      This has been an experience from h*** Ive been making payments with this company for over 6 months and I couldnt pay them on time and they cut the car which is fine. When I got the money to pay them my car was still isnt coming on.. its been 4 days and my car still isnt on and Ive missed work everyday since then because I have a car that wont start because they cut it off. On top of that they still want me to make the next payment. *** called and called and even when I asked to speak with a manager multiple employees told me there is no manager. I was Also hung up on 3 times.this is the worse experience Ive ever had. One employee told me that Im a second chance buyer and that Im going with this company because I cant get a car anywhere else and actually I was a first time car buyer. This people shouldnt even be in business. Soon as I dont make a payment my car gets cut off but soon as I pay it the still do t cut the car on and they also told me its the battery it I had a professional to look at the car and he told me the car was in perfect condition. Someone please help me because this should be against the law. I cant even pick my kids up from school. I have to pay my next door neighbor to pick them up. PLEASE HELP

      Drive casa is refusing to drop their cpi Insurance from my policy. They are stating my requirements aren't met. They requirements for Insurance are met because I've spoken with GoAuto. Drive casa hasnt reached out to them at all. My ***************** has no log out them reaching out.

      I bought a car from them, and after I finished the contract signing and drove off my car shut off instantly. As well as, they forced me to pay a defected payment that o was told prior to signing the contract that I could pay it at anytime. They s*** my truck off and I had to get a loan to pay them. The next day I attempted to go the store and they s*** my truck off again saying I dont give them a payment and it would be up for repossession. I had stay on a call for more than an hour just to get it s*** back on which cut into my rest time before work. The following week three maintenance pop up on the dash. I called the service center and they either hung up in my face or ignored the calls. I tried to get in contact with my salesperson and he ignored me as well, and when you did send a very delayed response he just told me to call *****. When I did ***** transferred my call to the service center and I was back at square one.

      I have overpaid several times for insurance that the car lot carries and I have sent them my decleration pages numerous times proving that I have insurance and they keep charging me. I am being hassled and this is very frustrating. Can you please help?

      On April 15, 2024 my daughter and I went looking for at car and found Drive Casa located on **************************************************************. There we were assisted by a man name ******. He went on to tell us all the great perks they had to offer on there vehicles, one of them being a loaner vehicle if our vehicle we purchased from them had to be in the shop for any reason for more then a day or so. This is what caught my attention and made me want to purchase the car. So moving forward I did just that after asking over and over to make sure I heard him correctly about the loaner vehicle while my daughter sat there with me to hear. We purchase the car and drive it home. About a month and a half later the check engine light comes on so I call there service department and let them know the check engine light comes on where they inform me of there protocol and such. So I then I ask the lady about the loaner program I was told about if they have to keep which she then informs me that they dont do a loaner program and they never have. So now here I am with a car that I solely purchased and spent ******* to get into plus my monthly payments in between to get back and forth to work( by the way the ONLY car I have) to find out they dont do loaners. So I take the car up there to get checked out for them to tell me they would need to keep the car but like I mentions its the only car I have so I can not afford to leave it, where they then proceed to tell me that if I dont leave it I will lose my warranty and had me to sign a paper acknowledging but I had no choice because what else was I to do?? I dont have a lot of money but I sure didnt deserve to get swindled or dooo the way I feel I did. This was very false advertising and misleading to say the least. Now Im stuck out and I dont know what else to do because my money is tied up in this car.

      On June 8th I bought a ****** Altima from drive casa and the bumper was off by the time I made it home. I attempted to put in a complaint/refund(drive casa **********) on June 10th. The lady at the desk and the manger stated its nothing they can do about the issue. They stated I needed to call the service department. I attempted to call them 8 times and sent the ceo a message to inform him of the issue. As of today, my check engine light is on, bumper is broken and car is not starting.

