      I've had several repairs done on my 2011 Kia ******** The radiator needed to be replaced 4 to 6 months after i bought the car. 2 months after that I had to replace the radiator again. I was told by ****** the service manager that a rock hit the radiator and that's not under warranty so I had to pay another ****** to have that repaired Jd byrider had my car for a week. Fast forward 6 months later the transmission is gone. ****** told me it wasn't under warranty and that it was going to cost me around ****** to get fixed. When I called for status of my car I was told it would be 800 because something else was wrong but he wouldn't know until the transmission was broken down. I had to pay ****** to have my car towed home then another ****** to have it towed to JD byrider i had to car towed in on Monday 10/16. As of today 10/23 I still don't have my car. I made my car payment last Thursday. I'm never late with my car note. I also keep full coverage insurance. I've barely put 50 thousand miles on this car and I'm having so many issues. My wife is about to be fired from her job due to not having reliable transportation. This has truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand i bought a used car but I feel like I was sold a lemon due to all the issues I've had with this car. Jd byrider also has failed in the communication because they aren't talking to me. I have to call them to find out what's going on. this has been the worst experience I've had with this company. I'm not happy at all.

      Okay, so I bought a car q little over a year ago. The sales pitch was fantastic but not even 14 days later, my radiator had a Crack in it, they fixed it but broke my A/C converter. They fixed it. I hit black ice and got into an accident back in February. They fixed it but gave it back with no working stereo. They told me they'd get me one. It never happened. When I needed an oil change 2 months ago they gave me back my car with my A/C broken yet again. In June I got into an accident that was ruled my fault. I sent them photos and called every week to see what they would do. After 2 months they told me it's your problem and never did a estimate on the repairs. I have my engine light on, their response to it was "We are not paying to fix it we will wait till dodge puts you on the recall so I'm currently driving around in a car that got hit, it has no horn, and a misfiring cylender. I have tried to get all this fixed but the only thing I get told is it's your problem and we are not helping you. I have the warranty which includes my engin but they still won't fix it? That's false advertising and by Ryder is a shifty fucking place to buy from don't go there. They will give you a car but make sure they don't have to fix shit or they will fix it but give it back to you with more problems.
