I paid for the services of this business to recieve help getting an apartment and things seemed to be going well until they stopped communicating. They tried a few places but were getting denied. We paid the expedited fee and it seems that we are out of luck because the website is down and all but one number works so I haven't been able to request a refund.Initial Complaint

I have paid money to Complex Approvals to pay my rent in April and they lied to me telling me they would pay after I received a notice on my door then later finally told me that they filed bankruptcy. However theres still a fee of over $1900 on my account due to April rent not being paid I have been paying further for the months after April but late fees have been added due to I cant fully satisfy my account. I paid the money to Approval and they never paid the rent. Now I have a new problem of trying to sign my renew lease but I am unable because none of complex approvals emails nor phone numbers work so now my and my family livelihood is in jeopardy simply because of failed communication and payment not being applied properly to the apartment complex. I did my part of the deal by paying Complex and they failed to communicate with me nor pay my apartment the money Ive paid to them I am out of $1,660 and my apartment is requesting $1900 to be paid by meInitial Complaint

I need to renew my lease but Complex Approvals is the lease holder. I have reached out to the business every day for 2 weeks and I am unable to reach anyone. I paid for a service and which the company did not complete for **** asked for a refund and was told via email that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days to my card I had on file to pay for the service.i have not yet received my refund.i have tried to contact the business and have not got any response from them.they would just send me to voicemail.the company is a scam.they let you know that they can provide a service to get you into an apartment with bad credit,evictions,or a criminal *********** pay $50 to sign up for the service and once they run your name and credit history and etc.once your approved for the program they than ask you to send them $500 and to send them the info of the apartment that you will like to move into.once that is completed they should be in contact with you to let you know that you have been approved and that you can now go to the apartment complex and pay your deposit and collect your keys to your new place.well that never happened for me and when I let them know that I would like my refund they let me know that it will be 5-7 business days and which I never received.this company is a big scam and I will like my $500 back from this company that is out scamming people of they hard working money.Initial Complaint

My account manager is Kienyata. She does not respond to emails return phone calls or answer any question in a timely manner. Due to her negligence and inability to do her job I have been homeless for the past 4 months. She is unbelievably rude and nasty to the very people who are paying her undeserved salary. This company is the definition of fraudulent. The company's phone number has been disconnected and their website has been taken down after filing for bankruptcy last month.Initial Complaint

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! Against my better judgement, I paid my rent through the Complex Approvals portal instead of paying through the portal with my apartment complex. I paid $979 back in March which should have been credited to my apartment complex right away but they NEVER PAID MY RENT! ******* and everyone else has been giving me the run around for months. I engaged with Complex Approvals in October of 2023. I paid the initial payment of $517.00 in the same month (as well as other fees totally over $700.00). After numerous failed attempts to secure housing and my account nearing closure, I requested a refund in April of 2024. I asked for an update on the status of the refund and was told that the company was in bankruptcy and the refund process was delayed. I have requested a status update several times. At one point I was told it would take ***** days, which changed to ****** days. I have requested an update several times and have yet to receive a definite answer. If I do get a response, it is they will check with management. The vague responses along with the bankruptcy make the process questionable. I simply want my refund.Initial Complaint

Complex Property Solutions LLC is a guarantor at our community. We have not seen a single check or payment made by the business on behalf of the resident since the resident's move in back in March 2024. They are causing this individual to be in arrears of over $13,284.00. We have attempted to call all their business phone numbers which are all disconnected. They have not once attempted to reach out to the property to even provide an explanation of what is going on. To our understanding the resident is paying Complex Property Solutions directly each month and Complex Property Solutions should be sending the property a check. I'd like to be contacted directly regarding this case and provided with a functioning contact for Complex Property Solutions.Initial Complaint

I signed a lease with Complex Approvals after paying them their fee and the move-in fees for the apartment complex. I paid them one months rent through ********. After paying them I was served an eviction notice. They never paid the apartments with the rent I was paying them. They claimed they were not able to be evicted because of a bankruptcy. Come to find out three months later they never should up to court and defaulted on their bankruptcy twice.I am now having to move immediately because the apartments got a writ of possession.Initial Complaint

Paid this business to be the corporation to rent my apartment for me since my credit was not great at the time. I would be on the lease, but it was under their name and I would pay them monthly for them to pay my complex. With rent, I would have to pay a $99 monthly fee. They filed bankruptcy in April, and have not paid my complex the money I paid them. I have ******** faces eviction, even though they promised eviction cannot happen. They can no longer be reached and dont return messages from my complex.