      I got the car 5/11/24 and by 5/16/24 I was having issues starting the car and made this clear to them when I went back to finish signing paperwork. I was told that they would set an appointment Thursday which I never heard back about. I then continued to call service where I would wait an 1hr + with no answer because my car was not starting. Then on 6/17/24 a day before my due date my car completely stops starting and Im stuck in the parking lot with my 1 year old 40 weeks pregnant and continuously trying to get a hold of service or at least someone from sales to walk over and let service know I need a tow that they didnt want to provide at first. I had to walk 30 minutes in the heat pregnant with my 1 year old to the building to get any type of help with the situation. Now they want to charge me $100 for a car that was not functioning within a week of purchase. I pay my note early and dont cause any issues.they said they can only extend the date out and cant waive it as a courtesy for me after all that I went through with this car they knew had issues.

      On June 5, 2024 I put a down payment of $2000.00 for a 2018 ****** Rouge that was said to be a reliable suv. When driving it home I noticed that the truck was shaking when driving over 50mph was informed by the car dealership that the suv has a warranty to cover repairs for a year. After telling the salesperson about the issue she suggested that I make an appointment with the service center to have it looked at . I made an appointment on June 6th to have it seen by the service center on June 12th. Once taken to the service center found out that the suv had serious issues. The left front CV axel and left front control arm needs to be replaced as well as rear breaks are needed. that made me ask I asked the salesperson about them checking the cars before selling she said that they are serviced and approved before they are put on the lot to sell.After the suv was serviced was then told that they have to order parts but not sure when they will be in. That leaves me without transportation on a SUV that I have only had 10 days. When requested a loaner because the suv is clearly unsafe to drive. Was told that they didn't have any loaner cars. June 15th (today) I am responsible for car payment plus insurance ($76.00) for a suv that I can't drive and haven't been able to really since I purchased. When I spoke with the financial department was that I still have to make a payment and I am being charged for insurance by them that will be added to my car note, however I have full coverage insurance since the day I received the suv. Also, I have not received my documents of the contract that was said to receive within 24 hours via email. That was on the 6th, today is the 15th and still no contract.The account number is ********, I just want to return the truck and receive full refund of $2000.00.

      i would avoid this place for cars .. i got my car back in 2/27/24 .. i was recently in a hit and run accident on may 8th me and my family since may 8 ( keep in mind i was i. the hospital) to now have been trying to contact the claims and insurance NO ANSWER OR call back from them at all for weeks .. i had to sit for a whole day arguing just so someone can send me the claim form that was never sent until i had to call again and argue then magically it was emailed from claims once i read the form it had to be filled out 48 after the accident i was sent the form. almost two weeks later . the supervisor by the name of ******* was super rude and as she threatened that she can just put it on my credit and i will struggle to get my credit up . i feel like since that day she has put me on a do not answer list . i have lost my job do to no transportation.i just dont get how you cant call claims or insurance due to no answer and no body knows the hour of operation for them pleas get better staffing and have someone fix the wrong your staff is doing i will be contacting a lawyer i have attached emails thats never was returned

      If I could leave this location zero stars I would!!!! I put $1,600 on a car April 26. The very next day all these lights plus more popped up on my dash! I brought the car back and told my car salesman ****** as well as let him drive the car so he can see the problem himself. He advised me that it was just a sensor problem and the car was fine but to contact service which I did for a entire week and got NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE! When I finally took my car to a licensed mechanic for a diagnostic, because it started making an extremely loud rumble, I was informed that the car was not in any condition to drive and that I should return it immediately, which I did! Upon my return to Drive Casa I spoke with the supervisor ***, who told me it wasnt safe for me to drive the car and that he would have it towed immediately. He also told me that they would either fix my car or replace it as long as I paid first car note on time (which I didnt understand why I was charged because I have been trying to get the car fixed or replaced since I bought it but I still paid it on time) I expressed to *** my ongoing problems with the car also informing him that I had been out of work due to the car not being drivable. I also informed him of an unexpected death in my family and told him that I needed my vehicle to attend the memorial. I left the vehicle in his possession and was told to only contact him unless I wanted to do otherwise. Needless to say, I was not able to attend event. It has been almost a week since I returned the car and I have yet to get a diagnosis, they will not give me a refund, answer/return my phone calls ( Ive even tried texting apps), replace my car, or even express any empathy!!! If you can avoid purchasing a car from here please do so by any means!!!
