On 1-09-2024 I purchased $795.00 worth of bitcoin from a coinsource machine in **********, ****. I received a paper receipt. This was to pay a vendor but the vendor said they can't locate the bitcoin in the wallet. I have tried every route possible to get in touch with coinsource but the numbers aren't in service and they do not respond to emails. All I asked them for was the **/id # for that transaction so the funds may be located. I have been ignored or not a dead end. Please help. *****************Initial Complaint

I operate a convenience store and was approached by Coinsource regarding the installation of one of their company owned ATMs in our facility. We signed a 3 year contract in August of 2020. The company paid the agreed upon rent until May of 2022. It has not paid rent since and has been unresponsive to my texts, calls and emails. The company owes ** $3000 at this point in back rent and continues to occupy a very valuable spot in our showroom.Initial Complaint

I have sent money from bitcoin machine on numerous occasions and had very few problems until they stole my money!!! on 11-2-22 I sent $200.00 and received a text couple days later saying money had been sent. IT HAD NOT!!! Transaction was never added to the blockchain and was never received!!! I'm enclosing the receipt from the transaction. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BY TEXT, PHONE AND WEBSITE WITH NO REPLY. I used one of their Bitcoin ATMs which state - transactions completed within 60 minutes. I have been waiting 6+ days! I have tried to reach out to their customer service team daily but have not heard from them. I got one response the first time telling me network traffic was high. I dont know where else to turn. Date of transaction is November 4th 2022, I made a payment of $100 and have yet to get a any transactions started and it states that I did not even put money into the wallet on the blockchain, but I have a receipt that says otherwise. When something says 1 hour I assume that is the truth. Especially a big company that does transactions all day. And Ive tried contacting agent with your text support and havent gotten a response on that or your email support. Horrible support team and a horrible experience and I would like to see my money in my wallet account or in my pocket soon or there will steps taken to get it back another way.Initial Complaint

Bitcoin never showed up. Were is my money did it have to go to someone else and now I wait for someone eles money. Thats a ponzy scheme if thats the case. Purchased bitcoin from an atm on 10/28/22 Never received the bitcoin and contacted support multiple times and have continuously been told the same pre-written response about transaction being delayed and have been given no estimated time on the delay or if it will even be resolved.This shouldn't take any longer than a few hours to send the bitcoin. Another poorly ran, cheaply operated bitcoin ATM company. I think they are running some sort of scam. You buy crypto at their ATM and they say it will be funded to your wallet within 60 minutes. Well I am still waiting on mine and after multiple follow *** they just keep saying it is network issues. There is no issue with the bitcoin networks. Just their incompetence or fraudulent activity. Not sure if they are taking money and trying to cover other transactions or what. But shouldnt have to wait days with same excuses and no funds. They need to be investigated and shut down
