After 1 year of debating /fighting with Perry Homes and countless warranty and escalations to the ** of construction, Perry Homes has told me they are done, and it's my problem. I have water sitting for days in my yard, it's going to rot my fence out, and the back yard is unusable. I would never recommend a Perry Home and will never buy another.

Stay away from Perry Homes in the ******, ** area. While our Perry Home is beautiful and the warranty service has been excellent, the overall management of the community has been incredibly frustrating. Weve had long-standing issues that remain unresolved, and theres been little to no communication from Perry on when these will be ************ make matters worse, Perry hired a company owned by one of their own employees to manage aspects of the community, raising serious concerns about conflicts of interest. Additionally, there is a Perry contractor who owns a home here and is blatantly violating community bylawsyet nothing has been done about it.Its disappointing to see such a lack of oversight and accountability, especially from a builder with Perrys reputation. We expected much better from Perry.

My review for Perry Homes, San Antonio, TX - Meadow of Mill Creek in Seguin, TX I want to give a huge shout-out to Austin ***** and Cason ************* for making our home-buying experience exceptional. These two deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service and dedication in making my Perry Homes experience exceptional. Austin ***** went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions we had and provided honest, upfront information about the area and future plans. Austin made us feel completely at ease with our home purchase. He’s by far one of the most caring sales representatives I’ve ever encountered. Even when challenges arose, he assured us that everything would be okay, and he delivered on that promise. Cason *************, the site manager, truly stands out for his commitment to craftsmanship. From our first meeting during the home inspection/walk-through, I knew this home was the one. Cason provided detailed insights into every aspect of the building process, including permitting, technology features, yard leveling, and more. His dedication to quality is evident in every corner of our new home. Plus, his habit of stopping by just to check if everything is alright shows he genuinely cares about his work and takes it very seriously. We couldn't be happier with our Perry Homes experience, and we highly recommend their services. Thanks to Austin and Cason, we feel confident and delighted in our new home!

I am extremely happy with Perry Homes so.far, and I closed on my house end of July 2024. Van, Grady, and Tomas are excellent managers and coordinate to make everything run so smoothly from customer to vendors coming to do repairs. They rolled out the red carpet and continue to do so everyday I see them around the neighborhood doing work or have dealt with them about warranty claims. Very fast service and customer service is astounding.

I want to share my experience with Perry Homes. We decided to buy a home with Perry Homes because of the quality they presented in their model homes and their claim of a tradition of excellence in luxury homes. However, the reality was quite different. The home we received was built with low-quality materials and had numerous issues. During our final inspection and with the help of a third-party inspector, we identified almost 100 issues with the home. These ranged from minor cosmetic problems to major issues such as rusty water heaters, missing insulation, and crooked doors and windows. Even after almost a year since we closed, we still have unresolved issues. The French doors in my office have been reframed three times, and the doors have been replaced six times. Perry Homes seems to be hiring unqualified tradespeople who cut corners and don't fix things properly. It's frustrating that they have had to come back multiple times to address the same issues without properly solving them. I escalated my concerns to Kathy (Owner and Executive Chair) and Todd (Chief Executive Officer), but they did not respond or apologize for the bad experience. All we want is the product we paid for, and I will ensure that Perry fulfills its end of the bargain. I advise others to stay away from Perry Homes if you're looking to buy a house. The promises of excellence in luxury homes are a scam. The luxury home they offer is a dream that will never be fulfilled, and you'll encounter many problems. I also recommend having a thorough third-party inspector to check all the phases of the home's construction. Once the walls are up, it's hard to know how sloppy the work may have been. I regret not having done a thorough research, and now reading all these reviews here, a lot of things make sense. Don't make the same mistake.

