      On June 2nd I bought a blue 2007 **** fusion from this place and the same day I had an issue where my check engine light came on so I went to auto zone so they can see what the problem was I took it back that Saturday and it was still a problem then I let someone else look at it but they advised me to go back to the place to get the fluid level to normal. I still was having issues. Then on last Wednesday after going to see my mama in the hospital my car broke down the highway heading home I need to know what can your company do.

      These people sold me a car and took all my money I put down on the car. Came and repos my car not even 48 hours due to not having insurance on the car in what they say wasn't in a timely manner. After I tried reaching out to them to let them know I was in the Hospital due to a personal medical situation that required immediate attention. The day I was headed I to give proof of insurance they tried to make me pay an additional 8,023.30 for a car that would have been paid in full for 7,000. Their repo man they had working for them stated that if I came to the lot with proof of insurance I could get the car back... Pulled up with the documents for the insurance and they told me I couldn't be financed and would not give me the contact information to the IN HOUSE FINANCING OFFICE, NOTE that it's IN HOUSE meaning on site!!!! Gave me the complete run around about the vehicle and would not reinstate any of my money. Pretty much stole 816 dollars of my cash. There goes Christmas for my kids and bills!!! They will steal your money!!!!! Going to get a lawyer and fight it out because they have a reputation of this action!!!

      CANNOT GO INTO ALOT OF DETAILS BUT WHAT I CAN SAY IS THIS. IF THE A CUSTOMER FAILES TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THIER AGREEMENT ITS A BREACH OF CONTRACT. THERE WAS LIMITED COMMUNICATION ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER AND WHAT IS TOLD IS CONFLICTING STORIES FROM 2 PARTIES DOES NOT HELP THE SITUATION . PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CONTACT THE OFFICE

      Will do... Because it was illegal on the company's end. And I'm not the only individual that it's been done to. But I do take my situation VERY PERSONAL. As well as the others that have started a claim. Crazy I'm not the o my one that it's been done so. And the whole office is took it to far. And we're overwhelmingly NASTY AND VERY RUDE. My consultant has helped me out tremendously throughout this traumatic situation.
