Wellby Financial incorrectly paid my Yearly Taxes twice and has stolen that money from my Escrow Account. This happened in July of 2023 and they have been slow to resolve and keep putting me off and now they are no longer responding to my emails at all. They keep saying that they're "Researching" the issue but months have past and there's no resolution. I need someone from Wellby, someone higher up in the ranks, to resolve this matter. It's absolutely insane that I have to go to the BBB just to get someone from Wellby to HOPEFULLY pay attention to this issue and fully resolve it.Initial Complaint

My ***** **** *** *** **** ** ****** **** ** ******** *** I make Principal payments frequently. I pay my regular monthly statements 2 weeks before they're due. I always write regular or PRINCIPAL PAYMENT ONLY on principle payments. because ***** doesn't have a drop down menu to click on principle or Regular. 4 times they either charged me interest on my PRINCIPAL payments or made it my next month's payment, so didn't apply it to PRINCIPAL. On Sept 14 2022 I made my regular October payment. On October 2nd, I made a PRINCIPAL Payment and wrote PRINCIPAL only. ****** didn't even apply an amount to my balance until October 4th, yet it was deducted from my Checking account They also did not apply the whole amount as PRINCIPAL. Ive been calling since Monday about it and they keep telling me that they'll submit a request or have submitted a request. One girl called to tell me it was put on as principle, but it wasn't. She said my next due amount is December. I told her no , it will be November because I never made Novembers payment. So she said she would put in for a request. To this day October 5th , the bank still hasn't applied my payment as Principle. What can I do ? I caught them 4 times doing this. Who knows how many other times they did it, that I didn't notice because of being busy. I know my balance should be well under 60k for at least a year now. Their site makes it even hard to see a list of transactions. In fact it says No recent transactions , all the time. It seems very corrupt and scammy. Reminds me when ***** ***** got in trouble for scamming people and then foreclosed on peoples houses. If this happened only once, no big deal but this is the 4th time that I caught it. I Seek to have the full amount of my Principal payment that I made on October 2 2022, to be applied to my balance and not on Novembers bill. I Seek for the full list of transactions (payments) I've made along with mortgage balances of every month, since *** merged or switched to ******Initial Complaint
