On January 22, **** I contacted this tow company because they cut impounded my car after I was in a collision. I was trying to get a company to buy it for scrap. I met the tow truck driver from ******.com along with my parents at the impound shown on website for ************************. We had called 3x that morning to confirm price to get it out. We show up on ****** Dr., pay the fee of ******, and were ready to turn around and sell it to the tow company that met us there. Only to find out that the car wasn't even there. Apparently they have 2 locations. So my parents and I and the tow truck drive to a different location with the receipt of payment only to be told her couldn't bring his truck into their yard. And if I wanted them to do it it would cost me another 275. I was forced to leave without my car. This was a huge blow as I had borrowed this money from my parents with promise of immediate payback once the car was sold. When I called the impound company the lady was so rude to me she said " you have the key you could've driven outta the yard yourself". Then she told me If I didn't come get it by 8am The next day it would be re impounded. The car has 2 flat tires and it had been raining. I told her I'd be up there to get it myself. Got off the phone and cried. So the next day, Tuesday 23rd, I tried to arrange with another company to go get car. I was unsuccessful. So around 11pm on Tuesday night I got a ride to this impound and spoke with a man named **. He told me that it had not been re impounded and that if I come back the following morning at sunrise he'd have it moved to gate so that I could have it towed. I was so thankful for him. I show up Wednesday morning bright and early ( on my b-day) to find out they weren't going to move it to gate. The man told me that allowing a tow truck in the property depended on how nice they were and walked away. They have reimpounded and want ****** more Dollars
