      Wellby's loss mitigation department denied my claim saying that I do not qualify for a loan modification because I can make the current payments. The current payments are not the issue. It's the past due payments, which in my package, I explained, I am a 100% disabled veteran and I loss my grandma and dad 2 months apart. Then we had the storms around May, which caused me to have to get my air conditioner repaired and my fence. During that time my husband and I also went through a separation. If I don't qualify for a modification, then who does? I have no problem making current payments, it's the payments that are behind. Does Wellby not help their veterans? I'm facing foreclosure when all I'm requesting is the payments be added to then end of my contract, I have been paying on time and before everything happened, I was always on time. So disappointed with Wellby. Plus I don't even get the letters on time. The first letter for my denial was dated 2/7/25/ but I didn't receive it until around the 15th. The letter about facing foreclosure was dated 2/13/2025 but I didn't receive it until 3/1/25. That's not even 30 days.

      *************** is taking advantage of families going through hardship with their gross misuse of overdraft fees. If you don't sign up for the overdraft protection which charges 25$ per transaction. Then upon rejection of a transaction they still charge you a 25$ decline fee. In the last 3 months alone they have charged over 800$ in these fees and refuse to recognize any problem with their system. I was offered a 50$ refund which is insulting. What they are doing to their customers should be criminal. If I stole 800$ from someone I'd be put in jail.

      RECENTLY I DID AN INVESTIGATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT WHICH CAUSED SEVERE DEPRESSION UPON ME AND FOUND UNVERIFIABLE ,INVALIDATED ,INACCURATE AND QUESTIONABLE ITEM (AFFIRM) THAT THE AGENCY DIDNT MAKE SURE IT WAS REPORTING 100% CORRECT . NEVER EVER HAVE A BUSINESS WITH THIS AFFIRM.

      I traded my truck in on July 4th, 2024, to ******* **** where ******* **** stated they would take care of the payoff and July note for the 2021 GMC Denali. ******* **** sent a check to Wellby Financial for $60k on July 23rd and Wellby Financial received the check dated July 23rd. The mail was slow to reach them, but I had spoken to both parties and the check had been sent. On August 2nd, 2024, Wellby reported me to the Credit reports that I had been delinquent which has dropped my score by 50 points. Wellby confirmed they had received the check, and I asked them to remove the delinquency filing against me which they refuse to do even though the check was dated July 23rd, and I had a 15-day grace period on payments from July 11th when it was due. I am asking the BBB to get involved to help have the delinquency removed from my credit report.

      I would have never thought that Wellby would do business with a company like ************* who tricks customers into very bad deals. ************* sold me a lemon due to the fact that air conditioner doesnt work. They put Freon in the van right before I test drove it knowing it was leaking, but that it would at least last until it was driven off the lot. The finance consultant didnt give me the contract or any of the paperwork until the next day after I took the vehicle home already. The Kia ****** was so filthy and unsanitary. It was night time and hard to see how dirty it was until the very next day. The window has glass cracking on the driver side making it hard to see through while driving. Wellby is made from the folks at **** which many of them came from the military and they allowed a business partner of theirs take advantage of someone who currently serves this country. Its one thing to let Community *** take advantage of an African American, but I cant believe Wellby would do business with a company that hustles US soldiers.

      On 5/10/2024, I sold my old house, and my mortgage through Wellby/Dovenmuehle Mortgage was paid in full, which meant there was $4,845.77 in my escrow account to be returned to me. On 6/13/2024, I still had not received the escrow refund, so I called Wellby and they said that they cut the check on 5/28/2024 so I was to call back on 6/28/2024 if I still had not received the check by then. On 6/28/2024, I still had not received the check so I called back and was told that she submitted a request to stop-pay and reissue the check and it could take up to 10 business days to do this. On 7/15/2024, I still had not received the refund check so I called Wellby again and spoke with a supervisor who told me that she emailed the department asking if the check had been reissued yet and that she would call me back later that day or worst case, the next morning. As of today (7/18/2024), I had not received a call back, so I called again and was eventually told that another check has NOT been issued yet. I have bills I need to pay and I need my money ASAP. From what I've researched, I found that they legally had until 6/10/2024 to refund my money, and 26 business days AFTER that date - I still don't have my money. I feel that I should get my refund with interest because they are taking so long to get me my money.

      I received a call from a scammer who infiltrated the bank system to use their phone ID and text thread to gain access to my account, then proceeded to transfer my money into an account at same bank set up by scammer. The bank did not safeguard the phone system in turn leaving my account vulnerable. This affected 3 different accounts I have with this bank. Wiped out to mere dollars. They provided parial temporary funds while investigating. Then denied my claim.

      Wellby Financial incorrectly paid my Yearly Taxes twice and has stolen that money from my Escrow Account. This happened in July of 2023 and they have been slow to resolve and keep putting me off and now they are no longer responding to my emails at all. They keep saying that they're "Researching" the issue but months have past and there's no resolution. I need someone from Wellby, someone higher up in the ranks, to resolve this matter. It's absolutely insane that I have to go to the BBB just to get someone from Wellby to HOPEFULLY pay attention to this issue and fully resolve it.

      My ***** **** *** *** **** ** ****** **** ** ******** *** I make Principal payments frequently. I pay my regular monthly statements 2 weeks before they're due. I always write regular or PRINCIPAL PAYMENT ONLY on principle payments. because ***** doesn't have a drop down menu to click on principle or Regular. 4 times they either charged me interest on my PRINCIPAL payments or made it my next month's payment, so didn't apply it to PRINCIPAL. On Sept 14 2022 I made my regular October payment. On October 2nd, I made a PRINCIPAL Payment and wrote PRINCIPAL only. ****** didn't even apply an amount to my balance until October 4th, yet it was deducted from my Checking account They also did not apply the whole amount as PRINCIPAL. Ive been calling since Monday about it and they keep telling me that they'll submit a request or have submitted a request. One girl called to tell me it was put on as principle, but it wasn't. She said my next due amount is December. I told her no , it will be November because I never made Novembers payment. So she said she would put in for a request. To this day October 5th , the bank still hasn't applied my payment as Principle. What can I do ? I caught them 4 times doing this. Who knows how many other times they did it, that I didn't notice because of being busy. I know my balance should be well under 60k for at least a year now. Their site makes it even hard to see a list of transactions. In fact it says No recent transactions , all the time. It seems very corrupt and scammy. Reminds me when ***** ***** got in trouble for scamming people and then foreclosed on peoples houses. If this happened only once, no big deal but this is the 4th time that I caught it. I Seek to have the full amount of my Principal payment that I made on October 2 2022, to be applied to my balance and not on Novembers bill. I Seek for the full list of transactions (payments) I've made along with mortgage balances of every month, since *** merged or switched to ******
