1 starThis past week, I received an email and a text asking to give feedback out our recent service with John Eagle Acura. This vehicle that was serviced there no longer belongs to us, and we did not seek service from them with any other vehicle. We sold our Acura as a trade-in in 2023 for one of their used cars. We were told that it would be sold as scrap metal, and was not worth anything more because the engine was beyond repair. Instead, we started receiving toll bills and parking tickets a few months later! We had signed the title over to John Eagle Acura, thinking it would stay with them until scrapped, and did not take off the license plates. Based on what we were told, it never occured to me to fill out a change of ownership form. Plus, by the time I received the bills and tickets, it was passed the 30-day time limit to fill it out. (Live and learn...I still submitted it anyway.) John Eagle Acura was contacted several times about this, but we were told there was nothing they could do to help, even though they were supposedly the new owners. Obviously, they had turned around and sold it to someone else (or maybe a salesperson decided to keep it?), WITHOUT removing the plates registered to me, or signing over the title again to the new owner. This took a lot of time and headache on my part to rectify the situation, and now after receiving this notice of service at the dealership, it feels like harassment. I will be writing reviews in every social media outlet possible so everyone knows not to do business with them. If I receive anymore correspondence from John Eagle Acura, other than an apology, I will be contacting my lawyer. I have already been telling people about this situation, and they have vowed to never do business with John Eagle Acura. We are very unsatisfied with the service!! After I posted this on social media, I was informed by local friends that this has happened to others at this location.Review fromDebbie c

1 starWasted my time. Made an appointment with Jackson ******* sales associate to see a car in stock. It took me over an hour to get there just to find out the salesman I made an appointment with was too busy and the car I wanted to buy was sold. Very inconsiderate and deceptive sales tactics. I used to be a customer here. I will make it known to everyone not to come here.Review fromRay J

1 starI wish I had read these reviews before I went to this dealership. We have great credit and were told that our rate would be over 15 precent interest. And then they told us we had to buy their gap insurance as well as their made up fake paint protection and carpet cleaning with a total of $2,295 added. So went to mercedes dealership and got much better car at very low rate. DO NOT GO TO JOHN EAGLE ACURA.Review fromTim P

1 starDishonest, disrespectful, terrible customer service, unwilling to do anything to “earn” the customer’s business! Do yourselves a favor and don’t ever do business with this dealership!!!! The only reason I am giving ANY star is because 1 is the bare minimum requirement. I was trying to help my brother find a reliable used vehicle at an honest price. We did our research ahead of time and found a Ford Explorer within our price range that we wanted to test drive at John Eagle Acura. When the salesman, Jackson brought the vehicle around, it was in poor condition and did not accurately reflect what was advertised online. We test drove it and asked that they fix the broken mirror on the passenger side with the blinker bulb exposed. Jackson said the vehicle was “as is” and they would not fix this. It was obvious that we weren’t his desired clientele because we weren’t purchasing a $60k vehicle and he did not want to deal with us. The price listed on **** ****** was $11,483 and when he came back with the #’s, it was $15,412. I explained this to the salesman and he was very smug with me, saying that the dealership automatically tacks on additional fees for the extensive inspection on the vehicle. I was a GM at a car dealership years ago and can tell you this is not the way honest dealerships do business. The inspection is included in the price of any vehicle! They added several hidden fees to the price of the vehicle and the kid got irritated when I asked him to itemize these for me. He couldn’t explain the near $4k markup on the vehicle and for good reason. We were treated terribly with absolutely no respect and left immediately. This was very shameful and this 24 year old kid treated us like trash. He’s been taught how to do business and not in a good way from the people running this place. We found a vehicle the same day from a different dealership and my brother is happy.Review fromMark O

Purchased a brand new 2020 ILX at this location on 06/05/2020. The salesman was professional. What was unprofessional was the finance department, as he simple ran my credit over multiple times and continuously offered me to sign the most expensive and highest interest rate that they had to offer. Once I declined he threatened that this was going to be the biggest mistake I had ever done, simply for disagreeing and denying his high interest rate offers. If you’re looking to purchase at this location just beware of this.John Eagle Acura

5 starsI have been servicing at this store for over 15 years, but this will be my first time actually buying a car from them. The last 4 purchases have made at a different store. This time, I was in for an oil change, and looked on the showroom and saw a car I liked, and walked out with a brand new RDX off the showroom. Their sales staff has completely changed, Jessica was extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me working with her manager and got me a great deal. Spoke to her manager, he was very professional, even though he could come out to be I had go see him in his office, he was at work just day after surgery. That’s a commitment. Only thing was when I was going to finance, I had to wait for about an hr, not sure what took the wait, when I was writing a check. But Jessica has kept me informed all the way through. Once I got to finance, things went very smooth! Josh was the finance manager that signed my paper work. Very professional, positive attitude. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely be coming back for my next vehicle.Review fromKevin L

Do not purchase a vehicle from John Eagle Acura. They are unprofessional, dishonest and self-serving. They ran a bait and switch on us, claiming at the last second that they would not accept the VIP check issued by our credit union. These checks have been used for years and are standard industry practice. They just don't want to wait for the check to clear. Its a matter of GREED. In the time it took me to obtain another check or fund the loan in another way, they turned around and sold the vehicle from under us. Lithia Motors and John Eagle Acura should be ashamed of the way they run their business and how they treat their customers. Maybe their actions are just how the industry is in our post-Covid world. That still doesn't make it right. I'm sure an enterprising consumer reporter could make quite the headlines with this story. I'm excited to develop a relationship with another dealership that values my business more than they do. Karma is what they say it is. The market will change. There will come a day when they will be begging for customers like me. When that happens, my entire family will be driving vehicles sold to us by one of their competitors. Don't do business with John Eagle Acura.John Eagle Acura

1 starI bought a 2013 honda accord from this location, 2 days later found out it was leaking. Took it to them and they charged me for the repair, 2 days later its still leaking. So i took it to a trusted mechanic near me and they showed me where they didnt even fix the problem on my vehicle, and they found another leak that john eagle didnt tell me about. I then call them to speak to a service manager and the manager kept hanging up on me.
