Not reliable at all. Did my roof and don't install Ridge vents, they never returned.

We had our roof replace by reliable roofing, and now we have leaks. We’ve called them repeatedly to come back and fix the issue. It’s actually raining in my living room. It’s been weeks since we started calling them. Still no one has come to look at it. All we get are excuses or they say it’s their busy season so we just have to wait. 30k+ and our house is worse off than before they did the work.

Since I must leave a star, it will only be 1. I am paying $30,000.00 for my 4-bedroom house, a flat dwelling, roof to be replaced. I was told, the roof had mold and they had to replace SOME wood. This process cost me $10,000.00 extra. I was told, I did not have to replace the molded wood and the mold could be painted over. Of course, I decided to protect my family at any cost. I did cry when it was told to me. I had my adult daughter there when the services were being done but she could not make that expensive decision. I was so upset that I had to leave work. Once I made it home, they showed me pictures of my roof. However looking back, I have no real proof that those pictures were my house. I did not remember seeing any mold pictures. I drove home and I did see replaced wood. No one spoke English which made the communication complicated. After the service was completed, I wanted to talk to someone at the Stella Link location but I NEVER spoke to anyone and I left several messages. It has been a year, and I have had 'no' communication with any manager or supervisor with Reliable Roofing. I did call the sales representatives and they called me back. I wanted one area fixed and was told, nothing was wrong with it. If I am paying $30,000.00 for a HOUSE roof I can get anything replaced if it looks not straight/normal to me. But still, my roof looks funny in the backyard to me and nothing has been done, I called the financing company who tried to help but they could not. I told them I was overcharged. They told me they could not alter the stated amount but to maintain the account. I have given up on getting this issue resolved and accept I made a horrible decision getting my roof done with Reliable Roofing. I decided to write a review because I am getting another service done to my house and wanted to review the new company with the BBB. I tell everyone I speak to or see not to get any roofing work done with Reliable Roofing, I hope to help someone. Donna

I filled out the form for a free quote on a roof repair and started getting calls from all over the US pretending they worked for reliable roofing in Houston. I decided against having them come out once I realized that they weren't what they seemed. I continue to get calls and texts regularly from all over even 6 weeks later.

They say they’re “family owned” and been in business for 20 years, but I do not see any proof of that. Don’t be fooled by some 50 years warranty. Several times the PM tried to act like they were doing me a favor and I just kept feeling like I was getting screwed. They had their men working at night and in the rain!!!!!! 25% of my roof was off (you could see the attic) and they continued working in the rain. When I was questioning this, they acted like it was a bit of drizzle and nothing to worry anout. They also were putting up the shingles on these damp surfaces. Not that the PM was around. I had to take pictures and send and then they were like, meh, we’ll pay if we break something…speaking of shingles, luckily I sometimes pay attention to detail, they tried to use the 30-year shingles rather than the 50-year….and did a switcheroo between contracts without me realizing it. They did put the 50-year shingles, but only because I caught them (we were adding some drywall in the garage for the new contract, so nothing in the old contract should have changed). I do NOT trust these people. I didn’t do my homework and I regret hiring this company.
