    Unless you have the time to manage your own pool build, do not go with this builder. It was a constant struggle to monitor the subs showing up to the house performing work that was not to the approved plans. One example: Paid extra for a thicker box beam all along the back of our concrete because our backyard slopes down, luckily I went out the night before the concrete trucks were set to arrive to find the forms incorrect. No box beam or additional rebar along the back. We did not get to pick our coping out, they just showed up and started installing it. Contractor said he figured that's what we would have chosen based on what was in stock. Contract shows 6 pool returns, but only 4 were installed. All 4 LED pool lights have failed after only 1 year of barely ever running them. Wrong color skimmer covers were installed. Never got the plugs for our umbrella sleeves. Luckily I was there when they were installing those umbrella sleeves as they were all very crooked and not aligned. Chlorinator was not installed per the contract, but after letting him know it later was added in. Deck drains were not installed per the plans. Now ******* will no longer return phone calls or text messages for service and refuses to honor any warranty work. Everything was paid 100% on time and according to the contract. He even added additional items we didn't even talk about and charged me for them, which I paid. Bad communication, bad management, bad business. Buyer beware!
