On 1/27/25 I followed the steps on their website to request an appointment for a 3mo refill of my prescription for $64.99. The disclaimer said to please allow a 2hr turnaround time. On 1/30, I had still not heard from them and my visit was "pending". I sent a message in their portal and received a canned response saying they have a higher than normal patient volume. It is now 9pm on the 31st, they are aware I absolutely can't miss a dose of this medication, and I haven't heard from them at all. Now I find out they're using the BBB without permission and have defrauded many others like me. I have requested a refund but doubt I'll ever receive it. They essentially stole my money, and, most importantly, the valuable time I could have used to have another legitimate provider fill my vital medication.Business Response

Paid for a service that I've been using for years with no issues. Had financial problems so I placed an order when I could (a month later). Was told that I would have to pay my money to start all the way over, which i refused and requested a refund. Was then told that my order will be sent to a supervisor and was offered a credit, then was left with no response. I did not ask for a credit on an order issue that was not my fault, I want my hard earned money back or to receive the order with the dosage that I requested. On January 25, 2025 I started a new consultation on Call on Doc for my steroid inhaler refill for long term asthma. After hours of waiting for a physician to review my request, I finally got confirmation that my prescription was sent to my CVS pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy had no trace of any prescription being sent over for that medication. I have tried contacting customer service SEVERAL times and absolutely no response. Now Ive gone almost a week without my medication because the physicians associated with this ******** company are incompetent and con artists. I requested a refund and absolutely NO response and still NO prescription.Business Response

On 01-28/25 I contacted call on docs virtual doctors service online. They have always refilled my prescription with no problem. They offer service within 2 hours. Its been two days and no prescription. Charged 85$. No available phone contact and messages just say sorry we have a high patient volume.Business Response

On 1.27.25 I submitted for a prescription refill. I received a generic email stating they were a few hours behind due to high call volumes. I have reached out multiple times to company and going on 48 hours with no resolution. If they cannot provide the service then they need to stop taking patients. I pay for the membership fee as well as the consultation fee. I paid for service 3 days ago, to ensure I got a refill for my blood pressure medication before I ran out. My blood pressure rises quickly and dangerously without medication. I informed them I only had one pill left. I was given a 2 hour window, but it is now 3 days later and no prescription has been sent and no treatment plan has been received. I am now out of medication, and had to obtain a couple of emergency doses. I am also given the run around due to running out of my medication early, because I wasn't given the full amount by the pharmacy last time. This is a critical medication, but it is not a narcotic therefore it shouldn't be so difficult to receive help when I'm out. I've been a happy patient with callondoc for years, but being ignored for days is unacceptable. The holidays are long since over, there is no discernable reason to be so behind.Customer Answer

I paid for a medical consultation with this company. Was asked the type of prescription I preferred for my symptoms - selected my choices and paid for the consultation. The prescription was never completed in its entirety, and only part of the prescription requested was sent to the pharmacy I selected. This was on January 19, 2025. I have been reaching out requesting that the prescription sent reflects what I paid for, and have only gotten one response asking me to wait for them to look it over. We done all the required things to get an antibiotic for my minor son, our wait time to receive a prescription was 2 hours. After waiting for the account to still be under review, no medications were called in. A refund was requested & there was no response.Business Response

I have not yet received my prescription after paying for it. Company promises to send your prescription within 2 hours. I have tried to message the company without any response.
