Hello Jenny Hair and Beauty store located in *********. Tx is Rude and treat customers with disrespect! Telling me they would not sell me new hair for half bag! Go get one that is hanging up! I said no ,its not appealing to buy ! Refused to get me new packages nor said used bag would be sold at a discount ! Then acting like I had to lie about what all watch me pay a registered! Their hair products are old and out dated! Jenny the owner I thought was a ********* with integrity! The manager a@ store is a trip that pretend with all black customers, I work cameras are in store! They just dont know how talk to most of time black customers! Which thats all shop there anyway! Jenny will needs employees how to talk and treat all people of color with respect! Im going still contact Corporate! Smart Mouth! Then refused to satisfy customer! I spent ****** had to go my back to get my credit with dispute!Cj 2024Review from Katelyn M

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They advertised the price as $9.99 for a bundle of hair. I was charged $10.99 and when I brought it to their attention the manager was completely disrespectful and belligerent. She called me a monkey but shes black herself which is ironic. Ghetto and disgusting. Theyve lost my business for good.Review from Tonya B

This is a review of the location at *************************************************************************. A manager of this store on 12-28-22 was totally out of line and rude towards me. She told me my concern about a purchase I wanted to return was (Common Sense). First, don't talk to customers like that while you are sitting on the job. Second, this store is a second-hand store and I have seen bags of hair open and resold. They don't honor their return policy, it is not clearly stated and they have the poorest customer service in *******. I will never spend my money again in a place that lacks basic customer service like this and what you see in a place like this is greediness. Low-quality products, below-average customer service, and unpleasant attitudes. No way can I compete with that.

Hello ***** Could you please tell us more about your situation such as time and date of visit and the associate that you spoke with? The only opened products we sell in our store is our display wigs which are available for purchase. You may be confused with the packages of track hair that are cut so that customers may buy the length they need. These packages have never been used by a customer and we would never sell returned products that have been used in our store. In regards to our refund policy, all of our stores have a big sign that contains our policy at the back of the registers as well as signs placed around the store with policies regarding that department. Thanks for your email. The date was 12/28/22 @ 5:30 pm. I was buying hair products within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt. There was a male Asian (mgr) that said he would exchange and then after I went to exchange he said my mgr (female with red braids) said they could not do the exchange. Her name was spelled ****** but not sure of the spelling. It was for a shine gel product, and it had an odor and it smelled bad when I applied it to my hair, this is not a lot of money here but a whole lot of disrespect. I am not mistaken about the customer service at your store or the quality of products. An exchange would have been just fine but the demeanor and attitudes are atrocious and should not be tolerated in your store, that service a high demand of people.
