Could the drivers take a bit more care in collecting the trash. I am surprised our trashcan even survives a pick up anymore, the collectors smash cans so bad and then don't even attempt to place them back on the ground in a standing position. Every week I have to pick up our cans off the road because they both are laying on their sides.We as residents make it a priority to place our trash outside in a manner that does not cause trash to be blown or spread througout our neighborhhod. But never fails we always have c*** on the street after a pickup because of carelessness of the drivers. The ****************** should spend their money on a different company, so shocking that they believe this company does a good job.They drive these trucks down the street like they are a small compact car, I have watched trucks come within inches of knocking a bumper off a car or even scrap the sides of a car with their trucks.And the drivers don't care at all, no care in the world to them at all.

I am really upset with Knight Waste Services, it is surprising the ****************** does business with such an unethical, uncaring waste management company. My experience with this company is plain old HORRIBLE. The worker in truck 422 on 11/8/22 at approximately 3:37pm came to collect my neighborhoods garbage, once he got to my house he didnt even bother to wait until the trash can was completely empty prior to 1. Continue moving and 2. Setting it down. This caused all my trash to fly all over the street polluting the neighborhood. The worst of it all is this worker did not even bother to stop and clean or even attempt to get out and help. As I went out to speak to him, stop him or even confront him in deperation as I was taking picture to document the kind of irresponsible worker he is, he began to mock me and give me the sign thumbs up and okay and continued collecting everyone elses trash while mine was just laying all over the street. How absolutely overwhelming it was. Idid report it to the ****************** but this can take 48 hours to hear back. I also spoke to the company itself, to someone named ****, whom didnt bother to introduce his title, as I explained the disappointment and frustration and the disrespect I got from his worker his best answer to any type of corrective action toward the worker was it will be handled internally that really tells me that nothing will happen and this is something to get used to. What a **** shame, the worker should take some accountability and given corrective action. Not a turn back, not help, not even an apology but a mockery and no care in the world for what hes done as my neighbors and I are scrambling to pick up the mess he made.
