      I had the displeasure of utilizing this company's services in July 2021. I ordered some of their equipment online, and as of today's date 11/1/2021, 3 1/2 months later, I have received half of my order, and of that, none of it is as advertised. I spent over $200 on their stuff and I'm looking to return all of it and get a full refund. I looked into this company, and found that many numerous other people have had the same issue. They have false claims saying that they will have their stuff shipped within six weeks after The online store closes, and this is just flat out not true. Not only that, but when I have requested feedback from the company with regards to my order, I have received zero returned emails. It is radio silence. I believe that this company should be looked into for fraudulent business practices and false advertising.

      this company lies about shipping timelines and refused to contact the school who placed an order through them. on the phone I had to tell the woman how to do her job she had no idea. this seems very fishy and it's incredibly infuriating waiting 10 plus weeks for a single hoodie. something is going on here.

We have updated our website during the purchasing process to provide our updated turn times and continue to update as we get additional information regarding supply chain. While I know that does not change that when you purchased you were under the impression that you would receive your items in our regular 3-4 week turn time. I do want you to know that we are working hard to provide as much information as possible when purchasing going forward. Due to the extended delay on your item I have refunded it and that will be seen in your account in the next 3-5 business days. I also reached out to our production facility to get an updated status on your order since it is over the time frame we are quoting and will ensure you are updated this week.

      On July 20th I placed an order for a team store closing on 7/23/21. I still haven't gotten my items. Even when calling they said ship date was OCT 4th, its the 20th and still no items. The season is about to end. Order no. XXXXXXXXXX

      Albuquerque ********* ******* purchased two basketball systems from BSN for approximately $21,000. The original purchase was in May 2021. The systems did not arrive until late July 2021. Upon arrival, the school learned the systems did not fit in our gymnasium and began requesting a return through our sales representative. Our sales representative and the BSN corporate office have not been responsive to our requests and the systems remain on our gymnasium floor. The systems are too heavy to move, which has left the basketball court inaccessible to students.

      I placed an order almost 5 weeks ago for $366 worth of spirit wear. It said it could take up to 3 weeks for it to ship. It took longer. It was frustrating, but I understand everything is behind now. My shipment came in and the quality of the screen print was terrible on all items. It is definitely going to peel up after a couple of washes. It looks homemade and some are already starting to peel upon unboxing. The Nike sweatshirts are fine quality, but the other brands I ordered are so cheap feeling I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The only quality piece was a Nike embroidered item. I would not recommend this company. I'm going to let our athletic director know about the quality since our district just launched there.

      Placed order #XXXXXXXX on 8/15/2021 for high school sports apparel. The volleyball season is almost over and my order still has not shipped. My order was for $136.14 worth of clothes including my daughter's warm-up jersey. According to BSN's stated processing and shipping times, we should have received our order by 9/15.

      Order # XXXXXXXX. Order place 8-18-2021 for $71.77.. Ordered for Volleyball season knee pads, socks and a "TEAM" shirt. It is now 10-11-2021 and we still have not received and if the above mentioned items. I had to go out and purchase socks and knees pads because they were needed for the season. Our team is officially in the last week of our regular season and we still don't have any of the items we ordered. I requested a refund from the company and they don't want to give me a refund. They said once the knee pads arrived that I could email them and make arrangements to return the items and they would then give me refund. They said they would refund the money for the shirt. I feel like they should just refund ALL MY MONEY.

      I placed an order on 8/15/21 (#XXXXXXXXXX) and my receipt indicates delivery in 3-4 weeks after store closed. It closed 8/25/21. I have yet to receive my order. I called the phone # on the receipt many times...it rings than hangs up. No one answers. I called the phone # on the website under contact us several times. Again, it rings than hangs up. Non one answers. I sent an email last week to email address found in contact us on the website early last week. Surprise, no response. This is unacceptable. My credit card was charged $196.30 when I placed the order, I have not received my order, it has been 6 1/2 weeks since the "store closed" and no one responds to phone calls and emails. Minimally, I am requesting a 50% reduction in my bill as the items I ordered were for my son's fall 2021 Cross Country Season; his competition ended this weekend. If you are no longer willing to ship my order where I receive it in the next two weeks, I want 100% refund, plus interest.

      I ordered a shirt for our elementary football team on 8/2/21 and have not received the shirt. The company sent emails stating the shirts would be shipped on 9/13 several times. I emailed the company on 9/15 asking if it would be shipping because the season was almost over. I then used their contact us page on 9/30 to ask hat the order be canceled since the season was now over. I then received an email on 10/2 saying the order would be shipped on 9/30...still has not shipped and I received no response about canceling the order.There were many people who ordered through our team shop and have not received their order. Our order was through Black Cats FB Team shop and my order was #XXXXXXXX.

We have yet to receive the apparel for our volleyball season have been told the apparel not arrive or even ship until the end of October. which means our season will most likely be over before we receive our order our family alone spent over $100 on three items Would love to have a refund back
