Where to start. First off, I had to get a work car ASAP. So on or around July 1 I went to the hillsboro Barrons and found a 2004 ***** civic with almost ****** miles on it. Noticed the clutch was almost out, (didn't engage or disengage until the very end of the throw) and told them about it before purchasing it (they added fluid, lol, but okay, clutch is the same but whatever).Also bought extended warranty. First day with the car, the passenger window wouldn't roll down all the way, back to the dealership. Also looked online and these cars are known for their climate control going out, and this one was showing the signs listed in the forum. After telling them about the climate control and them fixing the passenger window, theu told me as long as it blows that they weren't going to fix it (waiting for my extended warranty to expire I'm guessing). Shortly after that (about a week I think), the drivers window made a pop noise and the window fell down into the door. Took it to the dealership and they diagnosed it to be the motor/cable (which I figured also), anyways, this was about 2 weeks ago, they told me to call and set up an appointment to get it fixed today, so I did. They told me the part wasn't in yet and theu would call me when it gets there. (Where did theu order the part from, temu?) Autozone would have it there the next day. About ready to try and get them to give my money back and cancel this purchase.

Horrible they lie and cheat people out of their money They sell cars that are lemons and refuse to fix anything even if its the day after multiple people have had the same experience cheated and lied to turned off reviews so they cant get bad reviews this is the stephenville location

Went to the ************ location a few different times super nice bought a car as soon as I got home there were problems thats when they were unbelievably rude and took me I shouldve bought a warranty I have since talk with people on rant and rave stephenville and found out they have done this to so many people called to voice my concerns and they hung up on me lied to me multiple times I just feel something should be done if hundreds of people have been through this same thing
