharmacy 6 minutes after we received the consultation. We spoke to the pharmacy and verified the prescription in their records. It turns out the patient had submitted the form with an incorrect date of birth. This discrepancy prevented the pharmacy from locating the prescription. We offered to rectify the situation, but the patient opted for a refund instead. The refund has now been processed.

    CallonDoc has been great for one-off consultations but do NOT do a subscription with these guys- none of their modes of communication work.I did a subscription for automatic 90-day refills for a very common long-term medication. I did their required labs to get the prescription. I was charged $50 every quarter and that was supposed to cover an AUTOMATIC 90-day Rx sent to my pharmacy. Not once did it work the way it was supposed to.Now, I asked for my refill since I was charged my quarterly fee June 4th, and received nothing, they are saying I need labs again. I'm not going through another year of this so I want to cancel my subscription so I'm not charged AGAIN in September for something I haven't received. The website says you have to cancel your subscriptions ONLY through the patient dashboard. Yep, tried that a half dozen times and it doesn't work. The screen just disappears. Logged out, logged back in, still have an active subscription.Tried their email address that they still have ON THEIR WEBSITE to use in the *** section and received an automated email stating they no longer use that email and you have to go through the website.Went to the contact us portion of the website- hit the "email us, preferred option" method- wrote out my whole thing- and got an error message when I sent it. I also tried their text option but have yet to receive a response. I don't want to call because then there is no written record of anything and I don't trust this company to do the right thing.So where I stand now- I paid $50 in June for a Rx and medication that was supposed to cover me for ***** July and August. Now, not only am I OUT of meds, but I have NO Rx, I've been charged, and I will be charged again in September because this company doesn't have a single mode of communication that works.
