      TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Stay clear!!!! Their customer service is awful, the quality of their products is suspect (possibly counterfeit?), and they will not own their mistakes.

      This company is terrible. I had to order my son's team shirts and pants for his team uniform and I ordered Youth sizes and they sent me ADULT sizes. And they refused to fix it, as they were "custom items" (non-returnable). Even though it was completely their error. Even if they were the correct size, the logo is printed poorly (off center and slightly skewed) and the shirts are completely see-through, so my husband can't even wear them in support of the team. It's almost a mesh the shirt is so thin! When I asked if I could even pay for them to be reprinted on the correct size shirt (even though it was entirely their mistake and they should have fixed it), they could not because the "store was closed" that I ordered them from! How are companies allowed to operate like this?

      Our team ordered warmups for soccer from ***. The quality was that of a Halloween costume. 100% polyester with no lining. Boxy and UGLY! The material is so bad, that I consider it unwearable. We've all been fighting for weeks to try and get our money back from this terrible company. Do not use them!!!

      I am not sure how this company can have a A+ rating on there with 83 1 star ratings. They are terrible as a company. I placed three orders with them through my hockey team and 60% of the orders were completely wrong and the 'correct' items were so poor quality that made them unusable. The customer service is the worst and it appears they purposefully make it difficult to interact with them. As an example, they delete the history from the email threads and they change the subject of the emails. ***** this company at all costs.

      Bad quality products that do not fit. Looks like bad quality screen printing and the shirts are extra wide. This is supposed to be sporting apparel and shows a taper on the website pictures. They try to make you jump through hoops to return items and will not refund the entire order cost. Customer support has been contacted but is not helpful at all.

      Purchased three items from this company for my son and I. The first item (sweatpants) came in a timely fashion, but it was noted on the shipping slip that the other two items were on backorder. I called to inquire as nothing was stated as such when I ordered and nothing was ever emailed to me after I submitted the order. The gentleman that I talked to credited my account $33 and said it was their fault because he wasn't seeing anything regarding the item being on backorder and an email alerting me either. He then assured me that I would receive the final two items within the week. Fast forward to a week later and one more item came in. I called again and was told that it was not ready and I should be receiving it within the week. This has been the worst experience dealing with them and I will think twice before using their company again.

      Get out your cricut and start a business! These items are not screen printed--the "customization" is just a big vinyl sticker applied on the item with a heat press. The sticker takes up most of the front of the item and came wrinkled and/or creased. How long until it cracks or starts to peel? The **** items were of decent quality and fit true to size, but the off brand or house brand items we ordered were super thin material and did not fit well. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. It should have been a red flag that the site itself did not have customer reviews for each item.

      I host a tournament in **********. A representative from the company reached out to me in December of 2023 about a possibly partnership. After an over the phone meeting and a sample sent to me, I decided to work with them for our merchandise. About a month in, the original representative i was working with left the company. I was given no direction on who would be taking his place. I called and was connected with a man named ************************* who shared he was my new rep. ** April of 2024 I sent **** my design with shirt color explaining it was not our final design, as i had to adjust the team names on the back. But it was the general idea of a front graphic and team names listed on the back. I asked **** about production time with no response. My emails were only answered if i called him days later to inquire. Finally after getting ahold of him, he shared it would be two weeks. June 13th i officially received the email stating he was my rep, which i found odd. I should have known at this point, this company was unprofessional. Fool me once? I then sent my final design and my order early July. I am just now heard, two weeks before my tournament, that the design department is denying my design. This information should have been shared with me in April when i sent then example design as the placement was the same. I have since called **** 3 times and emailed twice with no answer. Thankfully, i did not give them any payment.

      I have had several defective orders, the last two had issues, one was ordered from the kids section on their website but was ADULT sizes for 4 of the shirts that were in the order, I asked via email to exchange as this is not acceptable nor my fault it was in the wrong place, I would like the youth size or a refund!!! The other items I ordered were shorts that were 4 inches smaller than the sizing guide in the waist and Ive had shirts come that were unraveling where they were sewn! I just want my items to be exchanged or properly refunded so I can reorder and the shipping cost refunded for the inconvenience.
