False ********************* Prescription I used CallOnDoc on 2/22/2025 to request a ********* prescription because they advertise that prescriptions will be processed within 1-2 hours. However, my request has been significantly delayed, and I have yet to receive a clear update.I have provided all the requested documents, yet my prescription is still pending. I canceled my subscription weeks ago and I was just charged again today 2/24/25 My subscription status keeps saying cancellation pending, unable to delete my payment information so I can stop being charged and it doesnt allow it! I have two active subscription (of for myself one for my minor daughter) BOTH will not cancel and have cancellation pending, it should have no longer been charging me once I selected to cancel!!Business Response

Ive been using ********* for years and have always been happy with their service until recently. I submitted a refill request on Feb 8, 2025. It is Feb 15 and I still havent had my refill processed. I have sent 4 emails and keep getting a message they are behind due to high demand. My prescription is for a medication that causes withdrawals and Im about to run out. On 2/14/2025 I used CallonDoc for treatment of pink eye. They sent me confirmation that my prescription had been called in to the pharmacy. It never was called into the pharmacy. I have sent multiple messages back to the provider and the medical provider never responds. I keep getting a text saying that CallonDoc is awaiting a response from me, but I have responded to all their information. I called the number and the voicemail was in a foreign language and no one ever answered the phone. The website doesnt provide me anyway to request a refund. I am also concerned that they required my drivers license, and took my credit card for payment. This doesnt look to be a legitimate business.Business Response

I cancelled my subscription (their site actually nakes it difficult for anyone to fo do).before the renewal and they did not cancel and tried charge my credit card again on 2.13.2025. The website does NOT allow users to delete thru payment information and nobody will answer my messages (if they do, it's in response to the subject line and not the message). I have proof of the refund I asked for back in November of 2024 in which they completely ignored and proceeded to ask for a credit card to make an additional payment. I made note of the cancellation and to my suprise they are back to charging my card. I received an email of the original cancellation request but I no longer had it. I thought everything was settled. On Feb 9 2025 I ordered and paid 95 for prescription refills being told it would be done within 2 hours. One day later I received a generic message stating they are a couple hours behind. Two days later I requested an update and was again told they were behind. I then asked for a refund it took hours to get back with me. I want my prescriptions or my money. These business practices and lack of customer service or support is outrageous. They took my money and have done ZERO.Business Response

I requested a prescription refill on 12-30-2024, call on doc sent a generic message in the patient portal saying that they're busy and were having a temporary service delay. I messaged Call on doc asking how long it would be and received no response. I waited 5 days until I only had one pill left of my medication and had to end up using and paying another telehealth provider to get my prescription. They did send messages asking if i still wanted my consultation and i informed them that no, i had already used another service provider for my prescription. I then requested a refund for my quarterly subscription, that I had just been charged for on *****, that i didn't get to use. I didn't ask for a refund for my visit as I had used account credit. I also requested to ****** my subscription so that I'm not charged again in March, as they have to complete the cancelation on their end. They sent me a message on 1-15 saying that they had forwarded my refund request to their billing department and I've never heard anything else. I sent a follow up message on 1-29 with no response.I would just like my subscription canceled and a refund for the subscription charge on *****. I have used their service several times in the past with no issue so this experience has been highly disappointing.Business Response
