              I was charged through my PayPal account by this business for some type of braids that were shipped to a state I do not live in. I have reported the issue to PayPal as well, but this business when presented the facts by ****** refuses to issue a refund. I have never had such an experience trying to prove that I am who I am and live where my legal Id says I do. The company and PayPal make you feel like giving up on getting money back for something you didnt order or receive but not me! Ive submitted my state issued Id as proof of my address and this item was shipped to a state on the opposite side of the US.

              Hello Jenny Hair and Beauty store located in *********. Tx is Rude and treat customers with disrespect! Telling me they would not sell me new hair for half bag! Go get one that is hanging up! I said no ,its not appealing to buy ! Refused to get me new packages nor said used bag would be sold at a discount ! Then acting like I had to lie about what all watch me pay a registered! Their hair products are old and out dated! Jenny the owner I thought was a ********* with integrity! The manager a@ store is a trip that pretend with all black customers, I work cameras are in store! They just dont know how talk to most of time black customers! Which thats all shop there anyway! Jenny will needs employees how to talk and treat all people of color with respect! Im going still contact Corporate! Smart Mouth! Then refused to satisfy customer! I spent ****** had to go my back to get my credit with dispute!Cj 2024
