Get out your cricut and start a business! These items are not screen printed--the "customization" is just a big vinyl sticker applied on the item with a heat press. The sticker takes up most of the front of the item and came wrinkled and/or creased. How long until it cracks or starts to peel? The **** items were of decent quality and fit true to size, but the off brand or house brand items we ordered were super thin material and did not fit well. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. It should have been a red flag that the site itself did not have customer reviews for each item.Review from Griffie C

I host a tournament in **********. A representative from the company reached out to me in December of 2023 about a possibly partnership. After an over the phone meeting and a sample sent to me, I decided to work with them for our merchandise. About a month in, the original representative i was working with left the company. I was given no direction on who would be taking his place. I called and was connected with a man named ************************* who shared he was my new rep. ** April of 2024 I sent **** my design with shirt color explaining it was not our final design, as i had to adjust the team names on the back. But it was the general idea of a front graphic and team names listed on the back. I asked **** about production time with no response. My emails were only answered if i called him days later to inquire. Finally after getting ahold of him, he shared it would be two weeks. June 13th i officially received the email stating he was my rep, which i found odd. I should have known at this point, this company was unprofessional. Fool me once? I then sent my final design and my order early July. I am just now heard, two weeks before my tournament, that the design department is denying my design. This information should have been shared with me in April when i sent then example design as the placement was the same. I have since called **** 3 times and emailed twice with no answer. Thankfully, i did not give them any payment.Review from Brittany R

I have had several defective orders, the last two had issues, one was ordered from the kids section on their website but was ADULT sizes for 4 of the shirts that were in the order, I asked via email to exchange as this is not acceptable nor my fault it was in the wrong place, I would like the youth size or a refund!!! The other items I ordered were shorts that were 4 inches smaller than the sizing guide in the waist and Ive had shirts come that were unraveling where they were sewn! I just want my items to be exchanged or properly refunded so I can reorder and the shipping cost refunded for the inconvenience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were required to purchase uniforms for my son (9th grade tennis). Its his first year, the school partnered with this organization and I went to website to place order.Nowhere was there a section for personalization. However at the end of order I was asked to complete my sons full name, school, sport, etc. It was already disappointing that it said the lead time was 8 weeks for shipping when tennis started in 1 week. I checked with our coach to see if that time was correct. He said yes, we havent been happy with this company and are looking for other vendors.Anyway, the shirt and shorts came and to my surprise my sons name isnt on the shirt. I reached out to BSN to ask for help. They have been beyond dismissive and said you didnt personalize. I asked where that was in the order process and never got an answer.I offered to pay for shipping back to have his shirt screen printed with a name. They dont even respond to that and said because our items are personalized we cant do exchanges or returns. Bear in mind I didnt ask for an exchange or a return.I asked if I could purchase a new shirt and pay for his name to be added. I dont get a response to that either. I asked why we put so much info including his name in the order part of thats not put on his shirt. I dont get a response to that either.Life is hard enough without standing out with a $35 shirt that doesnt have your name when its supposed to. But nowhere was there empathy for this or a solution. Just all orders are final and you should have checked order summary.The order summary doesnt list the required info I had to provide. Name, school, grade, sport etc. so it raises the question as to why its even asked.The order summary doesnt say no personalization requested even though we were ordering team uniforms. There wasnt a mandatory place in order to accept/decline personalization either. Do not use this company if you can help it.BSN Sports, LLC Response

After I placed an order, I realized the material was not what I wanted. I emailed them right away and asked if I could swap the shirt and will pay extra and if not then I would like to cancel and reorder but they refused to swap it out even though the shirt wasnt made yet. They also refused to cancel it stating its already in the process of going into production. This was the next day of the order placement. My order was marked shipped but a tracking number was never provided too. Costumer service was really frustrating to deal with. I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing from them.BSN Sports, LLC Response

Sizing is way off. Order xxl if you are a large. They dont honor returns so Im stuck with Asian sized sweatshirt and ******. Way too small. Sizing charts provided are off!!BSN Sports, LLC Response

I spent almost 100 dollars on two items for them to be not even remotely close to what I ordered. I bought a crewneck and sweatpants. The sweatpants were not the cotton material as shown they were almost a spandex athletic material, which was completely different from what I ordered, as well as the crewneck that was again was not like the picture and was super thin and basically just a bad quality long sleeve. Never ordering from here again? Wish I could return but they dont allow returns.BSN Sports, LLC Response