We actually liked the design of our Perry Homes, but ran into quite a few quality issues. Perry took care of two large cracks that appeared inside the house on the wall in the first year, but after several attempts at getting them to resolve a drainage issue in the yard that flooded my front yard (they kept saying it was fine), I had to hire an engineering company to come resolve the problem which cost around $22k to regrade the entire lot and install new grass. They were amazed that Perry Homes was saying it was not an issue. Four years after purchasing the home, while in my office on the phone, my vent hood fell off the wall and landed on my stove costing me $250 to replace part of the stove it broke. I am very lucky I wasn't cooking when this happened. While investigating, I noticed they installed a 50+ lb. vent hood using just plastic anchors in the sheetrock which is the reason it fell and ripped out of the wall. The installation instructions manual strictly states to install it into a wall stud or to add a wall stud reinforcement before installing. I contacted Perry Homes warranty and they told me the 2 year warranty for any contracted work is no longer valid at the 4 year mark and they would not help take care of the issue even though it failed due to incorrect installation. I would understand if this was a normal wear and tear scenario, but they blatantly installed the vent hood incorrectly. I would have never known they installed using plastic anchors in regular drywall if this did not fall. I'm assuming they just didn't want to put in the effort initially to install it properly. Now, I'm out the $250 for my stove replacement part and whatever it's going to take to have someone come in and install it the correct way (if it's not damaged, as well). This will more than likely involve removing part of the wall to insert the proper braces which is behind glass tiles in my kitchen. Be aware, it will be an uphill battle to get any problem resolved.

Purchased our Perry Home in April of 2023. Submitted a warranty issue for a leaking valve on our irrigation system and was told that it would not be replaced because it was caused by the “DEEP FREEZE”!!! For starters our irrigation system was turned off before the “DEEP FREEZE”, drained and all the exposed pipes and VALVES were insulated. Unbelievable that a customer can spend this kind of money and be denied such a simple and legitimate claim. Eric the new superintendent for Escondido, and Austin Stalinsky, the Perry homes rep that denied my claim, should not be in the positions they’re in. This is unacceptable and I will not rest until the issue is resolved. Buyer beware!!!

Think twice before purchasing a Perry home. Unfortunately, our experience with Perry Homes was a complete disaster. As a military family, we took great care to clearly communicate our expectations to avoid any misunderstandings. However, our frustrations began almost immediately after the foundation was poured. The master bedroom shower was misplaced therefore, the plumbing was incorrectly installed. In order to fix it, the foundation had to be compromised. The lack of supervision and knowledge from the construction staff was concerning. Moreover, the proposed solutions to rectify the mistakes were far from satisfactory. Each time we highlighted their errors, we were met with indifference and made to feel even worse. Adding to our woes, we were required to pay a significant amount upfront for additional options and upgrades, tying us financially to a project that was quickly turning sour. Furthermore, the sizing information provided to us at the sales office turned out to be inaccurate compared to the actual construction of the home. All the spaces were nearly a foot smaller than what we had been told, which was a major disappointment. When we raised this issue with the construction staff, their response was dismissive. They informed us that the sales office has always had this incorrect information, but they were unsure why it hadn't been updated. A few weeks later, we discovered that the bricks ordered were completely different from the ones we had selected. Despite raising this issue before installation, they went ahead with the incorrect bricks, claiming they had no other options available. When we contacted the headquarters to voice our concerns, their response was rude and dismissive, lacking any semblance of empathy or apology. If this is indicative of how Perry Homes handles their sales and construction processes, I shudder to think about the challenges we might encounter with their warranties.

We were working with a Perry Homes sales person at M3 Ranch in Mansfield. TX beginning the first week in Sept 2023. The builder was about to release some lots that fit our needs better, well at least according to the sales team. On 10/24/2023 (a Tuesday), the sales person told us he would update us about the release of the larger lots "by end of day Thursday" (10/26/2023). He finally got back to us on 01/06/2024. After ghosting us for about 11 weeks, he emailed us to say "please go ahead and either provide proof of funds for a cash sale or complete the pre-qualification here. Once I have received that, you will have the opportunity to put down Earnest Money and secure the lot." There was no apology for being completely out of touch and non-responsive for so long. He just picked up the conversation as if it was just two days later, as he promised. You have to consider - if someone has been working for a company for many years, they probably have a good understanding of and are a good representation of the corporate culture. If the builder team is willing to completely ignore you for months at a time when they want to make the sale and get paid, how will they respond once they have made the sale? Are you going to experience this same ghosting when you have questions about the build? What about when you have warranty repairs (which any new home will have)? We consider ourselves fortunate that we saw what Perry Homes was like before we signed a contract. We hope other buyers consider this corporate culture and how it may impact their home before buying from Perry Homes, especially in M3 Ramch.

***Dishonest Sales*** Perry consultants gave us build incentives, convinced to go with in-house pre-qualification to get more incentives, however once we finished pre-qual and was ready to move with official contract they removed the incentives, trying to explain the concept the demand and supply. Tried to further pressurize that if we do not go with the current price, they are going to increase the price further the next day. **Please do business ethically**
