I used this company to get a property and after being denied, I asked for a refund in which the owner agreed to. I even have proof through emails that I should receive my refund within 90-120 days. I have never received my refund and I cannot locate the company since they no longer exists. There emails no longer work and I even tried to dispute through my bank. This company is a scam and I am considering other legal methods to resolve this company scamming me out of my $500.

I used this company to get an apartment and there was a payment issue on their end. They assured me they, under a new company called ****** ******* *********, would get me in a new place and I would pay directly to the complex instead of using ******** as before. I've been getting the runaround since August and now Shakira won't answer my emails or take my calls. I've been living in a hotel for 2 months now because of this.

I went through this company to help me get an apartment. In April I got a vacate notice and called this company about the notice. I was told by Quentin that they filed chapter seven and my rent for April would be paid but never was paid. I have been in a holding pattern for several months now I have to move and there is no way to contact these people. I m out of a lot of money and I have been scammed. This is the worse experience I have ever had. I can't get my money back and can not get a new place without help which I do not have. Complex property solutions llc is a total scam. I wish I had never done this.

I have tried to get a apartment through this company which they gave me the run around taking several weeks to contact me it was until I threatened to file legal actions against them is when I was emailed I have tried calling no contact emailing no response now and they owe me over 1k I have no knowledge of how to reach them or receive my funds back

Total scam. I worked with them over the course of almost 5 months with paperwork and so called approvals. I had a family crisis and was no longer interested in the service, so the refund process supposedly started in July of 2024 and was given the same line about the length of the process. The only money I was set to be refunded was the money order I gave the apartment office which was strange because they had no right to collect that on my behalf. It’s been over 2 mos with no follow up no response and the website and phone numbers have been disconnected. I lost a total of $1500 dealing with this scam all while grieving my only sibling passing away unexpectedly. There’s a special place in hell for people like this.

I tried contacting Complex approval regarding the status of my $500 refund and the number was no longer in service. I was extremely upset but when I read some of the bad reviews I came across a review that someone contacted there bank and filed a claim. I contacted my bank today and I explained to them the situation and I also had emails, invoice, and my bank statement showing the money was deducted and by the Grace of God my money was refunded back in my bank. Just wanted to let everyone know you should do the same thing it may work for you. Good luck!

I was told I'd have guaranteed approval for the apartment I paid and applied for. Yet somehow I still was denied, the property manager Jasmine assigned me seemed like she could care less in helping reassure me that they could find an apartment that would work with me. I decided to opt out abd recieve a refund in which they told me would take 90 to 120 days to process... now I'm following up trying to see where my refind is and now all the phones are disconnected, she's not responding anymore and I haven't got my money back what the hell. Not to mention when I first signed up to use this service they had a negative remark on their buisness credit report delaying my "approval " this buisness is honestly a scam and I can't believe I fell for it.

I’m currently on a lease with this company and I was served eviction notice this past Friday on my door which was very embarrassing. Kienyata sent me an Automatic Stay Paper twice told me I had no worries. Well the rental office told me that no payments have been made since February and I’ve been there since January. Almost $6,000 in payments and now eviction fees when I’ve been paying since January on my behalf. My payments are up to date with this company. I was advised today by the rental company to move my things and turn in the keys because she doesn’t want my things out on the street. That they are just waiting on the sheriff department. It could take 2 days 2 weeks or 4 weeks just depends. I was referring people to this company because my process with them was clear and communication was good. Kienyata has been nothing but nice to me but something is not right. Now I have to take off from work and remove my things because I’m afraid to come home and my stuff is outside and I have no where else to go! The only answer I’m getting is no worries the automatic stay is good and we are going to get them taken care of.. And this been a promise since I brought the attention to Kienyata in March went I received a email from the rental office. When people leave reviews of course everybody situation is different so you take chances but this is my livelihood and I’m not happy about the situation I’ve been put in by this company.

I utilized this company in September 23 and started having billing problems in March. My bank account shows Complex approvals taking my rent twice a month so I should not have evictions or notice to vacate signs on my door. They don’t answer the phones or emails. I had to find out from the leasing office that they filed bankruptcy. They were supposed to refund me money they took out of my account March 18th that was for April’s rent. They never did and I had to file fraudulent charges against them with my bank to get my bank to temporarily credit me that payment so I could pay it to the leasing office. They think these leasing offices are not going to keep trying to get this money but that’s not happening. I hate companies who take advantage of people in their time of need and that’s exactly what complex approvals did. Now the office is trying to get in contact with them to sign a lease addendum because I’m requesting a garage since parking sucks over here. The leasing office is asking am I sure I don’t want to just wait until we put the apartment in my name at the end of this lease to get the garage because complex approvals won’t respond. While I’m grateful to have benefitted from their services last year, I totally wish no one else falls for the foolishness that this place is dishing out.

The worst, they had me to go through the whole process back at the beginning of April, and were not ever able to get me in any apartment because their business credit was messed up. Almost 2 months later just to be told by Quentin that, there was a discrepancy on their business credit and was not able to get me approved anywhere. I was asked would I like to wait 10 to 15 days until they resolve the issue or would I like a refund and a refund would take 7 to 10 business days. Of course I said I wanted my $500 back and to tell me when will the refund be processed so I can be looking for it since I am currently living in a hotel. Quentin respond back and said, the refund will not be processed until after the hold on their business account is lifted because they filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and a current resident had a current dispute case against them for unpaid rent payments. I responded and said how do that have anything to do with me and my money. First off, anything dealing with credit, bankruptcy is not a 10 to 15 day process more like 30 to 65 or more. This is crazy, I moved my move in date back twice, after reviewing all the complaints, I was being scammed from the beginning. You were already going through all this before you took my money and you knew you were having issues with getting people approved.
