      I used a Coinsource ATM to purchase Bitcoin, however it is 16 hours later and the transaction has still not been entered into the Blockchain. This seems to be a commom complaint with Coinsource.I have tried contacting support, with no response. I can provide the receipt if requested.

      This is regarding a Coinsource/Bitcoin purchase, TRANSACTION NUMBER ***************** which took place at a Coinsource Kiosk located at the BP Gas Station at 140 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah, NJ 07430. I had deposited $560 in cash into the machine at approximately 3:40pm on Aug. 24, 2022 to send to a wallet. Please see attached receipt. It is more than 5 days now, and the money has not yet been credited to the wallet. It should have been credited almost instantly. I have been communicating with Coinsource support both via text, chat and email multiple times. Their TICKET NUMBERS for my complaint is 168573 and 168924. Each time I wrote an email, they just apologized that it is taking longer than usual. But they are not doing anything about it. See attached Email Trail of all conversations. I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE ENTIRE $560, DEPOSITED DIRECTLY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.

      I deposited $1,000 at a Coinsource ATM with the promise of a deposit within 5 minutes. That 5 minutes then turned into 60 minutes. It has now been a week with no resolution. I have contacted Coinsource over 100 times via chat, phone, and email support and they immediately deny any requests into what is happening. They claim there are "delays within the Bitcoin network," however, this has been investigated, and Coinsource hasn't even begun to process the transaction yet. They are in breach of contract, and refuse to let me formally cancel the contract and request a refund. They state they are unable to cancel the payment, even though the terms of service clearly state they are capable of it.       I used one of Coinsources ATMs and made a bitcoin purchase and sent money to a wallet. Usually it has been confirmed within 60 minutes. The transaction date was on August 24, 2022 and after contacting them via text, chat, email at least two times a day for the last 4 days the money has still not been confirmed and they only say its processing. Its ridiculous how they have handled the matter and have no answers about when the money will be confirmed in the wallet.

      On August 23rd 2022 I used an Coinsource BTC *** Located within:Goodluck Grocery *************************************************. ***** I deposited $1000 in the **** Bitcoin purchased :********** Transaction ID :****************** I received a printed copy of my receipt and a text confirming my purchase and a link to my wallet address used to have the BITCOIN transferred.On August 24th **** 6:00am the transferred had still not been made. At 10am e.s.t.I sent an text asking when would the transfer be completed and for my confirmation text when it was completed .Every since August 24th 2022 I have reached out to them daily and keep getting the same generic reply."Thier network was having issue and there engineers were working on it."They give no time frame as to when they will complete my purchase. Today is August 29th ,still my transfer is not completed therefore I'm filing this complaint and will move forward to seek attorney advised on taking legal action , as well as the ************************* for the ************* and the **************.I appreciate your assistance in getting this matter resolved ,hopefully without taking any type of legal action.Thank you

      I put $1000 in a COINSOURCE ATM machine in one of their ** locations and never received my BTC. They do not answer the phone and reply (very rarely) to text messages with pre canned robotic like replies explaining nothing but blaming the delays on the network - which is a complete lie as the blockchain is transparent and shows that they have not submitted the trade. There are hundreds of threads online regarding this issue. They are illegally using funds to trade.

      on Aug 3rd I revieced a fraudulent call stating that my mother's gas bill with the national grid was about to be disconnected and that they were on their way I had about 45 min to make a payment of **** dollars otherwise my mother would be disconnected from gas. they instructed me to go to a COINSOURCE in Brooklyn and gave me the address but the first machine wasn't working they instructed me to another location .this machine is located at joyful garden laundry ************************************************ where the account was created by people over the phone to pay the bill after I deposited the money to the coin source machine it showed me nothing about the bill being paid and I never saw that money or was never able to speak to the person I talked to again
